Went to this cub foods last night and tried to purchase a scratch off and the lady was rude when asking for my id then in return didn’t like how I put my id down on the desk she then said excuse you I said excuse you what she then proceeded to call me names in front of my children. And when I tried to tell management they said they can’t take any sides I come here literally almost everyday a lot of the workers know me I’m very pleasant to everybody I won’t be going here anymore.

Security is verbally abusive, uses profanity in front of children still waiting on action from complaint. My mother tried 2 individual grapes and was forc d to purchase the bag and banned from the store. Security stalked fiance, kids, and mother even in the parking lot outside the store. Store wise is ok some staff at not knowledgeable about stock, inventory is ok. But this is a store that is high traffic and kinda sloppy produce and products wise. Want drama, competitive prices, and stock come here!

Wide variety of groceries but could not find sugar free ice cream bars.

Well stocked store serving the Brooklyn Center community. Its set up slightly different from most cubs Ive been too.

Very rude staff. The store is out dated and lots of expired foods on the shelf. I forgot to check some expiration dates. I ended up returning the items. The customer service girl seemed agitated with me for returning expired food on the same day I purchased the items. The store is also not very clean. The door ways are always full of clutter and broken carts. The parking lot is very filthy with garbage and empty food containers.

I love this location and the workers are nice and they got what i need.never had a problem hereso heres a 5 star

This is the 2nd worst Cubs near Twin Cities area. The people who worked at the deli seems lazy. There is also one ungrateful worker who worked at another Cubs location where I did business. As a result of his ungratefulness I stopped going to that Cubs location and this one.

Not gonna lie, the bathrooms are always a wild adventure.And today I found moldy roma tomatoes, and not a good one in site. Twas nasty.Store always smells like marijuana. I’m deathly allergic so it can be pretty scary.Couldn’t get half of what I was looking for today.But apart from all that, it’s pretty nice. Lovely cashiers there’s one with a fabulous wig and some beautiful nails. (Service and attitude is just as on point as the looks okaaayyyyy).Cuts of fresh packaged meat are above everywhere especially if you want perfect serving sizes for 2 (and a half)Deals tend to be ok, though Hyvee tends to be better.If you’re looking for baby formula though? Everywhere else is cheaper. Literally, even target.

Usually always friendly staff and stocked shelves. This particular locations fried chicken from the deli, seems to always taste better than other locations Ive visited. The line wait times, seem to move pretty smooth too.

Really nice staff and popular place to be I guess in that area. Busy at times but who doesnt get busy from time to time. So clean facility and staff was helpful when asked a question. I would suggest to family and friends to come here!

Love this Cub! I used to shop at the Cub on Broadway in N. Mpls. About a year ago, I had shopped here only due to the convenience of my errands that day. Shopping at this Cub one time, got me immediately hooked n Ive been a loyal customer ever since! Much bigger deli selection/area, better choice of variety, MUCH MUCH cleaner than W Broadway location! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is cuz the checkout lines can get long, most of the times Ive been there.

I always need to visit Cub a few times a month. Wholesale grocery places are good, but Cub is a very necessary store for me. I was looking for True Citrus lime Crystals, found them at the Brooklyn Center Cub.

I really enjoy shopping at this Cub Store. The store manager, Steve,is the best store manager I have had the privilege to meet and knowfor many years. During Christmas last year, he personally helped customers bagged their groceries and he personally said Thank You to each customer. Steve and staff run one of the best food stores I have had the pleasure to shop for my groceries. Steve is a very hands on store manager. Steve is on the floor stocking shelves and assisting his valued customers. Best selection, price and service in the Brooklyn Center area.Staff is always available to assist their valued customers.

I found the staff to be rude and dismissive. I didnt get assistance at the self checkout until two employees finished chatting with their friends. When I called to speak with a manager to express my discontent, Mia, the MOD was dismissive as well. Wont shop there again.

The Deli Staff has been extremely helpful. Today a make sure I had the chicken I needed. And they were very friendly.

The 1 cashier was disabled and very pleasant. Employees are helpful. Butter lettuce have bugs in it 😭

I no longer shop here. Too many muggings and drug deals going down in the parking lot. This place has major issues and is completely unsafe.

This location is always busy. Their fruit selection is depressing and so are the fresh vegetables. The customers are okay and so is the staff all except the older woman that works in the deli area. She needs to just settle down and relax. She acts as if she owns that deli and that its her whole life or something. Store is usually clean and they are always stocked. Went to Cub Foods tonight to pick up some cleaner and found that it was on sale with a sign on the shelf indicating that it was a lower price. However it rung up at a higher price. This is not the first time items have rung up at a higher price. The cashier told me they do not change the prices . I even offered to go take a picture of the price. They told me no—since this is a pattern with them, I chose not to get the item and will absolutely not be returning.

Please teach your employees that masks are not effective if they don’t cover their nose. I’ll shop elsewhere going forward.

The store is fine enough and the workers are good, especially a nice man in the bakery section who goes above and beyond. The checkout situation is PITIFUL. The self checkouts are always packed and stupid people have no clue as to how to use them holding up everyone. If you dont want to wait behind them there are never any lanes open due to only 2 at a time being open.

My go to grocery store for the most part except I had a bad experience with one of the late night staffs. He was an older looking Native American maybe late 30’s early 40’s anyways he was very rude to me and at one point he wanted to fight me in the parking lot haha if you want to avoid crazy stuff just go in the day or evening not in the AMs I guess.

