Worst Service ever! Sergio Hernandez! The “manager” Was very rude the entire time we spoke, not even after 3 months oh having my car in the shop were they able to give my car back complete. My car now shakes while driving it, one headlight stop working and it Looks very cheap quality, looks like something from eBay ! Not oem, will be taking my car get look at somewhere else to get my car fix the right way,I do not recommend for you to bring you car here,

My mother got her vehicle repaired here, there was minor defects in the paint they took care of it we are happy with the repairs! The young lady was very nice as well as the gentlemen there. BUT the manager however came off very rude and aggressive towards a male employee and then has the audacity to come inside and joke around as if we didn’t hear him. There is a way to talk to people and attacking them is not the answer. The manager really needs to be trained, on his lack of coaching skills. I’m only leaving this review because I can’t stand bullies and i speak up for the people who won’t. Thank you and have a blessed day!

Sergio the Manager can’t even stop texting on his phone while talking to me, very unprofessional and do not recommend business here. Also Waving his hands around while talking to me guess that’s his way of “customer service “

Bad bad bad service. They take forever and dont even do it right. I made this mistake twice, first i though maybe theyre right and my tire was damaged before my accident so they charged 40 for a new tire besides my deductible. But the second OMG, they keep it for over almost 3 months and didnt fixed it right, some lights are still on in the dashboard, the 4x4 is stuck, they said they fixed it but isnt true. I had to bring it home because cause theyre a bunch of useless people and refused to work on in saying those problems were there before my accident which i know is not true. Horrible,horrible service because theyre just excuses. I regret so much talking my vehicle there. Never never never ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Now i know the problem with the fist vehicle (the tire) wasnt true. Frustrating experience. Do waist your time.

My oldest crashed his 2016 Spark. The should have the car ready by the middle of June. I can understand that they are waiting on parts and then they will have to paint the car. Wish it didnt take so long.

I went in last week for what I thought was a quick estimate two other customers were waiting for their estimate as well is what I’m assuming, while she was attending those other customers outside, phones were ringing and the manager sat in his office on his phone while we waited for her to finish attending those customers. Very unprofessional and don’t intend on bringing my business here.
