Amazing dealership for service! They do complimentary pick-up and drop-off within a certain distance from the dealership, and its fantastic. Rick is awesome and always very friendly when he picks up/drops off a vehicle, and Jordan Runes could not be a better service rep. They also send you a detailed video of all the work they perform on your vehicle and dont recommend any non-essential work. Love Audi Flatirons!

Paul was very responsive on line and by phone. Even when I couldn’t come in right away he still kept in contact with me. The car we originally were going to look at, changed before we ever came in. Paul didn’t miss a beat.I’m currently in a wheel chair and he was very accommodating to us.My only feedback would be to find a desk for us to sign papers at when completing the preliminary paperwork.This is the second time in 3 years that we have purchased a vehicle here. I would highly recommend them.

Kristi was great to deal with. We appreciate how she does business.A few things that would have been better-The car to be truly cleaned and detailed. We cleaned food out from under the seats, the car was not waxed or deep cleaned. They did detail it once we showed up - but it was surface.No pre work was really done prior to our arrival. We drove 6 hours and had a deposit down.A blond lady that is a finance Manager was hard and unwelcoming once we turned her down for the extra coverages. Everything over all had been great, then we experienced her being in my opinion unprofessional and cold after the no. Perhaps some EQ training would be in order - for any staff that cant contain their emotions from a let down. She got us out of her office as quick as possible, was short in tone and when she brought the copies of our paper work she basically slapped them in the front seat and hurried away. It was concerning that this would be ok at your dealership. By trade my wife and I are professionals and we have done sales for a living. We get the stress, but honestly if this is how she deals with a no- she isnt cut out for it. Between myself and my family - we have bought at least three if not four vehicles from Flatirons. We will consider this treatment in the future.Please emphasize Kristie Bell was great, we would do business with her again.

I purchased new tires in September 2021 and experienced a flat tire resulting in the newly acquired tire to be destroyed. I got into the dealer the next day and warranty covered the new tire and was on my way within a few hours. I was dismayed to have to pay $60 for the service however.

I got an advance notification that your service area was backed up, which was great. When I arrived, I was told that the wait could be up to 2.5 hours, but since I only needed a recall inspection, they would try to do it faster. About an hour later, we were done. Thanks!

Had to take my Audi A8 in to get the turbos replaced. The service team was absolutely amazing! They took great care of me and my car. The dealership was clean and everyone there was very professional. They were not pushy or demanding of other items, merely suggested them. The digital communication made it easy to work with them and kept me up-to-date as the issues were resolved. Great experience.

From the staff at the front, to the service advisor and all the way to the technician who worked on my car, they have all been friendly, professional and provided me an excellent service which in turn gave me an AMAZING experience. My wife and I were amazed at how our service advisor (Michelle Schreiner) kept us updated with what’s going on, very prompt, professional, honest and most importantly she made me feel welcomed. I will not take my car anywhere else I’ve found the best Audi dealer in Colorado. This is coming from someone who had been to different local Audi dealers and had bad experience.

They delivered exactly what they promised to do even when the deal got complicated.As out of state buyers, we emailed several dealers around the country looking for a specific trim. I wish I had found the team at Audi Flatirons first. Unlike some other offers we looked at, nobody tried to inflate the money factor or play other games with our lease. My experience today here at Flatirons Audi was above and far beyond the service I expected. I was in contact first thing in the a.m by Jeremy. I let him know what I was after and he got right on it, Text me about 30-45 minutes later to inform me my vehicle was ready. Once there I was directed to my salesman Paul L. He got me to my ride within minutes and I was off to test drive quicker then any other dealer I have ever been to. I told him that was great and the service got even better throughout the purchase. Chelsey Taberna was amazing! The level of communication was outstanding! After my service, I noticed some dirt/damage to my wheel. I thought something may have happened to my vehicle while at Audi. I contacted Chelsey with my concerns, she promptly pulled up camera footage of my vehicles arrival, and assured me that nothing had happened on their end. I pride myself on being really observant, especially with my vehicle I love, but it goes to show you that sometimes things get missed. It was definitely a good learning lesson and reminds me that the customer is not always right! I appreciated the transparency and the honesty! Very high-tech experience. Intelligent and knowledgeable service advisor (Michelle). I always go to the dealer for unusual (uncommon) repairs. They do treat my vehicle well even though it is 17 years old. Overall, it definitely felt like a 5-star experience.The reason for 4/5 is my front suspension noise still exists. Since it is a noise and it drives perfectly, Ill live with a creak while turning at slow speed. Handling is good, tire wear is good, no sloppiness when turning so I can live with it.We love our Audi A4 Quattro Cabriolet - in good weather and bad.

