Not sure what they are smoking at this dealership because prices are hilariously over valued. At first I thought, there must a typo, but nope, they are literally charging more for a used, older, model vehicle than purchasing the same model newer, with zero miles and of the year. 62k for a 2020 Silverado ...? hhahahahahah get out of here Cardenas motors

Took my Jeep to fix the TPMS issue. Had to take my truck about 10 times because they couldnt fix to the problem and they keep replacing the module. It was then final resolved by simply changing the rear TPMS. It was obvious they wanted to do the cheapest and least amount of work so it wouldnt cost them much for parts but yet charging me a premium price.

If I can give a negative star i would.. This car dealership sold me a car with a damaged frame. IThey lied and said car has no damage and was un good running conditions. I have replaced front end 4 times and recently was told it has a twisted front end dealership has ignored me and refuses to make their wrongs right. This place has put me and my kids in a dangerous vehicle and doesnt care if they kill me r anyone else.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!

Always a pleasure when I go to Cardenss Motors....I have taken my truck to them on several occasions...and George....the guy in charge of the service department always has my truck ready by the time he says its going to be ready...they are my go to guys when I need something fixed on my truck.

Hello everyone, my experience here went very well. I drove in the lot, and saw there was a great selection of vehicles. Dalia Lucio was very personable. This young lady was awesome. She showed me some vehicles and I was amazed with here. She answered all my questions professionally. She has a positive attitude. I saw some vehicles, and I liked a GMC Terrain, and I bought it the same day. People, if you want to get a good deal, I recommend everyone to ask for Dalia Lucio, and you’ll get a great deal. I did!

Purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox on 12/27/2016.The car sales person was very informative & caring. However, that was about the only good thing about this dealership. The customer service from all employees is non existent. They dont greet their customers are rude and the only thing on their minds is to get your money. My experience purchasing my car at this location has convinced me that I will never return to this location for anything.

I took a test run and the vehicle ran out of gas within 3 minutes. The salesperson didn’t seem surprised, nor did the guy who picked us up. Must be a common occurrence and it reflects badly on how they treat their vehicles.

I feel this place heated me out of my money. I paid a little over $9,000 cash for an 12,000 car and I still ended up owing almost $9,000 more. I feel they took advantage of me cause I was a female. This place is crap!

Customer service goes a long way regardless if you are immediately in the market to purchase a vehicle! Yesterday on 8/31/15, Brownsville experience some terrible weather with thunderstorms and tornado warnings. Unfortunately Brownsville doesnt have the best driving conditions whenever there is heavy rains. My mother was stranded at her work and when she felt it was safe enough to head back home to Harlingen she became stranded near this car dealership. As she pulled in she was immediately told she had to leave because they were closing for the evening, she explained her situation but received no sympathy! She was not even allowed to stand under the canopy, she had to stand out in the rain! I understand the desire to go home after a long days work. This has nothing to do with that, this has to do with kindness and understanding. Just being a moral human. Im currently in the market for a new vehicle so I will absolutely will not be heading to Cardenas and I will be sharing this with as many people as possible!!!! I just hope that whoever treated my mother this way will never have their mother treated in this manner. Just put yourself in someone elses shoes for once, what if it had been you!

Offered to buy my SUV they could not tell me when I would get a check for it. Who would leave a vehicle with a dealer and not get a check until they decide to pay? They hesitated in the phone when I asked what day they would have it available for me to pick up. Right then I knew this was not the place to sell my car. When they cant even give a response .

1 star because the website, I was using my mobile to see what they have in store and couldnt pass the first menu of questions, so if they dont worry about their own business about there business card what service I will get before or after I buy something?... So lets move on to another.
