Love Target I placed my order and was able to pick it up within an hour I cant beat that!

Mold on the strawberries, prices ringing up incorrectly at self checkout, can only find bras that fit in quantities of one. How about selling them in multipacks? I like to wear a fresh bra every day. Ive found the womens razors target sells dont do as good of a job as the razors out of the mens section. You can buy a pair of womens shorts for 12.99 or go to the mens and buy a 5 pack of boxers for 14.99. I feel this store is contributing to the wealth gap between men and women

This has to be one of the best Targets around. It is large and well-stocked, though not technically a Super Target. They always have what I am looking for, and the store is never very busy. The checkout lines are usually short. The store is clean, and parking is easy to access. There are at least two Targets closer to me, but I usually make the drive to this one, just because of the ease of shopping and the atmosphere.

The staff at this location is very friendly and extremely helpful. The store is clean and well stocked and has a very nice selection of women’s clothing.

The timely manner in which my prescription was ready and the pharmacist is nice.

Package Pickup: Fast, simple. Several staff were at the entry, cleaning carts and positioned to meet and greet. I was immediately offered assistance by all staff upon entry (help at entrance is much appreciated). They were quick to provide direction to package pickup. I was quickly greeted at Customer Service. When I advised that it would take me a few moments to find the email and barcode on my phone, she quickly offered an alternative (name and ID). From entry into the store to being handed my online purchase was under two minutes. Excellent work!

I often can find the same cashiers working. I enjoy seeing and getting to know them. It makes Target feel like my neighborhood store. Everyone is friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Ive come to your location several times and I have often though every time except two times did I recieve good customer service. The people in the front of this store gossip and glare at you when you walk into the entrance nearest the electronics. The cashier are rude as well. Other parts of the store as far as employees are not bad. Ive been harassed in this location a few times even just stared at. Its worse than uncomfortable and I actually just want to avoid having my family come here and go elsewhere.

Target is always reliable, giving 4 stars because management was not overly responsive to an inquiry/target survey. Staff is always great .

Tried look for a coffee maker had to employee if they could move stuff! it felt like I ask, it was a big inconvenience! doesnt target have overnight stockers. theres all kinds of box products all over place! In the aisles not well organized! some employees look like they just woke up! I thought theres some kind of dress code, I guess not?! kind reminds me of a other place? I guess with the stores high prices, you think target in Brooklyn Park would be more presentable?

Store had the product in stock and checkout was easy. The store needs to limit the amount of product that can go through self checkout. Two of 4 checkouts had people with overflowing carts that made all of us who had just a few items wait.

It took too long, waiting for the customer service girl to retrieve my purchase, and there was not any choices for what I needed at the other Target

Today I went to target to buy some chips and strawberries. I try to pick the best ones there and went to go to campus and clean the strawberries. They look gross and some had mold on them. I only got 6 good strawberries out of 27. This is disappointing to me and a waste of some money on my gift card that my supervisor gave me to buy food.

Quick and efficient pickup process

Order pick up is so convenient and quick! I’ve used it multiple times and each time has been a great experience. Target employees have been nothing but nice each time and make the transaction easy! This was a great idea!

All the employees are rude and lazy. I asked to have something grabbed from a higher shelf and they took 30 minutes to move it. When I went to the checkout this woman basically accused me of stealing, DIDNT greet me, and kept going on her phone.

So not only do I frequently shop at this store vs. their competitors, I used to be employed at this exact location. Me and my wife went their the other day and grabbed three 12 packs of pop because it said on the sign that it was buy two get one free on all 12 packs. We then walked around the store seeing if there was anything else we wanted or needed. Keep in mind that like I said we used to work there and frequently shop at this location. We then went to the self check out and it didnt ring up our buy two get one free. Ok, no big deal, they have the assistance button on their for a reason. Well we also at this point had two security guys standing at each end of where we were watching us and the lady who was assisting us told us we were basically lying about the sign. So I went to grab it, it was taken down and I could see an add cart pushed down the aisle a ways. Well we also noticed that the particular pops we grabbed were on an end cap with a lower price, which it also didnt ring up as. It wasnt until we told the lady to put away everything we had and wed go somewhere else that she finally changed the price to the end cap price while still saying she didnt necessarily believe us. I am disappointed in this Target and the direction it has gone since I worked there. I know it doesnt mean much but I dont really have plans to go back any time soon which is bad cause I have been going their since I was a child. Thanks to one day at this store.

