We ordered two drinks and one of the fruit drinks had a lot of coffee blended in it. Not sure if something wasn’t rinsed while preparing the drink…but it definitely didn’t taste the best and had to be thrown away 😅Customer service was friendly other than that. The store was clean. Our other drink tasted great and fresh. The cashier offered a rewards card, which we were never offered at other locations.

I don’t have any complaints on the products sold but I do have an issue with the customer service. I recently started going to Tii Cup because I learned about their boba Tea products. The quality is delicious however as of my most recent visit I was asked if I had a Tii Cup card. I asked if I could get credit for yesterday because I have been coming in for the last three days. I didn’t ask for two days but the most recent.The reply I received confused me she told me that it wasn’t possible and then I asked if they just started the program because it was my first time hearing about it and I have been in three days in a row.The young lady stated they had it for a while and then said I couldn’t receive credit but I would have to “remind” them of their point system and their customer service.If this is apart of your customer service, I don’t see why I have to remind you of something when I am a paying customer especially if you are “promoting it”If you buy ten drinks from Tii Cup you receive a regular free. For a returning customer three days in a row, why wasn’t this honored from the start? Why was I handled nonchalantly?Honestly the customer service could be much better especially greeting customers/ returning customers and wanting customers to return. I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all

Perfection. Bliss. Nirvana.Mere words cannot describe the ecstacy of the experience you are in for at TiiCup.Do not bother with other bubble tea shops. Nothing else should even exist outside of TiiCup.The drink customization options, the fresh ingredients, the aesthetic beauty of the drinks themselves,... no detail goes overlooked here.Their boba are so exceptionally chewy, and their drinks are soooo creamy. Absolute heaven.You will be impressed.

Health hazard!!!I got creme brulee and there was a hole in my cup. The plastic melted probably because of the torch. Unfortunately, I did not notice that until I finished my drink.Very long wait time compared to other locations. I ordered online but still had to wait 30 min. They also messed up my orders. Make sure to double check your orders (and the cups if you have creme brulee). The drink is decent.

My mother brought me to a dentist appointment, which is next door to The Tii Cup and while we waited for my appointment we bought some REALLY fun and delicious tii !! this place has a ton of variety and the staff is super helpful on telling you what flavors go well together ! the prices are super reasonable. would definitely recommend this place if your looking to TRY SOMETHING NEW!

I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve definitely gotten busier since the pandemic. I’ve found that it’s better to order online to skip the line.That being said, their drinks are always amazing. It’s hard to find good bubble tea in the suburbs but tii cup hits the spot. They have a large variety and many customizable drinks. I would recommend this place.

Fairly nice bubble tea shop. You can order online for pickup. It is a very busy place and you can expect to wait 25 minutes or so for your bubble tea.

Great drinks, but super slow service. Shouldnt have to wait 25-30 minutes for a drink. Kind of wanted to go back there and show them how to be efficient and lean. Must be a hit or miss on service.

They make great drinks. Shown below is Jasmine Milk Tea snow with half strawberry popping boba and half lychee jelly. The second drink Taro Ube Twister snow with boba. If youre unsure what to order as a first time customer, ask for Jaycee, Katie, Wendy or Luvv. Milk Tea and Snow are two of the most popular beverages to give it a try. Ask either one of the gals and theyll make a recommendation to match your craving taste buds 😋.

Online ordering time is off. Says expect 30 minute wait, after placing order it was ready in 3 minutes. Usually is a good thing, but by time got to tii cup, the drinks were warm and had started to melt. Drinks was still good, but probably not gonna order online anymore

I absolutely love this place. The drinks are made perfectly and so fast. The one thing I have a hard time dealing with is when there is a rush, some customers come in, get all mad and rude about wait time. Those people need to take a chill pill and realize you cannot rush perfection, and these guys manage to get away with it. This place is incredible, if its busy be patient wait for your drink. You will not be disappointed.

Tii Cup is my absolute go-to for boba! I love their Jasmine Milk Tea with either Passion Fruit or Mango jellies. On weekends they offer the popcorn chicken which makes a fantastic tasty snack to have on the side. (Original or Cajun both are yummy.)If you are looking for a great place to pick up a tasty treat with a friend this is the place to. (Just make sure to order ahead of time online or go during off hours. This place is always poppin around lunch time or dinner.)

