Talk about an easy and awesome experience! It’s exciting to think about getting a brand new car, but the part that’s not the most exciting is the process of buying a new car. Well, not the case at Sill-TerHar, working with Steven Power was beyond a great experience, even when he had to break the news to me, I’d have to wait due to component delays for my car to arrive. He was thorough and during the wait time kept me up to date as it moved through the process. I got the best call yesterday telling me that my car arrived! Steven meticulously explained every detail and feature of my new car and it was clear to me he knew his stuff. From sales, to product knowledge, to communication and sheer enthusiasm for what he does, Steven was fantastic to work with! Looking for a new car? Steven is your guy!

This is during the pandemic but it took over 3 weeks for me to get my car in. And then once I did, I was told that they needed to get some parts in on Tuesday and to come back Wednesday. I come back Wednesday and wait all day at the dealer for them to do 2 hours worth of work which in the end didnt even include everything that they were supposed to do. One of the pieces never came in and the other piece they need to paint. So now I need to go back in another couple weeks for them to work on the car. I live in Boulder and it will be the 3rd day that I had to spend at their dealership for minor fixes.And if that wasnt enough, I started to get spam in my inbox from them even though I never signed up for their newsletter.

I just want to take a second to thank Evan Robinson in service. Had to take my 2021 F150 due to the electronic brake booster being faulty. From the minute I walked in to give them my keys, he was the first one to greet me and get all my information and ask what was going on. He kept in contact with me everyday to let me know the status of my truck. Talk about customer service. I’ve been to quite a few dealerships and not many service advisors as professional as him. Defiantly will be going back to STH for futures services.

They were not able to find the issue with my truck, they had it for almost a month, and did not even give a loaner vehicle so I would have a way to get back and forth to work while they had my truck. Evan Robinson the service advisor did not even keep in touch with me to give me updates, I had to text him to get updates after having the truck for a month I picked it up because they said they could find the issue, when I picked it up Evan said he would email me the technicians report and he never did, even after I emailed to remind him to send it to me he never did. When I went in about three week after I had dropped it off to see what was going on Evan said they couldnt find anything, I asked to see the Service Manger (Mitch Ross) Mitch asked me to describe the issue to him and when I told him, he said that what I described was not even what they had in the system. Mitch Ross stepped in to try and help with the issue and said he would drive it to see if the issue would happen while he drove it, I really dont think that happened, I think the truck just sat out in the parking lot. Two days after I picked the truck up the issue happened again. Right now I am hoping that it doesnt happen and I get into an accident or cause an accident. We have a camper that we pull with the truck and had to cancel camping reservations because we did not want to be pulling the camper and the issue occur while pulling the camper. We will definitely not buy another Ford truck or buy a vehicle from Sill-TerHar Motors.

If you need to buy a car in no time flat you need to go see Brian Reese. I cant put into words how smooth my experience was. Withing 30 minutes of me being there I drove 3 different vehicles until he found exactly what I wanted. I will continue to recommend this dealership for years to come. All of his coworkers were so helpful with the entire process as well. Buying a car is supposed to be easy and joyful and they made it just that. Thank you so much to all the staff here. In essence not a bad company but I had a lot of problems with the service and quick lane department when it relates to brakes. I received brake pad thickness measurements at one service of 4mm and then 10.000 mile later of 5mm. When I insisted to see how they measure it was recognized that the brake pad thickness is at 2mm. I also get a brake warning light since the last 2 years and their service department can’t find why and do not correspond back to me with a potential fix.

He had great communication, was super friendly, and got me a great deal on my trade-in and new car. I also dealt with Donna recently from the title department and she is amazing too. I was very disappointed with the last service. The guy at the front desk informed that I would need to replace the tires soon based on a tread depth taken on the inside of the tire(s). The overall tread depth is acceptable. Whoever was servicing the car left grease prints from his hands on the inside upper portion of the headliner. The windshield washer was working ok when I delivered the car for service. Afterwards it no longer works. When the washer is turned on it leaks all of the fluid on the floor from underneath the car. I will not use the fast lane service again.

Recently divorced. Working on my credit and needed a vehicle. I contacted Ty and the team at Sill-TerHar. My ex and I had gone there previous and they were outstanding then. I got ahold of Ty and let him know what I needed and what I could afford. Set an appointment to go out and look at a Ford Escape I was interested in. The car was perfect. Worked on getting me financed in to payments that worked in my budget. I highly recommend this team. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and all around awesome humans. I will forever be a customer!!

