Cashier was wonderful! Super helpful, kind, and welcoming. Great cashier
You can get a half a pumpkin pie here for 6.48... or you can drive to Walmart a couple blocks away and buy the whole pie for 5.94
Come on Cub. I thought we were friends. I shop here, have for years. The other day I got a corndog and single chicken strip for the boys for dinner. $9.75... for a burnt corndog and single chicken strip. You can do better.
My wife and I went to this location yesterday to go grocery shopping and had nothing but a wonderful experience all thanks to a cashier named Stacy she made sure that we left the store with smile on our face she helped us find any items that we may have been missing in her order and did all this with a smile on her face this is the second time weve had her as a cashier at this location as the early morning shift I will gladly go back to the store anytime she is working and I want to make sure that management knows that Stacy is a keeper keep up the great work you are appreciated
Normally the fried chicken is the best ! I get very often.Friday July 16 I came in at 10:30 and the chicken was taken out of the fryer to early . It was not raw but the skin fell off each piece . It did not taste as it usually does either and was not crispy as it normally is . We ate most except 2 chicken breasts and a wing (8piece) whomever was making before let them do it.
Ken was very nice and helpful. I don’t know too much about different cuts of steaks but he helped me figure out thanks.
In line, 20 minutes now @ customer service, 1 person working, other employees walking around talking and/or texting.... great service Cub!!
Overnight, slow on a winter night (Sunday) workers staring, following customers but not doing a good job at making their actions discrete ; most likely due to them not being real or trained (AP) asset protection. It serves to make honest shoppers feel harassed and judged. Cannot shop in peace when someone is mean mugging you in every aisle up until check out and only stops once the receipt is printed and then they wave and smile and say their first words to you which is “thanks have a good night” with a fake forced awkward smile.Do your job, the 3 stars are for the food items only, and the location + cub foods brand name in general. This specific location sucks for customer service wise.
Wonderful store! I would even argue one of the very best smaller markets in whole Twin Cities! Money transfer services and very friendly service.
I love how you have grocery and the liquor store all in one its a one stop shop. Very clean store and friendly staff who are willing to help. The pharmacy staff is also very knowledgeable in there department.
Fascinating with all the options. Amazing selections on beef, pork and seafood. Very well priced. And the deli has great fresh food. Service was with a smile, too.
I visited the store on January 28 around 9:00 am. I was knocked out by the cleanliness and neatness of the store! I actually want to shop there now. Fresh, neat fruit and vegetable stands...loved it! Vanessa checked me out, absolutely professional and courteous. Thank you Cub foods for valuing your Brooklyn Park customers!
Wonderful store! I would even argue one of the very best smaller markets in whole Twin Cities! Money transfer services and very friendly service.
This grocery store is fine. Could be better, but it has the stuff you need. Wish the front was cleaner and things were organized more clearly. The floral and produce section is pretty good. Wish there was more organic.
This store is fine but I bought a cold broccoli pasta salad in the deli and the noodles arehard not aldenti :( if this is why it was on sale, not worth even the sake price .
Been Shopping here for 36 yrs..Friendly employees,
Great store. Very clean. Very kind workers. Got fresh donuts for breakfast and they were delicious. A small seating area to dine even.
When I arrived at Cub Foods I went to the hot food items the mashed potatoes were Brown and crispy the corn was Brown the macaroni and cheese looked horrible I asked a woman if they were going to be putting fresh out and she said one moment Ill have someone else put it out for you she proceeded to go tell the other person to please put this stuff out as it was coming out of the heater and was ready to be displayed after waiting 4/5 minutes I asked if they had any fresh biscuits they proceeded to tell me no with an attitude and told me I could check by the bakery which I did after going to the bakery I returned I asked if they had any fresh biscuits they proceeded to tell me know with an attitude and told me I could check by the bakery which I did after going to the bakery I returned and the sides head still not been changed so I waited so I waited for a good four minutes more with no prevail at this point I put my stuff on the counter and left the store not a great experience for someone visiting from out of the state
I am handicapped and I was changing from a regular cart to a motorized one and left my purse behind. Someone (bless their heart) turned it in. Check out clerk was helpful in getting me to lost and found where the purse was. Staff there were helpful and friendly
Your Website is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Its not user friendly and searching for certain items is almost impossible because no matter how you describe what it is it comes back with sorry, couldnt find a match. I suggest whomever you employ thats in charge of this Website needs to go to College for Web development classes or get with current times and create a more user friendly Website !
Still have some good deals
Great prices great atmosphere cashiers are awesome especially Jon. Friendly staff and leaders.
Small store compared to HyVee or other Cub stores. Cashiers and customer service could use more training to enhance customer satisfaction. The guys who stock the shelves and work in produce and meat are awesome, and always helpful. Would like more selection, but for the bare basics its fine.
Cake/ bakery department very short with guests. Seemed very annoyed and not wanting to be at work. Please find other work if you have no desire to help customers in need.
Higher prices. Lacking in Cashiers, constant self check out issues.long lines. More variety needed in Deli & fresh Foods. Same things over & over.