Im sure everyone here knows exactly what theyre doing. We came in looking to test drive a competitor make and ended up with an Audi. Vinny simply asked if he could share more about their cars. Worked with all our quirks and family needs to find us a car to test drive. Have to say, Im not one to be easily convinced. Its the exceptional customer service that got our attention as consumers. We still had other cars to check out, so we didnt make that purchase right there. Next day this audi was was still nagging at the back of my mind, but the competitor was what I was leaning for. Called my auto shop to compare cars. Looked at carfax. Read reviews. Called my insurance for quotes. Everything was nose to nose. Went it got down to it, it came back to overall guest experience. The team here are kind, patient and professional. We are now proud owners of an Audi.

Beautiful building, absurdly high prices. First off, you have some sort of financial understanding gap if you buy a new car. Get a lightly used Audi somewhere else, like Echo Park, and save yourself the depreciation. I got a GREAT CPO A4 from Prestige with about 8k miles at a good price. Let some other dope pay the depreciation! But you won’t listen—you want a new car. Fine, go ahead. Flush that money like a pro! Then call Dave Ramsey for your rightful earful.

As a new owner of a 2021 Audi Q3, I can easily say that working with Sameer, Dan, and Frenchy the finance dude had made this the easiest, cut-and-dry car buying process ever.While I was looking for the specific Q3 I wanted, down to every last detail, turns out the only vehicle meeting every single request was not even on the lot yet at Flatirons before I started inquiring about it. I actually happen to live out of state, but was willing to secure pick-up or delivery of this car. Initially, they did me the pleasure of being extremely transparent with me in regards to the fact that the car will likely not be delivered until January, thus cancelling out any potential incentives for December/the Holidays. They respectfully acknowledged this and let me continue my search elsewhere.Low and behold, we got a call from Sameer one Friday evening, saying the car was delivered to the lot sooner than expected, and less than 24 hours later, I was driving home in my dream car. Given the last-minute situation happening on a weekend and being a person that doesnt physically carry a checkbook, I had a bit of a hassle securing the down-payment, causing me to get to the dealership later than expected to sign the paperwork. Everyone (including Dan, the Sales Manager), stayed after closing, and took the time to speak with me and show me important features of the vehicle before the sent me on my way (with some Audi swag in tow, of course).I have never had such a kind, stress-free car buying experience like this one in my life, and would highly recommend working with any one from the quality team at Audi Flatirons.Thanks again, guys!

Deian was great to work with! We never felt pressured to spend more, even though we considered 1 higher priced model. When we had questions or concerns about the cars, it felt like Deian was educating us on Audis strengths and attributes, rather than selling us. The showroom was nice and comfortable and we appreciated the refreshments. Also grateful for the baby changing table in the bathroom, and that we had a few color/feature options to choose from in the SQ5 model that we ultimately went with.

Not only do I love my Audi but the dealership and service department are amazing with a warm welcoming and helpful presence as well as commitment to helping the car owners however they can. The initial take on the dealership was not great. The person who answered the phone did a horrible job of paying attention we had to repeat ourselves numerous times.After that Jordan and the rest of the staff in the service department went above and beyond to get us taking care of to get us out of town on time. Everyone at this dealer is super cool. I dealt with Jeremy on the sales end of 3 cars within about 6 weeks. It all started because I was looking for a reliable suv for my mother in law. I went there to buy a 2013 ford escape. It wasnt ready, but I still purchased and they went above and beyond to get it ready. They did all new breaks, it needed a computer part, and they really hooked that little suv up and made it pretty. It happened to be that my wife was injured in a serious accident and her car got totaled, so she wanted an Audi to replace her Chrysler. I called Jeremy to see what he had for Q3s. An S5 also caught my eye, so we ended up buying them both. Things couldnt have been smoother and easier. I also didnt spend a lot of time haggling, or hanging out at the car dealer. We did most of the paper work on all the cars online and I pretty much went there to give a couple of wet signatures and leave in the cars. Michelle in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. We enjoy the cars and I would send anyone to that dealership to be taken care of. Side note, they could have not worked with me as much on price because of the car shortages, but they still helped out there too. I also didnt go into a huge amount of detail on my S5, but I had a few cars in mind and Jeremy didnt pressure me on any of them. Ive struggled with other dealerships (other brands) in the past with lazy and careless sales and service staff. Audi Flatirons knows how to treat their customers and I will keep coming back. We love our new vehicle and how we were treated here.One annoying thing other dealers do is to brand your vehicle with a sticker on the paint or window of your new car. I always rush to remove it. Audi Flatirons sells you the vehicle with their license plate covers on it only; no permanent stickers. This is a big deal to me and greatly appreciated by the new paint on my new car.

