This is NOT a safe place to get your car fixed. I went to them on 3 occasions.The first time was for a replacement transmission line. I arrived around 10AM, they finished shortly after 4pm. It was a bit of a hassle and pricier than quoted. Upon leaving, I discovered my air conditioning stopped working.So, I went back in, made an appointment online, specifically stating that I needed my air conditioner fixed. I mentioned that I needed a compressior drive belt replacement, but that I had just put on a serpentine belt. After a couple hours, they said it was good to go. They require payment before letting you see the work. I drove around the block a couple times, but my AC wasnt working at all, so I went right back.Opened the hood and had a look with one of the mechanics. All they did was replace the serpentine belt and tried to claim that I had no spot for a drive belt. I had to show them where the belt goes. They had me wait 4 additional hours and said I was good to go. Got in the car and the ac still wasnt working. It was pretty much close time so I gave up for the day.The very next day, my serpentine belt shred apart WHILE I WAS DRIVING. Upon inspection, it wasnt the new serpentine I had put in (which had green writing) or the new one they put in (with white writing). It was a really worn/old belt.I had to have someone come change my belt roadside (different company). They looked through my receipts from firestone and were appalled by all the charges and lack of work (and ac). It took them 20 minutes on the side of the road to replace my serpentine belt and 5 minutes to find my ac problem.When it comes to this Firestone, run. Dont walk.

I went for oil change and check headlights. I advised service boss. The previous night, the driver side headlight was very dim almost non existant. I saw it. After an hour or so. Service boss advised everything fine. I disagreed went to another service dealer, they put light meter in front of headlight drivers side. Sure enough would not pass inspection. Another service dealer replaced same.Just moved to Brownsville, looking for reliability, did not find it here...

I have gotten my inspection there before and last year I got it for my current truck today went back for this years inspection but this time I sent my wife and they wanted to charge her over $20 to add brake fluid because as per them it was to low I checked it oil was right between min and max either way I bought the oil which cost me $3 the smallest bottle available didn’t even take 1/4 of it to get to max well my driver side headlight has had water inside the headlight dice I purchased the truck a few years ago never an issue for inspection at this same place until today and to top it off today there was no water accumulated inside the headlight only drops of water more like condensation or n my opinion they were just trying to take advantage of my wife to make a quick dollar horrible will never go back

I got here at 6:50 AM, was told my car would be first to be serviced but its 8:00 AM and they are just starting to work on it. Now theyre searching for a replacement tire but I dont see anybody working on my car. My guess is they dont want to honor the warranty. All 6 times I have been here since 2017 there is always an issue with them. Avoid this place, all customers appear stressed here because of the poor service, a customer just complained about their service as I write this review on location.Thanks Lisa but this has not and will not change. I am not the first person to complain about the lack of care by your staff and how they try to rip off customers. They told me my vehicle needed to have its brake pads replaced a week after I replaced them elsewhere. Dont act like you dont know customers here get scammed by your mechanics. Shame on you Lisa.

Had a nail in my tire that needed repair that also required re-balancing. I went there on new years since Discount Tire was closed. Big mistake! Firestone didnt balance my tire correctly after DT employees rotated my tires. Never again and I dont recommend Firestone..

Dont order your tires online .... Just call them up and set the appointment

Horrible, I was there Friday they put in a liquid to detect oil leak. Had to drive for 3days went back on tuesday at 8:15 and after 2hours and 4 cars that were in after mine were released I asked why mine had not even been moved from where I parked it they went to move it to a different place as if they were going to start checking but it took them another hour before they actually pulled it in for check up and in less than 30min they detected the leak. Place was disgusting spider webs everywhere, floor was a mess and dont get me started on the restroom. These is the Firestone on 802 in Brownsville

Went in with alignment and road noise concerns. They were able to diagnose and offer recommendations to help eliminate or help decrease noise.First solution was an alignment as csster, camber and toe was off. But due to lowering springs on the vehicle, it required a pair of caster bolts. Unfortunately at $159 (cost & labor) was very high, as the bols alone cost $30 for the pair while they charge $99. After some discussions, I was able to leave the center a happy customer. They took care of me and my concerns.As for road noise, rear tire cupping was causing most (some from alignment too). Due to life of tire 9/32 and its cost for the size (325/30/19), I can live with some noise for a while and just replace the shock.Very satisfied with services rendered. Only reason I didnt provide 5 star is the fact that the price for the bolts was so high.

My father took his Cruze here and they blamed him for stripping the oil drain bolt. Yet this Firestone was the one that did the previous oil change. My father said the employee got upset becuase my dad told him it was their fault and became rude with my father to even follow him outside and my father had to confront him why he followed him.

Recepcionist very unprofessionally. From the very begining, he began talking about possible rejection and the cost. He was not the inspector and look at all lights and were Ok, then he look at the whipers and although they were in very good shape, he began to make up problems. I told him I was not going to buy new ones and he threat me that it may not pass inspection and I had to pay any way. Abusive salesman.l

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They were honest and didn’t push me to do extra work. They made suggestions, which I already knew, and left it at that. My truck was done in less than 2 hours and they pulled my truck in and started working on it immediately. They gave me a ride to the mall and picked me up promptly when my truck was ready!

Watch these guys. Had things stolen from our vehicle, they tried telling us we needed more done than we actually needed, then when doing the waterpump that we recently had done, they claimed our waterpump didnt have a thermostat on it. Come to find out ours did, they have us a new waterpump with our old thermostat and housing.

Firestone was busy! Took a tire in dropped it there. 4 people in line. 20 minutes to drop off tire. They called but left no message. I called them. Tires done. 3 people in line. Another 20 minutes to get tire back. Fixed. Surprised how busy on Sunday July 5.

I have always been treated fairly at this location. My time and my money send to be respected. Although, Ive spent around $2000 on a new AC system in the last couple months, and it still doesnt work. Also, a couple of times that Ive had AC work done, something else minor ended up breaking while they were willing on it (glove box, fan motor ticking, and rear wiper button breaking). I just noticed the eiper button, as it hasnt rained on the last week since having the AC fixed again until yesterday I expect they will fix what they broke, as they did with the other items. They have been nice, and fair, and the review would have more stars if I didnt have to get the AC re-fixed 4 times after the first repair this year. And no, the AC STILL is not working... Last Friday, I picked it up after the 4th repair, and called them when I got back to my house, 1 mile away because the AC assidi work. They were supposed to pick it up at 7am Monday, but they didnt bother. Ill be bringing it in ASAP, along with several concerns.Update. Seems as though them not getting the car when we planned was a misunderstanding between us, and they since fixed the AC (again) and anything they broke in the process. Ive been made whole. Back up to 4 stars.

Worst day ever took my truck to install new tires ended up paying around 900dlls which for me its perfect the only disagreement i had was that they bend the body of the truck and didnt inform me until i try to open one of the doors.went back to talk to the person in charge and he told me for me to give him 3 quotes of different places so that he can start the claim until monday i dont have time to be wasting on that never going back to firestone thats for sure.
