Took my car there one morning because of a brake issue. They said the work would not last more than a couple of hours. However, they did not call me when my car was ready; they called when they were about to close. Without making things up to charge a high price, they said the brakes only needed adjusting; charged a reasonable price. Courteous team; they do good work. Need to improve on customer communication. The problem with communication is the illusion that it has happened.

This place is THE BEST automotive service shop Ive ever been to. They quickly and easily installed coilovers then performed a proper alignment with zero issues and didnt over charge like many places do. I asked to have the ride height adjusted and with no hesitation or rude attitude they did. Communication with the owner is always professional as well. Coming from a car enthusiast who is critical about having work done on a car, I can say this shop is top notch. Dont bother going anywhere else and take your business here instead. Was referred by a sales man at discount tire had a shake every time I applied the brakes, was Greeted by a employee whos name I didnt catch but had GREAT customer service was really trying to help me with my sons pick up, then the owner Juan showed up they both took care of me highly recommend if you need any suspension brakes work Definitely recommend

Does a good job, just very strict that he doesnt like anyone near his working area. Will throw indirect hints (acting like hes on the phone saying he doesnt like anyone in the work area) just to get you out of the area. Overall good work

Unfortunately it is not how the reviews say this place is.My experience was difficult, and was very uncomfortable when we realized they werent being honest in the end.When speaking they would roll their eyes at the questions we had. Their demeanor suddendly changed and they had a sarcastic attitude when they began to struggle with the job. They had our vehicle up in the air and had our key. Charged for an hour and a half of nothing. In the end they couldnt fix it and his excuse kept changing.Was recommened this place by a friend but now we both know to avoid.

Juan was very prompt and knowledgeable about my vehicle he came right away to fix it. Thank you for your service I recommend his shop if you need car repairs. He was very professional!

Well look, Im not going to bash anyone because Ive gotten my vehicles fixed there and theyve done a good job. The only problem that I find when Ive gone to the shop is the owner, he does speak firm but in a sence speaks in a sarcastic manner. Not everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and that why we come to you for help. Adjust your attitude and be more patient and polite to your customers.

Prepping my daughters Yukon for a road trip and found some issues. These guys changed out two sets of tie rods and aligned it in less than an hour and a half. Great in and out service shop, great service and very well priced. Be back with more past due repairs

Great fast service went in for a brake change it took less than a hour with the parts being delivered to the business. It only cost me $80 for everything. I called several places and the lowest cost was $150 plus tax. I also went in for an alignment and it cost me $25 compared to pep boys and pueblo at $69.99 plus tax so you cant beat the prices here. Also the staff is very informative on what they do and how they do it. Will go again

I took my car there for alignment; car used to drift off to the right - it took them like 3 hours working on it. Guy said its 25 dollars; next thing you know guy comes and says its 50 cuz they had to put some part.. Long story short now car is drifting to the leftOverall : very slow service - not good customer service, owner wasnt clear in communicating, expensive