Love Targets Drive-Up. Super fast, easy and convenient. Especially if you have young kids with you and dont want to bring them in the store.

Employees and check out lines they always open up new lines if theres more then 3 people waiting. If they dont have a product they can check to see if theres a target near by that does.

I ordered various items for pick-up online. When I arrived the staff took a cart to get the items I was picking up, all the items I ordered were correct. It was a good experience.

I am from Dallas Tx. And I bought 4 items by online and I did it with a giftcard but I had to add a method payment which it is not big deal because most of the online stores need one. So I added it and I was able to buy it. I did it on December 20 and Ive been charged 4 times from my debit card and the charges come from this Place. With a total of 44.63 Dollars charged. This is so poor.

Target you are missing the mark big time at the Brooklyn Park location. I have always relied on target to be clean, well stocked and a great experience. This is not my first observation of poor management I called to check if this location had lawn bags in stock after going to another retailer to purchase and they were out stock. The lady who answered the phone said they did. After I specifically explained I didn’t want to drive over there if they were sold out. She let me know that they did and I thanked her. I ran over and went to use restroom to find no toilet paper and one out of order stall in a restroom with 5 stalls!!!! I understand being busy and one or maybe 2 to be out but come on! All 5 not able to use is a huge miss by you Target!!! Then I rushed back to get bags so I could go home and use my own bathroom to find that they WERE sold out and the entire drive was a waste of my time.

Went to the store to buy gifts for my sons upcoming birthday. So i went to targets electronic section and i can’t say that there’s a better target electronics department I spoke with a team member by the name of Sam I believe. who not only helped me find the perfect gift but also helped me figure out how to use it if I were to experience and problems in the future. I 100% am satisfied with this target!!!!!!!!!

I ordered diapers for drive up and drove with 2 kids to go pick them up. As soon as I parked my car, an assoicate was already wheeling them out to my car!! Extremely fast service!!

To return two items - it will take up to five business days to put the credit back on my DEBIT card. It took no time at all for Target to get the money from my account. I do not appreciate making this interest-free loan to Target. And Im only one of many customers who probably does this every day.

I ask for a price match and they said they couldn’t do it because of Black Friday which I understand. They said they won’t be able to price match until Dec 7th.....which makes no sense at all. I went to ask the manager and she said the same thing. Instead of relating with me and building rapport she looked at me and said that is just the way it is. The fact that I thought Target customer service would be better then Walmart.

Im not a huge Target shopper. In fact I rarely shop there as I dont agree with the stance they have taken on some issues. This is how I take my stance. That said, I am attending a wedding shower. The bride lives out of state and has requested Target gift cards. I went over my lunch break and was very impressed with the store condition and how friendly and helpful the staff assisting me was. It was very pleasant.

This place is a smaller Target with less variety, but I never fail to find helpful employees and able to check-out quickly. The location of this place brings in a lot of customers and their problems, yet I never feel like Im in Crazytown Walmart when I visit this store. The only drawback is that they actually have a grocery area in the store, that could be better used to provide a wider variety of products to compete with Walmart down the road. This Target will never be able to compete with the Cub Foods next door.

Brooklyn Park needs more variety, due to the zip code, crime, theft; I believe this is the reason. Go to target in Maple Grove. Its awesome...5🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠. Great Service, Classy...

I may not be your average secret shopper but I do know all about sales and customer service! Whoever thatbwas working the self serve cashier systems on Monday, May 6, 2019, at approximately 4:20pm...... give that man a raise! What a superstar!

This place is good place for shopping and for product for school.

I like the items that Target has in stock, and things are easy to find.

