Got a photo book made for Fathers Day yesterday.. it was great. I ordered another today and CINDY was bothered by the request and totally botched the binding and had the photos out of order. Unreal what she would allow to walk out of the store. See pictures on how it should be vs. what she sent home with us.

I went to Walgreen this afternoon to return a Christmas present that I don’t need and as I got to the counter the store manager asked me if I have a receipt and I said no and then I try to put my daughter phone number for the reward and it did not work so as he looked at me and said that he won’t be able to return the item which it was a Walgreen item as I looked in there return policy so flat out he told me that he refused to do my return I never had any issue to return anything a while green but I guess he just looked at me and he thought I was just another black woman nurse is trying to scam the system that I’m way better than and At work I work hard for my money and it was just a gift and I thought you had to the end of January to return any gift that you have received during Christmas

Waiting in pharmacy drive through for 35 minutes.

Friendly, accommodating, pharmacy staff. I know lots of people get impatient and rude at the pharmacy, but I have nothing but good things to say about their staff. A little patience and a smile go a long way. It’s clear to me - and I’ve been going here for a long time - that these people are doing the very best they can!

I just want to thank the very sweet cashier. I don’t know her name but she was working at cashier around 10:00 tuesday june 18 2019 and she had short blond hair. The absolute sweetest lady ever, and I feel like not enough positive reviews are posted so I just wanted to give her some appreciation.

Joe in the pharmacy was so helpful when there was an issue with my husbands Part B coverage. A couple of three way calls between Joe, the provider and myself straightened everything out. Very helpful and patient is getting the problem solved

Good store, however the customers on government assistance and with communication issues really bog down the pharmacy staff, and wait times.

Ive had to use the pharmacy more than Id like lately. The staff are all very friendly each time Ive stopped in. One particular gentleman, didnt catch his name, I believe is a pharm tech, he provided excellent service! Pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and caring!

The staffs were very rude. I asked for help and they were very aggressive. I also asked the cashier if someone could help me with photo picking up and she said no... disappointed! I would give zero star if i could.

I asked a copy of a return policy after over charged even compared to shown on their own website. Instead the tech started to treat me like trash. He had the gut to tell me that I was trying to bully him by asking their own policy. Very disrespectful and ignorant Pharmacy tech. I believe his name is Jon C?Then the store manager came and said the policy should be on the back of the receipt and also she gave me a Q&A printout from online. Guess what, the back of the receipt states that I am entitled to get refund. Very disappointing.

My doctor put in medication around 1:00 . When I got there at 2:00 still not ready and tell me wait another 15 minute. I hate waiting that why I told my doctor to call in. My medication should be ready when I get there . I guess they lost a customer. I’m going to CVS screw walgreen.

Terrible photo printing service. Broken down printers. Unhelpful and incompetent staff. Skip this place for your prints.

The pharmacy made a significant error that could have resulted in serious consequences, including death.