Absolutely painless!!! Everyone was incredibly helpful. I dont know who to shout out more, the awesome salesman or the fantastic finance department. I was in and out in 2 hours and that is just because they insisted on cleaning what was already a pretty spotless vehicle. I had heard their radio ad on 98.5 KYGO, Tracy was explaining about a deal they were offering.... and Tracy made Sill-TerHar Motors and their deal sound too good to not at least see if they are the real deal. I went in and John and Brian were fantastic. No hard sales, and believe me, I am not usually particularly fond of salesmen. John sat with me, asked me my situation and what I was wanting. Each step of the way, John or Brian asked for my approval for each Next step. Explained everything they were doing. They got me a deal that I could afford in the vehicle I wanted. Never once trying to sell me any other type of vehicle.Robert and Ty in the finance department explained each process to me. Robert offered only products to me that would help me with my warranty and insurance and Nothing more.My only complaint, is that they dont sell Cell phones, so I could go to them for my next cell phone purchase. If you are in the market for honest people to help you with a new or used car purchase, Make that effort to drive to Broomfield, they took the stress out of car buying.

Brought my truck in for a very specific issue I brought up on a call the day before. Came in first thing and restated the issue to the check in advisor. Turns out the expert wasnt there that day, and the two people I talked to didnt know that. Two trips over there and 5 hours and no phone calls and the service was not done, but the service advisor on checkout handled the situation appropriately to our satisfaction.

I worked with Kaid to get into a new Ford truck, and he made it easy for me. I called and asked about a specific truck, and showed up an hour later to find it sitting out front ready for a test drive. We agreed on a price, and the folks here made the paperwork quick and easy. Ill bet I wasnt there for even two hours, and left with a new truck. I highly suggest these folks, and Ill be there again when its time to get a new vehicle.

Ive repeatedly received terrible communications and service from this company. Even escalating the problem to the management is met with a lackluster level of interest in rectifying issues. The core of their issue is a lack of communication with their customers.Case in point: my car (which I purchased from them) has had a faulty seatbelt, which was diagnosed in early June after the company holding the car for 3 days. I was asked to prepay for the part needed, which would take 2 weeks to arrive. I made an appointment for the service to be rendered at the end of June. They held my car for 12 days with no communications, letting me know that they had never received the part only after I repeatedly tried to contact them. Three months later, they have still not received the part, and they only communicate with me after I call them repeatedly.If you value your time, I highly recommend you dont do business with Sill-TerHar Motors.

I wanted to get my truck serviced. I have done business here for years.I couldnt even get a quote on certain services I needed on my 2014 truck nor could I get anyone to return a call with a quote. I have noticed the last few years quality of customer service has gone down hill in the service dept. They need a front desk person working in this dept and manning the phones. Instead you get shuffled around and no answers. It took two days for me to call multiple times to get an answer.

2021 Navigator with 6000 mi began flashing a brake system warning light. We were driving thru CO en route home to MI. Drove to a dealership. Sil-TerHar moved us to the front of the line given the Black Label trim package and had us back on the road in short order after a complimentary wash. The young man who greeted us at the service desk was personable, polite, and respected his service techs the way an NFL QB treats his front line. Throughout my wait he continuously updated progress. Importantly, the customer waiting area was set up for social distancing in a appealing way, lumbar pillows were provided for every chair, and the internet speed allowed me to work efficiently. Experience exceeded expectations.

Awful experience at this place. Scheduled a appointment 1 week ahead of time. Walked the service tech around my car and showed him what I needed. He said he would order parts so it wouldn’t sit in the shop so long. Well my apt was at 8am and I get there to drop it off and he said “oh can u remind me what’s wrong with it again?” Obviously he did not order parts and I’m pretty sure I didn’t even have an appointment considering it sat in the shop for 2 weeks. I get my car back and it’s not even fixed. Had to bring it back and schedule another appointment and this time they found the issue. I am very satisfied with the service and professional way Sil Terhar handles there customers. My mechanical problem was with the Death Wobble was what the fixed. My problem is with all the vehicles that have had this problem why hasn’t there been a recall. My cost was 1200.00 since the extended warranty didn’t cover this.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The service department is awful. When you try to reach them you most often get a phone message that says, we are experiencing a significant increase in call volume and will get back to you as soon as we can. That has been the voicemail message for more than a year now. When do you actually hire another person if you are that busy? If you do leave a message, my experience is that you will not receive a return call. I actually drove to the dealership one day just to schedule an appointment with the service department. When I told them why I was there in person, I was told that all phone calls are returned promptly so I must be mistaken. Finally, the last two times my F-150 has been in for service, it has either come back with a new problem - which I was told could not possibly be the dealerships fault, or the issue I brought it in for was not actually fixed, even though I was charged $500 for the work. Finally, you guessed it, when I called the dealership to reschedule an appointment for them to fix the original problem, I was sent to voicemail and did not get a call back. My favorite part of this whole experience is that while this is all going on, their sales staff is emailing me and asking if they can help me buy a new truck. Talk about a disconnect.Life is too short to deal with these people. There are 5 other Ford dealerships in proximity to Sill-TerHar Motors. Do yourself a favor and use one of them.