There was small dust particles on the rabbit face for the rabbit special on top of bubba tea drink. My rabbit looks slimy and dirty. The rabbit head was flat. Not happy that I paid for a wasted drink. Not coming here anymore can’t believe a person thinks it’s okay to do such a thing. This was just the one time bad incident this week. From my previous visits my drinks was overall okay.

Drinks are good and food is good. I think they are really understaffed and dont really manage time well. Take forever to make drinks. One time, they told me 30 min wait, ended up waiting 1hr and 30 min.....the workers seem very unhappy....idk if theyre underpaid or what...but management could be better.

Their Bloody Mango (mangonada) special is so delicious all it needs is a little tequila. 😆I like how Tii Cup incorporates actual fruits into their drinks, it adds to the flavor profile.The taro snow with boba (tapioca pearls) is my favorite, its blended very nicely and full of flavor!!Theres endless options here and theres usually something new to try!!

Their boba is really good. My favorite is guava icii with passion fruit popping beads. My son really likes the Thai tea with boba. It is a pretty busy place though. I tried ordering online once thinking it could speed up the wait time. However, after ordering it gave me a 40 minute wait so dont order online if you want to pick up quick.

Walked in for pickup 6-13-2021.Manager asked “Where’s your mask?”I said “What mask? I already got my vaccine.”Manager says “Next time wear your mask.”For gods sake… the mask mandate is over, and most people already got vaccinated. Don’t force your mask preference on your customers if there is no mandate. It’s ridiculous and makes people want to bring their business elsewhere. Sorry to have to sound like a Karren.

Love it here! The service is friendly and there are so many great options. You can order online now as well which is convenient and I’ve never had a problem doing so. Just make sure you pick the right location when you order.

The line can get long but my family found waiting worth it. Very worth it. We ordered Oolong Milk Tea (regular sugar, no boba), Jasmine Milk Tea (regular sugar, passion fruit popping boba), and TaroCoco Milk tea (less sugar or 2, strawberry popping boba).I love the toasty flavor of oolong steeped bitter balanced with sugar and in this case non-dairy creamer and they delivered! It was a strong cup of tea and the regular sugar was not too sweet.If you like jasmine you might like the Jasmine Milk Tea, but if you love jasmine you will crave this tea! They dont hold back on flavor here, and it is delicious.The TaroCoco Milk Tea takes that flavor explosion of jasmine tea and adds taro and a hint of coconut. Im no expert on taro, I just know I like it, and we all liked this milk tea.When were in the area again were stopping here.

I went to 3 other different Tii Cup locations, I like the BP store the best, bigger space and more food items. I really hope they can sell the popcorn chicken, tofu at the Rosevile store.

DO NOT COME HERE! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD If I could give my experience a zero here I WOULD. Some short Asian girl yelling at me because my boyfriend was waiting outside in the truck telling me he had to move while I was in the phone asking him to park. I had placed an online pick up order and walked in 3 minutes before the time my order should have been ready. SHE WAS SO RUDE!!!!!! I will be personally coming back and placing a complaint with her manager. That is no way to treat a customer. And she still yelled at me when my order was ready to park in the parking lot next time. Ummm no THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

One of our favorite places. Theyre typically pretty busy so be prepared to stand and wait. The taro milk tea at half sweet tastes like cake and is my fave. Always tip your baristas theyre worth every cent!

Lovely, cozy interior and very reasonable prices considering the quality of ingredients! The people who served me did an excellent job, and this is now my number 1 go to place for boba. I got mango green iced tea with mango popping bubbles and my boyfriend got the mango icii with the same. Absolutely delicious

DONT GO HERE! We went and waited 15 mins and no one took our order, but they took the people in front of us’s. There wasn’t even a lot of people in there and the people in front of us had been waiting awhile too. Eventually we just left

I went in around 2 pm close to 3 pm. There were 4 girls working behind the counter. There was a tremendously long line waiting for their orders to be made. I had to wait 20-30 min to get my two drinks. While I waited I saw that one of the workers either made herself a drink or they messed up an order and she decided to drink it. Either way I saw her put the straw in and take a sip. I also witnessed another worker slip twice by the sink because it was so slippery back there. The drinks were good, but the wait is too long. I got the Jasmine milk tea and red guava icii for about $8 and they were both regular sizes.

Drinks are ok, and it dosent take to long.