Without going into much detail, here’s a glimpse of my worst service ever. This was the closest to me since the one in Brooklyn Center closed down. Everything was good shopping there until a month or two ago. I tried to price match a baby item. The manager came with “security” and they were whispering to e/o. And said that they had too many scams. Which I understand! I even pulled up on my phone, showing steps by steps on Walmart app of where to find it. They were taking their sweet time, ignoring every word I said. Even have the guts to help another customer on the phone when I waited for them (15mins) with my son to get manager approval for this baby item. Their body language, service, and the way they were talking to me was just straight up rude. What kind of manager customer service was that! After 10 mins wasted of going no where bc they seemed so scare like i was going snatch their phones (yes, they were using this phones to look it up and not target device) to even show them how I found the price. I walked off and said what I had to say. Never will I step into this target ever again. Later on the evening I went to the one in coon rapids, the cashier gave better service and simply say we don’t price match “in store prices. Only online price.” It was the simple! Rude upper management and “security” in BP!

I placed a drive up order on the Target app and had my husband pick up the stuff. First time using the app and wanted to try it out. My husband waited over 30 mins and still no one came. He kept asking me if he should just go in and I told him, it’s a drive up order so you shouldn’t have to go in. I called the store 5 times. FIVE TIMES. It kept hanging up on me. I finally got a hold of a lady and explained to her the situation, she said she would transfer me to guest services. During the transfer, I got hung up on again! Couldn’t believe it. My husband ended up going into the store to pick it up. They couldn’t explain to him why no one came. One of the lady said she heard a “beep.” Unbelievably inconvenient.

Target employees are consistently friendly with few exceptions. Target is clean, reliable and always has what I need in stock.

I love that this target is the older style store. Not the super target style. It means it is less crowded and not a chaotic. Felt extremely comfortable and right at home. The store is well kept and pretty clean. One down side side the was only one cashier open. Yes the self check out was working smoothly but only have one cashier comes across as cheap on the stores part. We waited in line and the customer before us was a huge B. She made a small scene and they had to call over a manager. No big deal, its retail but it killed the flowof the front end withit being the only open register. Not the end of the world. Will absolutely go back.

Had to return an item i bought online and do a little more shopping, it was quick and easy. They need more cashiers at this target but it is nice they have the self check out lanes as well.

Michael is by far the most amazing Target employee ever! That said, Ive always had amazing customer service. If Michael is working, I ALWAYS choose his line.

The bathroom isnt the only thing that stinks!Bathroom: paper and trash all over the floor, clogged toilets, no soap or paper towels (probably bc they were all on the floor). I wouldnt even let my dogs go in there to poop.No customer service at all. The few employees I did pass seemed to ignore me so they could avoid helping if need be.At the self check out, the employee was waiting to grab my basket before I was even done unloading my stuff. Also, he didnt even say a word. Awkward AND rude.

This store has really gone downhill. Used to be the neighborhood go to for shopping needs. Now the shelves are empty, poor selection, hard to get a shopping cart without having to trudge through the snow or over the ice that is creating a customer fall hazard, hope they have good insurance, although its doubtful considering the condition of the store... Stocking shelves is now done during peak shopping hours making it difficult to get to the poor selection they do carry. Overall a bad experience,which is causing me to take my business elsewhere. Im not saying dont shop here... Im saying shop at your own risk.

I love the atmosphere and clearance areas

I live in NC and this target allowed someone to purchase something at their location for over 400 with my business credit card seeking no ID to verify the card was legit. As angry as I am at the person that stole my card number, as a business owner, you have a responsibility to verify that the card holder is in fact the right person to use the card and you clearly dont care about the customers you service.

The store is always clean and well stocked. They are quick to added cashiers to the registers when the lines start getting longer and most are very friendly.

It is definitely okay to have cameras monitoring your store. However to have a large screen over the self check out with the camera pointing at you with the text monitoring in process is intimatating and unnessary. The camera is not even pointed at the merchandise but at your face. Film me in your store I dont care, I never steal but please dont shove the whole monitoring in progress thing in my face when I am paying for my goods.

Needed help with cartwheel promo. No one in the store seem to know anything about it. Was sent around with 4 different ppl and still didn’t get any answers or help. Customer service personnel very rude. They catched an attitude for asking for help, because I interrupted their chatting. Bad experience overall.

The store was clean and the staff is always helpful, but the one problem that always seems to plague this target is the lack of cashiers. Reminds me of the lines at walmart to be very honest. Other than that nothing else seems to be a problem.