The quick lane for oil change was fast compared to other dealerships I had been going too. Also they were friendly.As it turns out I had a plastic cover come loose, while it was snowing. It dropped down in front causing it to drag and plow the snow. I will replace it myself and I will be changing my own oil going forward.

Brought my 2016 Ford Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation on 1/18/20.The check engine light was not on upon parking the car.The work gets done and once I start the car to leave, it has a check engine light. I tell Caleb and he checks the codes. Im told its an o2 sensor and camshaft sensor fault. He assures me it is still okay to drive. I mention that I plan to drive to Illinois the next day and he still gives me the okay. After learning about what these sensors do, it seems like bad advice to drive 15 hours with this problem. Poor engine performance and fuel consumption.I will give credit for the poor wires to a rodent. But it is still hard to believe the technician did not notice this while working on the car. I also have to assume the tech did something during the work to cause these wires to become detached.The 2-star rating is for the dismissal of the problem. All they would have had to do was look at the engine to ensure the wires were still connected. Caleb told me to call Service department but their next opening was a week away. Things happen, there are weird coincidences. But if a problem comes up only after the service, then give priority to that problem.Any staff member Ive interacted with has been great and this rating is not for the employees. Again, it is because of the potential for danger and further damage to the car that was completely dismissed and told it would be okay to keep driving.$80 for their work plus another $120 for another shop to fix the problem. Trust has been broken and I will not be returning to this shop.-Jon Robbins

I brought my F-150 here to get some stuff checked out under warranty. Nick was the man that helped me and I was beyond impressed with him and the service I received here. Nick messaged me throughout the day with updates and was so proactive. I couldnt get my issue to replicate itself, so I didnt expect the team to be able to fix it, but they figured it out and got it fixed! They got other minor parts ordered for me and my wife picked them up a week or so later. Nick, met her outside quickly installed the parts for her and she was on her way. Didnt even have to step out of the truck (with two toddlers in the back this was an amazing blessing). That is what I call top notch service. I would love to bring my truck back anytime to Nick and hope he gets a bonus, promoted soon or something. His service dramatically exceeded my and my wifes expectations.

By my own admission I made the mistake of buying a pre-owned truck on a snowy day. It was a beautiful Black F-150, it drove wonderfully on a slushy Saturday and the buying experience was not complicated.Everything was great until I went to wash it the next day and noticed it had hail damage galore on top of the Trucks roof. It was already rusting and when I called the salesman about it, he said bring it on it so they could try and help out not having seen it. He then proceeded to tell me pretty much “too bad it’s used” but if I would like they could repaint it for me for $700.I am writing this review now because I had a friend that was looking for a pick up and it reminded me to tell him to cook for the “used car tricks”. I felt compelled to shared.This is not the type of establishment I will be buying another car from. Transparency is key to repeat customers and you can deceifer what you’ll be getting with this group. This was the only part of the vehicle that was damaged and they definitely knew about it.Again my fault, but just know the type of dealer and salesman you are doing business with.Edit: Since the original post the owner of Sil-Terhar has tried to discredit my story and reputation. His comment does not reflect the experience he gave me nor did they try to remedy any repairs to the damaged paint.The salesman also called and offered to “get me into something knew” since they did me so rotten last time. He said let’s stick it to them this time. All I could do was laugh.

I bought my first car with Steve Powers on 11/28 and let me just say, this was the most painless, easy going, and pleasant experience. I am a first time car buyer, and I was honestly expecting to be overwhelmed by the process.Fortunately, both Steve and Charlie (from Finance) made this experience really easy. The test drive was fantastic, they had the exact car I wanted, and since Steve and I had chatted prior during the week, it was gassed up and ready for me to test drive Saturday morning!The process was quick, painless, and I left with ZERO buyers remorse. They do absolutely great work here! I had my truck towed here because the battery had died and the engine had been going into limp mode. As soon as they received my truck, I got text updates from Sean. Throughout the whole process Sean made sure I was kept up to date. Not only did he diagnose and take care of the issues that caused me to bring my truck in, he also informed me of the safety recalls I had open and took care of those. Sean’s elevated level of customer service made this a good experience and is the reason I will keep coming back