Beautiful store but customer service takes an eternity. Stood in line at the deli for way to long and I was the only one in line.
Good variety of products and a good selection of both high and low end prices. The produce is fresh and theres a nice variety there, too
This location is clean and usually in stock of what I need. I like it for the convenience since I live a few blocks from it. While there are good sales, due to the prices... I only shop for last minute needed stuff or snacks when Im out and about. The quality of the food is great but not workable (with my budget for 3) to do any major grocery shopping with. For what I would get at Cub, I could double the amount of groceries at my place of work. At Aldis, I could and have tripled my groceries for the same amount of money. It can be time consuming at times to wait in line, but the staff are friendly. Other than the price, I dont have many complaints except for the layout of items in the grocery aisles. Some things just make no kind of sense at all to be next to each other. No matter how many times I have been in here, I honestly spend more time trying to locate stuff than I should have to. I much more prefer to find things right away so I can get in and out quickly. Lastly, the refrigerated doors and by the yogurt have an unappealing odor every time I come in. Great renovations however... Really makes the store look much better.
Love CUB!
When you zoom into this Cub on Google Maps, why does it say Coffin Meat in the store directory?
They have some good deals on the hot chicken, I paid 5.99$ for 10 piece, unbelievable.
The cashier charged me for the same item 3 times while trying too give me cash back option. In the end I was only able to get the one item even tho I payed for it 3 times cause there was no recipient. The cashier could have confirmed she charged me for the same item that many times but didnt and instead was treated by other staff like Im trying to get one over on em.
We really like Cub foods. Mostly since the produce does not spoil fast.
I didnt know but I just like this shop, particularly for their Cub Foods Purified Drinking Water. It taste good. You need to try it!
A big store that has pretty much everything one needs.
Visited one youve seen em all. The prices are good and the staff is always nice.
With the remolding couldnt find some of what I needed. Sad to see TCP gone. Couldnt find anyone to help.Really like cub next visit will be better.
Love Cub Foods, good prices, great selection, and the people will typically go that little extra to make shopping that much easier.
Great prices great atmosphere cashiers are awesome especially Jon. Friendly staff and leaders.
Typical affordable grocery store that isnt Walmart. The produce section kinda sucks, but its an all around grocery store so I cant fairly expect it to be top notch.
I wish they still had the TCF Bank in the store. It was great to be able to do me banking and grocery shopping all at the same place. Now I have to do them at two separate places and it takes twice as long.
Great groceries store and I shop here always.
Good place . I can find everything I want. Good prices.
Horrible service!!! Waited an hour for my pickup and was told it was a technical error.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. The food in the Wells was all dried out or empty. Waited over a half hour for a fresh rotisserie chicken, spoke with MOD and he was a ineffective. Only two deli workers working, they did their best.
If I cant say anything good about CUB on Brooklyn Blvd., Ill just say every time I shop that store, I come away with less than I wanted to buy. And always promise myself I wont go there again. Smaller store.
Ive never had a problem at this location before, but I came in to grab the $5.99 8 piece chicken deal and the lady who served me had an attitude, but I didnt mind it, because she seemed rushed and her employees were not engaging themselves to help her. Anyway she gave me the meal instead when she asked me what sides I wanted I was confused, I thought maybe that was something new, I would have known not to get the sides if the lady didnt take down the $5.99 chicken deal sign! The price said $15 and I was not expecting to spend that much, so I went back and told them that they got my order wrong and clarified that I wanted the deal. A different lady helped me and she took the sides from me changed the chicken label and said in a very rude tone You know this goes straight to the trash, because we cant serve it to anyone else then she in front of my face literally through the bag of old mac n cheese and potatoe salad into the trash at the same time giving me an estranged look. The customer service was so ride and irritating. I WILL not go do any business at this Cub Foods anymore.
It was my favorite until HyVee came to town!
Good service and quality food
Just remodeled. All they had to do was have competitive prices on the health and beauty but instead they reduced selection and shelf space on most items in the store.
Great store, best prices, snd nearly as goof of prices as wallyworld (walmart,) but a lot less weird people
I have historically been a fan of Cub Foods at different locations. Over time they have lost their way.A few weeks ago I was at this location around midnight and found the check out lane backed up to the frozen food isle. They ONLY cashier was working his butt off as fast as he could.I later learned that the backup cashier had earlier been fired. That happens. BUT, I felt that the lazy manger that fired the backup, should have made arrangements to assign a backup to the terminated employee or heaven forbid, get off his/her lame a__ and cover the shift themselves. Instead, the customer suffers. They simply dont care. The entire management staff needs to be shown the door. Im a HyVee customer now and will NEVER go back to CUB.
Pretty much the Cadillac of grocery stores.
A nice grocery store with a decent variety of non-basic items as well.
I like this location, always clean with nice associates.
They are always customer oriented and aim to please. Once I forgot to redeem my coupons after my purchase and the manager opened a new till and gave me a cash refund for the value of my coupons.
