I usually have great service here and stop in most nights after work but on this occasion if i could give negative stars it would be a -10I Stopped in to grab a bite on the way home, the daily special was roller grill items for 1.49 there was nothing on the grill but was told they could make a couple up for me.After they were started the employee said it would take 12 minutes and while I didnt like the wait time I was hungry so I waited, paid in advance and asked the employee working the grill to put them in a sleeve or something so I could put condiments on at home and he said sure.I got home excited that I was going to get to eat and discovered they only gave me a couple of wieners without a single bun, the deal was for a Hot Dog which includes the bun and neither of the employees gave me any indication that I had to do anything other than go home and enjoy.I called and Chris answered the phone and told me they were perfectly fine to eat without the bun and he did not seem to be willing to do much to help remedy the situation.I jumped back into my car and demanded a refund and again Chris told me I would have to wait until the line that stretched nearly to the restrooms was finished and he would help me out.Kwik Trip may need employees but in my opinion they would be better off without him on the payroll.

The color female employee is so rude with customer service and will never focus on customer pump that they requested for us service. When she get it wrong than will be yielding at customer...This practices need to stop ... I hope management do something about it. Since this is not the first times that she does it.

Snotty pompise seen hanging out at the park and ride more then they actually work.Poor customer service bad personal experience on 3 different occasions.

I won a scratch off and it literally made my day until their employee ruined my barcode and couldn’t give me my winnings...

Just stopped in. Its about 9:30 a.m. on an extremely cold wednesday morning, About -4. Theres not 1 coffee dispenser with any coffee besides decaf. Thats 5 high capacity coffee machines without a drop. Not sure whos in charge of that but its really bad business and one of the main reasons people end up in CONVENIENCE stores in the morning.

Allways a clean store. Employees are always friendly. If a line starts to form other cashiers help out quickly to get you out. Bathrooms are always clean too. I stop here every time Im in the area. Keep up the great work

They absolutely never have any of their specials available. I asked one of the employees if they were making more as there was only one item left and he had to walk out there to make sure they only had one left after his manager and i both told him there was only one.

I dont really like going to this one but it was on my route and i needed coffee but the customer service at this location is so bad the lady at the register was up there hacking and coughing while ringing people up its like why dont u step away till you get that under control and then tried telling her the iced mocha wasnt coming out right she blew me off like I didnt know what I was talking but I drink alot of these every week people just are not friendly Ill go out of my way to go back down the road to my Zane store where they care about problems theres more than 2 people In a busy store and you get friendly greetings there at least

Friendly bubbly staff that genuinely make you feel welcome. They priced match ALL gas coupons too! Love their Karuba Gold drinks!

Not much to say. Food specials are amazing here and this store is particularly clean. Staff is always willing to help.

My very favorite convince store. 29¢ bananas!!! Come on....doesnt get better than that and they are extremely friendly. This is where I have a lunch break and the restrooms are very very clean!

24 Hour service with Great Fuel prices compared to Mobil across the street (couple cents less or equivalent) however staff are very friendly,welcoming and courteous. Nice car wash, free air for tires... Great products however some may be overpriced.*Only downside is there is no water fountain (bubbler) for bikers/runners...

Was trying to buy a $2.03 beverage and had $2.02. An older gentleman clerk laughed at my penny missing told me no deal. Cmon man.Had to run and get a quarter from my car, but this guy tested my patience. Overpaid weiner.

Every day I go in there around 745am and they never have cheeseburgers out in the warmer. Which wouldnt matter if they had them out in a cooler so I could warm them up myself but they dont.. just wish u could keep cheeseburgers stocked in the morning....

Terrible place. There is this dumb lady that is there or used to work there with a large rear end. Didnt know how to count money. Think she was the manager too. Quality workers dont exist here.
