I found this awesome place on Google. I gave it a try and I will always go to them if I have any other phone problem. I took my galaxy phone in because I needed a new screen. He ordered the screen and it came in very soon. He called and let me know when it came in and that I could come anytime to have him fix it. No appointment was needed and it only took him a hour. About a week later I made a phone call (Im mainly a texter) and no one could hear me but I could hear them. I didnt go back to iTek until like 3 weeks later. He fixed my microphones, explained what was causing the problem and didnt charge me. He even apologized. If thats not good customer service, I dont know what is. I highly recommend this phone repair shop!

Tony does a great job. I have been using his service for a few years now. I started going to him at one of his earlier locations. It is really convenient. He gives straight up prices and most repairs he seems to be able to do them while I wait. I only once had a phone that he repaired that continued to have some problems. But he kept at it until we got it right. All the other times (and I have brought a lot of devices to him), the device works like it is new when he repairs it.Pricing is good. Especially when you consider he will get it done in the same day. (and sometimes while you wait). I have found done a couple repairs where I was not in a hurry and willing to wait a few days somewhere else for less. But most the time that is not usually a luxury I have and he gets it done and back in no time and stands behind the job with a reasonable warranty.

The store name is somewhat misleading as they do not do much with Android phones or anything outside of IPhones. That being said one of my kids broke the screen on their IPhone 8. I choose this shop to get the screen replaced because of the competitive prices and great reviews. I was not disappointed. The repair took about 30 minutes and my kids IPhone come back looking brand new. I opted to purchase a tempered glass screen protector for an additional 10 dollars which was installed in the store for me. The service provided was nothing short of excellent and I highly recommend this fine store to anyone who needs their IPhone fixed.

Was callin around trying to find a place to repair my iPhone and this was the first place I came across they closed at 3 and it was 2:45 when I contacted them. I told him the issues I was having over the phone and he told me to bring my phone in so he could look at it and he would be willing to stay open longer so I could do just that. Took my phone in the issue was diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 minutes!!!! Better than the projected time the actual Apple Store told me. I find it hard to believe the negative review that was left for this company. iTek has repaired several phones for our family. They have always been cheaper than other shops. The repairs have always been done quickly (considering other shops wanted us to drop our phones off for hours), and Tony has always treated us with respect. If you have any apprehension about taking your phone to iTek, DONT WORRY. Im sure youll be as satisfied as we have been.

Had great service in past. However, I had Tony fix my daughter phone for the 2nd time and as soon as I leave my daughter advises that she sees a rainbow glitch. Spoke to Tony regarding issue and he advised that his manufacturer wouldn’t cover issue and I would have to pay for a new screen. I haven’t even had phone for 24hrs since repair. Will never spend another nickel with him.

Excellent customer service and the price is right. My wifes iPhone 7 Plus needed a new screen. Was done within about half an hour, total cost about $126 with tax. The proximity sensor apparently was damaged by the screen replacement. Brought it back the next weekend, where it was fixed under the warranty provided for the new screen. Even threw in a tempered glass screen protector for our trouble. Highly recommended.

My friend had an emergency and the phone flew out her hand an shattered the screen. iTek was cheaper than the insurance co-pay through AT&T and their repair place told us it would take 2 hours to fix it.