We drove down from Loveland and when we got to the lot there was a single Q3 left but it was already promised to someone else. However, Im fairly confident Jim is made of magic.... Not only did he manage to find one meant to be used as a courtesy car, he convinced them to lease it to me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted AND he got my payments where I needed them to be. Ive never seen someone hustle quite like this at a dealership. Jim Page truly cares about his people. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to working with him again!

I am absolutely ecstatic at my first interaction with the new Audi Flatirons. As a long time patron of Audi Boulder with my 2013 A4, I know many of the staff and appreciate how hard they work. Additionally, I am in the automotive industry myself. My experience at the brand new Audi Flatirons was absolutely superb. My salesperson, Jon Eric Ferguson, delivered a wonderful experience. He was able to pinpoint a vehicle that fit my needs as well as had all of the equipment that I was looking for had I purchased a new vehicle. I purchased a 2015 S4 that absolutely checked every box on my list of wants and needs. Additionally, the sales manager Mike Skidd and finance manager Jeff helped me immensely and truly made me feel like they were fighting to earn my business. Everyone from sales to service is absolutely amazing. Make sure to visit Jon Eric in sales, as well as John Steiner in service. Audi Flatirons is an AWESOME dealership! I purchased my Audi from a different dealership, but I have to say, the service here is far and above what I experienced at the other dealership. Having my car serviced here has been so easy and stress-free. Michelle Schreiner, Service Advisor, is so nice and incredibly helpful, not to mention very efficient and informative. I love the fact that I get a video walkthrough when my car is serviced. I cant say enough about the great service and people here. Highly recommend!

Blayne Wiig is always terrific, open and explaining and friendly. He really shone this time though as he realized a prior service on my Q5 didnt prevent a major, expensive issue needing repair. So he very honestly explained that and got the price of this service reduced. And without the generous loaner program I would not have been able to use Flatirons for this service. So, treating me very well reinforces that I will remain a loyal Flatirons Audi customer.

Very odd experience today. Walked onto the sales floor and had to track somebody down to get some assistance. Was hoping to look at an A4, S4 and A6 to do some comparisons and figure out first hand what might be best for me. Person I talked to seemed very confused at my request to take a look at an A4. Kept telling me they weren’t sure what was in stock. In the end they eventually let me sit in an A4 for a couple minutes. Never offered a test drive, never allowed to explore any other vehicles. Very odd experience. Never been treated in such an odd way at a dealership. Definitely rethinking if an Audi is what I want. Probably won’t be back to this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our family purchased many cars in the past and the process and experience at Audi Flatirons was above & beyond. Kristan & Jay were fantastic to work with. We purchased two Q8’s within 8 months just because of their customer service and the great experience we had. When we went to other dealership, we always felt the sales people to be pushy or they didn’t take us serious enough. But that wasn’t the case with Kristan. The first time we met her, she was very friendly, respectful and helpful. We knew we were in great hands.She made sure to take time for us and to find us the perfect car. We never felt rushed or pressured. She truly did an amazing job. The first car we got was the 2019 Audi Q8 and 8 months later we got the 2021 Audi Q8.Both times we were thrilled to work with Kristan, Jay & Dan.Our family is planing to get an SQ5 very soon and we will definitely get it at this dealership. Overall the purchasing process and customer service and completely different than any other dealership we went to. If you’re getting an Audi in Colorado - go to this dealership! It was very easy to drop off my car and hop into a loaner. It helped tremendously to not have lost a day, sitting and waiting for your car or arranging for transportation. The service was truly spectacular, including a video of the problem, and other maintenance checks. I am wowed by the service I received. Very pleased I bought an Audi!
