Ordered Uber eats a couple weeks back. This location didnt have any food besides mini tacos. They failed to inform the driver until after they waited for 20 minutes. The driver then came to me, empty handed and expressed his frustration with me because the worker failed to cancel the order and inform the driver. Super lame.

I downloaded the new 7-11 app and it was kind of confusing at first. I went into the store and the two men were super helpful and nice when showing me how to use it. The icing on the cake was I got a free big gulp because I already had 800 points on my 7-11 app and I was able to redeem today.

The guy charged me 12.50 for 3 little 8.4 ounce cans of Red Bull.The promo was 3 cans for 6 dollars. Somehow I ended up paying double.They did not offer me a receipt. Super frustrating.

Every time I have come to this gas station whether it be alone, with my family, or with friends the staff has been incredibly welcoming and super nice. I wish I had gotten the guys name working on christmas day because he made my mother and Is entire day with his positive attitude. This place doesnt deserve the bad reviews it has gotten i have had nothing but positive experiences in the past few years ive gone here.

The one older dark haired lady that is on here usually at night is absolutely HORRID!!!! She is rude and her priorities are so far off I apologize if I am not correct on this bit she is in customer service and she unfortunately does not provide it. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it wasn’t a constant issue. Tonight put me through the roof yelling at me in front of all the other customers in the store simply because I had already waiting in 2 sets of lines with 4 people in first then she disappeared fir 3 minutes comes back helps next line of 5 people and then disappeared again comes back there’s 3 people now I am still waiting fir her to just fill the coffee machine for me just enough so I can fill up 2 cups. She finally comes out after fighting with me twice from across the store and while helping other customers and tells me to go to another store because she doesn’t have time to put powder in the coffee machine even though I waited patiently got passed up several times Before saying something after being incredible nasty and rude she disappeared again!!! Few minutes later she comes out and tells me there isn’t any abd to go to another store while mumbling nasty things under her breath. I am so so furious other awful things happened prior with this lady but the main thing is she always disappears for a few or longer but isn’t in bathroom or on the floor helping another customer. Unbelievable! Every single other employee here is incredible!! Very professional, sweet & does their job above & beyond. This lady I will get her name and post it on here as well but she is just mean and awful.

I love coming to this 7-11. The woman in the morning, Parm, is always very friendly and helpful. She walked me through how to download the 7-11 app and showed me how to use it. I have already gotten so many free cups of coffee from the app.This store is always clean and the coffee bar is always fully stocked. I love the big canisters of coffee rather than the coffee pots because I can see the timer and know that the coffee is always fresh. The workers here definitely go out of their way to make sure that my morning commute is a bit more enjoyable.

Went into this 7 eleven this morning at around 6:30am and bought a NAKED Blue Machine drink. The price on the cooler was 2.99. When I paid she said 3.79 and handed me change of a dollar and couple cents (handed her a 5). I then said I think it says 2.99 on the cooler. She snarky says only 3.79. I say you sure as I take 3 steps back to look down the isle where it clearly says 2.99. I turn back to the conversation I am having with her and she has move on to the next customer and very rudely says I have a customer. I saw a bad situation coming so I just left. They robbed me and then shamed me out of the store. Check the price before you pay here.

Slowest gas station in the world!!! If the the lady with blonde hair is working expect to be IN there for 10-15 mins Everytime I see her in there I walk out she’s so slow!!!

This is the worst store Ive ever been in. The customer service is horrible, I usually buy 4 pks. of Marlboro but they wanted to charge me 30.00 dollars.. they are always out of products. Runs out of Coke 12pks.they have no firewood,no windshield wash,and they price gauge the customers. I can go to other 7/11s and be treated so much better than the way this store treats you. Not one employee at this store knows what customer service means. When I did buy 4pks. Of Marlboro I was charged a different price every timeI will never shop this store again.!!!!!

This store has gone downhill since montfort took over. Been shopping here for 22 yrs. I have never seen such bad service. Price gauging all the time. Over charging on ciggs and pop or anything. Always out of stock of reg stuff. I will drive the extra mile to another 7-11.Ashly is the only good employee there. Most others are so unprofessionally trained,very rude and are so not happy with new management. Plz sell store to ppl that care. Get our friendly 7-11 back to broomfield.

I decided to go inside the store to pay for gas, but that was a big mistake on my partLady at the register was rude, and I just checked my bank statement and they charged my $10 of gas twice. When i called 3 separate times to ask, someone always answered the phone but hung up when I explained they overcharged me(and i wasnt even yelling or being rude)I dont live in Broomfield so I cant just walk in to ask without making an hour drive to do so.Very frustrated and with no way to contact an owner or manager, since they keep hanging up on me, I guess im also out $10 😒

Was there today to buy cigarettes. Was denied even though I had a valid co drivers lic. Apparently, they now have to swipe your id for cig/alc purchases & there machine couldnt read my id. So she wouldnt ring it up. Can SHE read? Im pushing 50 with a grey beard. Wont be back. Theres 2 more convenient stores within a min. or 2.

This place has become the opposite of convenient. Half the pumps dont work, and then you have to go inside and wait in line to get your receipt because there arent enough staff. Will not come back.

We went in for 7-Eleven slurped day today. The employee was very rude as she rudely informed us that is didn’t start until 11:00 am just like every other year. The information didn’t upset me, but her terrible attitude did!

Originally went in here to use the restroom, But after looking in the mens room it was all I could to not throw up . The soda fountain had trash and cups scattered on the counter and floor. And the fountains themselves were dripping onto the counter . The employees were notified but did not seem to care. It is by far the worst 7-Eleven Ive ever seen in my life

Been going to this store 5 years same guy always in there I get refills all the time karm was in there and some new guy and they were stocking cigarettes, didnt see me walk in I had a refill cup and he say its not a refill how would he even know he didnt even great me as I came in so he proceeded to say can I check cameras I said sure he comes back rude I said you know what u didnt even acknowledge I was in the store and I walked out left my cup that I brought in and I will necer return to that store u lost my business for good. hope ur happy.

This store is much bigger than other locations. It doesnt feel as cramped as other stores can feel. I also believe that because of the larger space they offer a bigger selection and variety of the things that they sell. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

This store should really try and hire someone who can speak English at least a little bit. Went in to buy beer, not knowing the liquor laws in Colorado, it was past selling hours and the guy proceeded to grab the beer out of my hands before I could close the fridge door and I couldnt understand anything he said. While walking out he tried to ask me a question and replying with I dont know, man he made a comment under his breath and eyed me out the door and to my car like he wanted to fight me. The guy had a serious attitude problem and later walked outside looked at me in my car while I was on the phone and walked back in immediately, whilst once again eyeing me through the store glass and giving me a dirty look.
