Very slow experience through the drive thru. Our order was great, just not timely.

By the far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I love Starbucks and have a drink everyday!!! I live a couple of blocks from this place and wanted the convenience but they are just disgusting place. I drive all the way to maple grove location just to get a better service and better drinks. There’s this woman heavy set, very obnoxious and when they mess up the drink and ask them to remake it, she gets offended by it as if you’re inconveniencing her. She’s something else. DO NOT go here, EVER. The drinks are made terribly and the attitude of the staff aren’t acceptable!!!

I tried to get the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso since it is my all time favorite, but this location was out of brown sugar & oat milk. Which was a let down. The line was pretty long so I got something else instead. Regardless of how busy Starbucks may be their customer service & drinks/ food are never less than satisfactory & that’s why I will continue to come back time and time again!

My sister & I come here every night, we’re always greeted kindly. upset about the shortages but they always make a good suggestion!

Good if you like lukewarm coffee. Staff is great, but they need to turn up temperature on their coffee.

This is a hit and miss service, with more misses than hits. Horrible customer service, there is this rude black lady that works there who just greets you with her aggressive energy. Do better!

Usually I would go to Starbucks and it would be mediocre at best. This was not the best service, they didn’t even wear gloves when holding the cups and the lids at the top. During this pandemic when Minnesota is out of control for the virus, I would think they would wear gloves. Also their hot chocolate tasted like hot chocolate milk. Not genuine hot chocolate, I have had better at gas stations. Hope they improve.

It is really bad coffee. I ordered 4 shots but they made not good. Because I drink every day same order from different Starbucks

Hit and miss service. I have waited a long time before i write this review. I get coffee on a regular basis from brooklyn park store. The coffee i get served is most of the not hot at all. The latte is bitter sometimes. When i told the server my coffee was not hot, he refused to take it back and told me it does not get hotter than this. There is no consistency in service. It gets worse in the evenings. Are the staff members that lazy to brew coffee when the old batch gets cold?

I usually come to this location several times a week and the service is typically great. Tonight, I ordered a coconut milk latte and it was so dark it looked like there was barely any milk in it. If Im paying extra for a certain kind of milk, I would hope I actually get what Im paying for.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The young employees that work there get my order wrong EVERY single time, even if it’s the simplest thing. They will repeat your order over the speaker but then forget your order when you pull up. My coffee is always watered down & bitter! Wouldn’t recommend this location!

Usually receive pretty good service but today even though there were a lot of people working,my 1 drink took 10 and I asked for extra foam and received barely any foam. Just disappointed after waiting that long for my usually delicious salt caramel cold bree

They literally messed up my drink, taste like nothing I ordered. They didnt do what I asked... Ive ordered this drink before.

I ordered Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Coffee two times. They told me didn’t have it after I paid. I wish they inform me before pay. If MCCF is still running in the starbuck app, why keep saying didn’t have it? If not, please change it in the app. Thanks.

I have read some of the reviews and surprised on the bad ones. I have been to this location multiple times and have so far always been greeted by warm smiles and friendly service. Week day mornings seem to be the busiest so yes it can take a while to get through but the service is great. Thank you Starbucks!

Quick service for the drive thru.

This location always closes hours before the website says. Online they close at 9PM like any other branch, but I’ve been here multiple times between 5PM-7PM and while there workers inside, the drive through always has the automated “sorry we’re closed” playing. I get that people might wanna slack off at a minimum wage job but closing 2-3 hours earlier than you’re supposed to is kinda crazy. Just gonna switch to another location & hope for the best.

I knew what I wanted but I was waiting patiently for someone to help me. It took a while, but I didn’t complain. I was being understanding they they may have been busy. Well... no one came to help me. A worker at the drive through looked at me for a while, and just stared at me... I needed to get my order in. There was a worker hearing a sandwich and “talking to another worker standing (or hiding) behind the wall. So the worker at the drive through had to help me after 5 minutes. No one was friendly, very rude. BUT when a GUY comes in through the door, everyone wants to come and help him out and be all friendly. I wanted to do a huge tip for them... BUT after my experience, I changed my mind. I really miss the other team. But the team is always changing.

Friendly service. They make my drinks how i like it. The only downside is the indoor space. If you plan on going as a group to hangout or study, there are limited seating. Also, there are only a few outlets...so if you plan on charging your computer or phone, be nice and ask if people will share the table with you.

I order a pretty easy drink and have diabetes so I asked for light syrup because I do not like the sugar-free stuff and as long as I manage my diabetes its good but out of the last five times Ive come to this place only two have actually come to me correctly and I cant drink all that sugar so its pretty much a waste of my money (their drinks are highly overpriced)and the staff really isnt friendly at all. I just wish they would pay as much attention to what theyre making as they do to socializing with each other.

I go to Starbucks probably 1-2 times a month, and usually have good experiences. This is the slowest location I have been to. With only 3 people in line, it took over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and I saw at least 4 employees working. All of the food was expired (I noticed every single yogurt in the case was expired by 2 weeks... But I bought the protein box not realizing there was a date on it, although it was only expired by 2 days so I ate it anyway). I also bought peanut butter cups, and opened the package to find them completely smashed into one giant mess. Overall this experience was a serious bummer, and I will probably go elsewhere from now on because this staff obviously isnt paying much attention.

Ordered a pink drink because I was told they didnt have the other three drinks I tried to order because theyre out of ingredients. The pink drink they gave me did not have strawberries at and mostly ice! I bought two. At over $10, this is not acceptable at all.

Great coffee and pastries. We all know we need our daily dose of caffeine so if you need a quick tea and scone jus head on down to your nearest Starbucks.

We come here daily, Staff is nice but are drinks wrong 75% of the time and it takes about 20 minutes in the drive through line. Not happy about our experiences.

When they first opened they were great! Unfortunately, the last several times I have been my order is wrong. I dont have a complex order but its little things like forgetting the topping on a featured drink. Or pouring the shot of espresso in the bottom with the drink poured on top.

I found the staff members knowledgeable about options on the drink menu. And they prepared my drink in a timely manner and appeared to be happy to assist with any questions I did have and prideful in doing their jobs.

Be aware that since they are licensed by Hyvee you cant use any rewards at this location. No free birthday drink for me today 😐. Didnt help that one of the 3 drinks ordered was wrong.

Wow was the service here terrible. Took at least 25 minutes to get 3 coffees when there was only 1 person in line before us. They rang up all of our drinks wrong and when they rang them up the 2nd time they still somehow managed to make the wrong drinks. There were about 8 or 9 staff behind the counter and there was no communication between anyone. I go to Starbucks pretty regularly, but definitely wont be going to this location again.

This Starbucks is located close to my house but after giving it way to many chances I now go out of my way to go elsewhere. They can never make my drink right. Save your money!

My husband and I always get the same drinks at Starbucks and both of our drinks were not what we paid for. Only realized it after we left. Pretty disappointing.

We waited over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. They made them both wrong. Ive worked and managed a Starbucks for a time and I can say 100% theyre not following the recipie cards. Poor management and lack of training. Not the first time it has happened and probably wont be the last. Very disappointed.

10/10. The day manager at this location is a total babe. Just wow.

I get the same drink every time I’m at a Starbucks. This has been the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink hardly ever tastes the same and I find myself disappointed more often than not. I give it 2 stars because there are rare occasions where it tastes the way it is supposed to.

So I ordered a drink for me my dad and my aunt all venti sizes and the person at the front gave us two venti drinks and a tall drink. They still charged us for the same amount of 3 venti drinks. Not coming again anytime soon.
