This place was a fantastic find! My Samsung Galaxy A51 had a cracked screen from previous falls, it fell again a couple days ago and that finally did it, screen wouldnt come on anymore. I called geek squad and was turned away, told they wont fix a Samsung unless you have a geek squad warranty.I called here the following morning and she quoted me, told me about how long it would take. Dropped it off after work (shortly before closing time) and picked it up the following afternoon! Very inexpensive to my surprise! She was very nice and got it done quickly and for a fair price. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Ive been here twice to have my phone fixed. First time was great, reasonable prices and it was fixed quickly. The second time, the screen was installed incorrectly, so I called to ask for a refund. The owner was extremely rude and unkind when we spoke on the phone. I understand being wary of giving a refund, but being rude is unacceptable when a customer calls to ask a question. Its a shame considering my first experience was so great with them, however I will not be going back.EDIT: A response to the owner. My issue wasnt with your policies. I understand that and it makes sense. However, you being rude to me was not acceptable.

Have been having an issue with the charging port on my Galaxy S9. Called about a replacement, and took it in. They cleaned it and said that is all it needed. Havent been having any issues since. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs their phone repaired.

Had a battery failure in one of my phones and didnt wanna spend 1500 on new phone so brownsburg cell repair did honest work and replaced my battery in a timely manner. They also had to order new backing due to old paint coming off due to battery. Highly recommended. Definitely beats fix my cell in avon by a long shot

Went there with two phones, they look at my Samsung galaxy 3 and told me it was past due to die. Gave me a reason to buy a new phone. The second phone wouldnt charge, they did some magic and fixed it right away. I have also ordered a battery from them reasonable price got it the next day. My charge port stopped working and when I brought it in, they cleaned the port out before replacing it. Great news: It started working again. They did not even charge me. Second time I have gotten great service from Bulldog.

Had my phone fixed and back out the door within 1/2 hr - faster than waiting in line at Apple.Update- once again I am totally satisfied after I made an appointment at the Apple store for an issue that wasn’t under warranty. After being quoted $230 for repairs or $330 for a whole phone replacement, I called Jennifer and she assured me that she could make the repair for $40. I dropped off the phone and she had it done in no time! I estimate that I spent more than 8 hours with Apple to come to the solution that was hundreds higher than the Bulldog price.GREAT JOB AGAIN!

Took my phone in and got it fixed within a couple hours. My phone screen looked like somone hit it with a baseball bat. And it had dead pixels. I was at my wits end, because its 7am, on Labor Day, and my 6+ kept turning off and I could not get it to turn back on! I was in Brownsburg IN for a funeral, and staying at a local hotel. I asked the nice young lady at the front desk if there were an Apple or AT&T store in Brownsburg. She gave me the address of the AT&T store, but we both were concerned they might not be open on Labor Day. She said, this is a coincidence, but my parents have a cell phone repair business here in town. They are also closed today, but here is my fathers cell number in case you have no luck! I went to sit down for my free coffee, and she walked over to tell me that she called her father and he was on his way over to help me!!! He took my phone apart, did something, and put it back together, in less than 5 minutes. It was working again! He wouldnt even let me pay him! What House Call Service! Called multiple repair places they all quoted me $50-$100 and would have to order parts. I called she had me right in (parts in hand) fixed my phone in under 15 minutes and only charged $15!!!!!!! Hopefully I never need them again but would come back in a heart beat!! Thank you!!

Very friendly and responsive! We were on a deadline to leave town when my wifes phone had water damage. Phone was beyond repair, but they were very helpful and understanding of the time crunch. Honesty and high integrity describe the owners of this business. Hope to not have to use again for repair, but when the next accident happens, they will be the first phone call!