An employee at food (vegetables) department didnt know Cub Foods carries Campari tomatoes....And I found it on a shelf across him. I think he needs more training....
Because I considered this location to be better maintained than the one in Brooklyn Center in the past I ventured out to get some quick shopping done at an affordable price. I love to shop at Hy-Vee (having grown up with it in Iowa) but they are just a little out of the way and I decided to keep it local this time. It was a mistake to do so. The store was dirty, the shelves were in disarray and out of stock, the produce was disgusting and moldy and the meat was turning gray. The worst part was that theyve tried to create a similar atmosphere to Hy-Vee by offering a basket of free healthy fruit for kids to choose from. Not very nice for the kids to pick out of a basket of tasteless red delicious apples, rotten bananas and green oranges that were exploding they were so old and moldy. GROSS.And dont get me started on the bathroom experience. With small children bathrooms can make or break my experience and I would have rather gone into a port-a-potty than visit this bathroom again. Splashed liquid stains/marks on the stall doors that I did NOT want to know what it was, the changing table for babies wouldnt stay up, had an inch of wet dust on it and the safety strap was broken. Who knows when it was last cleaned. Then sinks were practically falling off the walls and rusting, leaking faucets, and the floor was almost black it was so dirty. Absolutely horrendous. Its very unfortunate that the stores can put money into a face-lift of the exterior but nothing done on the inside - where it counts. The Cub goods in Champlin and Maple Grove are leaps and bounds above the BP and BC locations and that makes me sad as a Brooklyn Center resident.I will also note that the prices of the items I buy are no less than $1 cheaper so it makes the drive well worth it. I will not return.
Great selection at this location. Excellent bakery
Good store.clean. some food is a little high.
Great selection good prices good food
It was a great way to experience a bathroom poop thats cuz thats what I did when I went there it gave me a told me to give you a call so Im doing it Im sorry for it being graphic but I had to burn and squirts and I didnt feel good
Always love my cub for good quality and low prices.
Been shopping there for almost 8 years and no problem
Good store workers ok nothing special
Frequently have to wait for service checking out or at customer service. Signage in store lacking. Makes it hard to shop when you dont know prices.
Very disappointed in the bakery, bought a cake that was made over a month ago. Called and the bakery manager didnt care to consider how disgusting the cake tasted in order to better serve their customers. Basically it was taken as a who cares matter. Will never buy a cake from this cub ever again.
You really have to watch your groceries in this place--the grocers cant keep up. Ive had to return spoiled chicken (before the expiration) in the past, and yesterday while perusing the goods we found a molded bag of bread sticks in the refrigerated section and a soggy cucumber in with the produce. Also - if you want dry goods, go for the pre-packaged variety. People stick their bare hands into the containers for samples--and I dont just mean the kids.
It was a good experience, people there are polite.
Sampling area is not close to the entrance and had been dirty.
Have what you need and all food is fresh
Great clean well organized stone wirh great prices!
Very unsatisfied with this Cub. Yes they remodeled the store but I dont see improvements. Recently I was there shopping and some of the food items were past expiration dates in the coolers and shelves. Dont look like the stockers care about rotating or updating stock. Lets do our jobs here. Grocery store is still dirty and run down. Im also upset that TFC bank was taken out of there. I have to go acc ross the street to TFC. Plus they discontinued carrying land o lakes milk products. Also saw a bag of chips opened and spilled on the floor in the chip and cracker aisle what a mess.! Also a bag of hostess mini donuts opened with donuts crumbled and dumped all over the shelf. Mothers let their children do what they want. Turn the store into a pigsty. Plus the restrooms are filthy. Pigsty ghetto grocery store. Plus prices are increasing. Id rather shop at Hyvee. Hyvee much better!
Good prices have everything better prices at Aldi
Shop there every week love it.
Nice hometown store!
Pretty decent Cub in contrast to other locations.
Great Food. I will keep coming to this store.
Decent prices and short lines at checkout.
Good variety / great customer service
Cub foods are the best great service and deals
Great place to shop until you drop
Ok but no brown bags with handles. Miss tag in cub. Found everything
I love shopping here
Good selection great pricesMostly friendly staff
Newly remodeled but still pricey!
I love the overnight staff here best staff cub have
Terrible, they didnt have pumpernickel or rye bread anywhere in the bakery, this is bad, not much to choose from, what ever happened!
Love cub but aldis is better
Good store during the day, but the weirdos come out after 10:00.
Great place to shop and people
Horrible manager on sunday 8-26-18 at 1:48 didnt know that system and made me wait over 2 hours to fix my problem
Not enough cashiers. had to ring up our own stuff and when the machine has a bagging error the staff didnt help she literally turned and looked the other way
Its Grocer than Lunds? Its. Grocery store.
My cashier sucks. She was rude and very irritating. All in a conversation that she shouldnt have been in instead of ringing my purchase. Now my boyfriend upset with me and anything could of been disconnected if she would have mind her business. The store is super ghetto.
2... TWO registers open on a Sunday afternoon.... TWO!And this is why I just go to HyVee
Go to Cub for certain items that I cannot find other places.