I had a very rude encounter with the cashier at self-checkout around 2:00ish on Wednesday, March 27th. He’s an old man, wearing glasses and he was fixing a self checkout scanner when I was there. While I was there, he walkied GSTL to come help him with the self checkout. I asked a simple question and instead, I recieved a rude comment. I asked if I could get my team member discount, because I had forgotten mine, and he instantly replied in such an aggressive tone. I didn’t mind it at first. He said, “No, not unless you work at Target.” And I replied, “I work at the Maple Grove Target.” But he still claimed that I couldn’t receive my discount. In the end, I didn’t really mind because my total wasn’t big. But finishing my payment, he said, “It’s not my fault, it’s corporate’s. We are unable to do so.” I replied quickly because I was already over the situation at this point, “It’s okay. I understand. I know.” But he rudely argued, “If you knew, then why’d you ask?” I work at Target and never am I this rude to a customer. It was a simple question and I didn’t ask for the attitude. Needless to say, I’m not returning to this Target anymore. Extremely impolite workers.

I have repeatedly had issues with this Target. I never thought I would write off a Target store- but this particular location seems to continually present the same problem time and again. Cashiers are AGGRESSIVE about Target cards. Once the self checkout lanes were created I was relieved that I would not have to deal with the pushy cashier when I was just getting dish soap.However that wasnt the case- just as aggressive in the self checkout lane..- coming from having family at Target Corp Head Quarters - the time share style pitch is NOT NECESSARY!!!My last straw was a visit to pick up a handful of items for dinner - I had a coupon for ground turkey and presented it to the cashier who informed me that I took turkey burgers instead of ground turkey- (however the items looked very similar in packaging and were in the same spot)- when alerted that my coupon was void, I asked the cashier if someone could bring the correct item to the register - - she looked at me and said I can suspend your transaction; and you can come back after YOU make the exchange - but we wont do it for you - (also I used to work for target and know that this is not the case) I declined and said forget it; I wont get the meat. I said this because I deal with an invisible illness; a connective tissue disorder that limits my mobility at times, I have severe arthritis and have had it since I was 6 years old- though on the outside I look normal - the truth is my joints are that of an 80 year old.. despite my 30 year old appearance .After declining to purchase the meat (as the only reason I was buying it was because I had a coupon ) - the cashier proceeded then shame me as then the product would need to be destroyed and it was a waste of food.Time came to pay and sure as Sunday she made a snarky toned comment on how I saved all this money my coupons, why dont I have a target card? I told her I didnt want one... she then proceeded to push the target debit card -finally I snapped and called out why is it every time I come here I am harassed for a target card? - I had spoken to management about this before- and was told that the cashiers are told to ask once and accept no..... once again this wasnt the case-I went to the customer service and waited 15 minutes to speak to the LOD - who finally came and listened to my complaints and offered me a free pound of ground turkey. She confirmed that yes the cashier should have had someone exchange the meat for me, and apologized. I pointed out my invisible disability and the fact that it should never be assumed that a person is capable, when they ask for help (infact it took me all I could to even do the Target run)I feel like for what its worth my concerns were heard, but after complaining several times aboutThe freaking Red card employee pushing aggressiveness - they heard but didnt listen.Thankfully Amazon Prime Now delivers directly to my door and holds the sales pitch -

Carts were all over the parking lot, 3 check out lanes available, limited stock on baby items as well as food items. Typically this Target is better than that...I guess they havent recovered from the holidays yet.

The Brooklyn Park Target needs major work - its outdated, understaffed and under stocked. Extremely long check out lines, bored employees and no updates. Brooklyn Park is a growing city, one of the biggest in the Twin Cities metro with a Target HQ nearby - Im surprised at the status of the Target store in this city.

I went to target to get a tracfone. No one was there to unlock it so I could get the phone. So I went and asked twice for some help, no one came!!! When I went to leave I thank the guy I asked for help. A lady talking to him asked about me his reply was, oh some lady that needed help.

Not only were they understaffed, when we did get to the register the staff was rude and unwilling to help. I got so frustrated that I forgot to use cartwheel and other discounts. Seeing how helpful they were already, it wouldve been a waste of time trying to get the $10 I couldve saved back. Never coming going there again.

Its a smaller Target than Im used to as I usually shop at Super Target but the staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. They have a decent selection of what you would expect of a regular Target and I really have no complaints.

Once upon a farm fruit and veggie blend was 3 months expired but still being sold. I called to inform them but no one answered.
