They were very professional and did a great job on our truck. Took a little longer than I expected, but thats understandable, considering they had to order the parts they needed.

Great customer service!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They took 4 months to paint my bumper. The paint on my bumper is now flaking off like confetti. Tried calling but they never answer. They probably don’t answer because they already know it’s just another customer calling in to complaint about their overpriced spray can paint job falling apart. PLEASE save yourself the irritation and stress you’ll eventually feel after doing any business with this fake collision shop. I would rather risk my life and go to Mexico, and or pay a higher price at a real collision shop somewhere else.

I cant speak to our results yet, but so far the people are first rate. They made sure everything was clear and simple.

**WORST** Auto-body Paint Shop in Brownsville. My paint is flaking off like confetti. I don’t know who to talk to to get my problem fixed as they never answer the phone and I don’t know who runs this place as they’re is just some skinny guy and short bald “bros” in the office. They even tried to overcharge me for services I didn’t even request. What is wrong with these people.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! This place should not be allowed to be in business. Took my wife’s SUV in to fix a hit and run dent on the rear bumper about 4 months ago and the paint looks worse than the rest of the original paint. My wife said she even had stuff missing from inside. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. It’s like it’s already out of business, I hope, for the sake of everyone else. Please just find some place else. It’s not worth your time or money.

Friendly and kind workers. We went in for an estimate on a paintjob for a 2000 ford mustang and got it right away. The gentleman had questions and he even called the boss over the phone on video call and got the quote/estimate right away. They didnt make my project feel worthless or not important as other body shops around the area. The materials they talked about using were good. Price was also very reasonable. Thank you.

Dont waste your money on the dump. This place is very expensive and they leave the car in worse condition than when you left it. Id better have gone to Matamoros. The owner hides like an old woman when you go to correct the problem. I have never had a worse experience than I have had with these painters in training.