After we ordered our drinks at 5:00pm, we were told that our orders would be ready by 5:20pm. We waiting over 20 minutes past the time that they said our drinks would be ready. When we respectfully voiced our concerns to one of the staff, we were rudely told that they weren’t ready.

Great flavors! Everything I have had has been excellent.

Love this place, but theres been multiple times where I order a coconut snow with bobba and 7 out of 10 times it was really watered down. I understand when its busy you need to hurry up and not keep customers waiting too. My main complaint is that there is no consistency when ordering the coconut snow drink.

Did an online order at 4:15. Order said it was ready at 4:30 I got there around 4:40 no one else was waiting. Workers saw me waiting but didn’t come out after like 10 mins. I understand that they are busy but they need a new system to bring out drinks.

I got a boba milk tea for the first time and it’s super yummy! The level one sweetness is also pretty sweet.

My go to bubble tea place in the Twin Cities metro! Taro and avocado smoothies are very well done.I really recommend going on a weekend to get their Taiwanese food options. The spicy chicken is my favorite, followed by the spicy tofu.

They make great drinks, including the customized Avocado-Strawberry snow with green apple and tri-color jelly as pictured below.

I live twenty minutes from this place and I love it so much I have a punch card. So many varieties and choices, and their fried street food is simple, fun and delicious. Busy, chaotic, culturally diverse and so great. A real slice of life.

If I can give a rating lower than one star I would. Rude employees, horrible management, bad service. What else can be said? Decided to give this place a try because of my friends and I can honestly say that I was not welcomed there. Got my order wrong and they started to blame me for it. Just unbelievable.

We purchased a couple of bubble tea drinks and fried items (popcorn chicken and fried calamari) and came to pick it up. Within 5 minutes or so of picking up, we realized that they had got our order wrong. We were given two bags of chicken instead of calamari and chicken (that was purchased). Instead of an apology for getting our order wrong, they took almost 20 mins to complete our correct order (calamari) - and requested that we bring back both bags of chicken. As a customer I am going to want to eat my snack... why on earth would we wait for 20 mins before we can start eating it. And no apology was given to us for their mistake as well. There was a tone of questioning our complaint as well which was unacceptable. Do we not have better things to do but lie about our order and waste an additional 30 mins of our own time to get the order right?We were reprimanded for not bringing back the second bag of chicken (duh we ate it??) and during Covid-pandemic times, do you want your customers to return an uneaten bag of chicken? Seriously??Just ridiculous.At the risk of sounding too biased, the bubble tea is great, but the service could use Work. Wasted 30 mins, got reprimanded, no apology for an incorrect order, and overall an unpleasant experience except for the good tasting tea. Geez!!! Quite a laughable experience to be quite honest.

Delicious tea, great prices compared to other bubble tea shops. I love the custard option and the ability to customize sweetness. Only reason it is not 5 stars is I could not find any nutritional info even online. In this time of sugary and fatty foods it is nice to at least have a calorie count!

I bought 5 drinks and ordered a taro drink and it was soo powdery and it had not been blended correctly. If you order a taro make sure it’s blended correctly. Otherwise it’s a five out of five.

Customer service is not anywhere close to being good. If I ordered 40 minutes ahead for ONE drink don’t tell me to sit in my car and wait when I’m on time to get my drink. Waited an extra 5 minutes from when the receipt told me to come get the drink so a total of 45 minutes to prepare ONE drink. Next time, please give some service with a smile instead of getting mad that I left my car to get a ONE drink after 45 minutes of waiting. 👍

Love love love this place. I love the different kinds of drinks that you can try or experiment with. Their spicy calamari is definitely something everyone should try, it’s soooo good. Good place for cool pictures or a chill place to hangout with friends. They even have board games to play. Very clean & fast service!

They need to update their website(s). They DO NOT have dine-in right now!! Only online ordering. We called them ahead to make sure they were still in business and that we could come in, they said yes to both. Then when we get there it’s only online orders which would be a 30 min wait in the parking lot if you didn’t know ahead of time. Not happy. Whoever answers the phone needs know their information. Their customer service needs help.

Very poor service, you guys were missing toppings and extra ingredients that I ordered, on top of that you didn’t notify me when my order was done, and you expect to charge customers a tip charge when the service was pathetic. I highly recommend people to go to a different Tiicup.