Not very professional. My medicine is never right when they get it. I never have problems when I go to Walgreens in Brooklyn Center. In this pharmacy i thought they might be better because I live by them. I was wrong. Not great service at all. They are not customer service nice at all. Not even a smile.

Im not sure if she still works there, but the old pharmacist was a nightmare. Always angry, she yelled at me once for calling to see when my script would be ready before driving my two kids out there to pick it up itll be ready a lot faster if people would stop calling! Then threw some serious attitude around while I was there too. BUT, Molly (the other pharmacist) has always been absolutely fantastic and is more than deserving of this rating. She called me with some questions and actually remembered my name when I came to pick them up. She was kind and accommodating and I seriously hope to deal with her from now on.

Rainbow was my store of choice. Cubs is cool have some good sales.

I use to love this cubs but this cubs ripping people off. I can buy the same items at a different Cubs and get it for way less. Over pricing man over pricing. And please dont eat their Donuts. You have been warned.

This is our neighborhood store and for the most part its pretty nice. Its very clean and the employees are nice. My main complaint is the parking lot early in the morning. It is often littered with carts that limit where you are able to park. I have brought it to their attention a few times and the situation hasnt really improved. 😞

For at least the third time in the last few months someone at this Cub has gone above and beyond trying to help me find something or find a replacement for something. Today a guy checked the shelf and saw my item was out, checked in the back and opened a box on the palette and tracked me down to get me my item. Thats why I shop at this Cub.

Shopping was okay. Two sale items advertised had empty shelves. This isnt uncommon. Checkout took an extra 10 min while customer ahead claimed product was posted at 6.99/ib but charged 8.99/lb. Cashier called for assistance but counter was 20 feet away so I checked and customer right. Label said 6.99. When he got answer on phone, they said 8.99. I vouched but still had to wait for a manager to check. We werent lying or scamming (Cub was) and I didnt even know this customer. A few dimes off one item was worth that?

Sometimes I question how Cub stays in business. Prices are always so very high as compared to other competitors. Many times, the sale prices at Cub are higher than the normal prices at Walmart or Target or Aldi. The shopping experience is okay but it is not better than other places. The only advantage that Cub is able to offer is that you can check out quicker (as compared to competitors) solely because the place is so empty most of the time.

One of the worst Cubs around. Smokers by the doors and panhandlers in the parking lot and now inside too! The staff is good and try to keep it nice but its just creepy in there.

Do you like long lines, panhandling and unresponsive store managers? If you do this is the perfect store for you. The store normally only has one or two registers open they want you to use those stupid self-checkout machines that dont really work well and then they dont staff anybody at the self-checkout machines to help you. Ive had people beg me for money the last four out of five times Ive been to the store three of those four times or physically inside of the store the last time was in the parking lot right outside the store. A lady that was clearly a crackhead was begging me for money in the produce section I went to the customer service desk to tell them about the panhandler inside the store the lady at the customer service desk gave me a big attitude then proceeded to do nothing is the lady made her way through the meat and produce department begging every single customer for money.

The store is never clean its always dirty when you come in the parking lot the people in the store are very rude and disrespectful they have seen them treat people with disabilities horribly I dont like this Cub at all not one bit theres a lot that they can change so far as their attitudes and the way that they treat people and the way that the outside looks its always dirty I literally have to pick 10 different things out of a cart just to use it and then once I take it all off the card is broken I hate this cup

If you want good friendly and Professional Service, go to a different Cub.

If you like paying high prices and you like being took in a better job because of the grocery theyre being outrageously high-priced I mean you can probably get cheaper stuff at a convenience store in Cub Im sorry to say it, needs to shut down with high V and other grocery stores that are popping up in the Twin Cities I find that Walmarts the cheapest out of them all you want groceries and you want to save go to Walmart hell get the Walmart app and if you find a cheaper on the Walmart app they have to price match it even if its not the same price at the store so dont go to come unless you want to pay high prices

I absolutely love the descent $1 section of all knock off brands household cleaners and Tupperware and t.p. and hygiene. Cuz when y need alot of stuff and you are next to broke its stuf4f like that that makes it possible to survive. I wish every Cub Foods had the same selection. But they dont... not even close...

If youre going to close early (observance for a national/federal holiday), thats one thing. But please. Have the decensy to post your holiday hours either on the door or on your website. Not everyone celebrates Christmas nor are they rocket scientists to know what time you close & lock your doors on Christmas Eve by placing a cashier standing outside by the exit doors, informing patients that youre closed for the day. This was at 4:30 pm on 12/24/16. Wheres the honesty and integrity in that??(-________-)

Dont go to this grocery store, if you want to call it that. Go to another cub foods. This place probably wont have ANY specialty ingredients you need and often wont have obvious things either. Go down the road save yourself the frustration. Theres another cub a few exits South on highway 100, or better yet, a Lunds a few exits South of that.

Pay close attention to the dates on the items at this location. Alot of things are very,very close to the expiration date!Also they dont carry alot of things that other locations carry such as turkey tenderloin,and lamb meat just to name a few.

Not enough cashiers. Always have the aisles blocked. These folks just dont understand how to operate a store to match the market and allowable margin.

Buy bread near pumpernickel it said sell by October 11th went to go make sandwiches the other night and it was already mold on it my recommendation dont buy bread from Cub foods Brooklyn center

I went to order my daughter’s pediasure peptide at the pharmacy, since wic only had limited cub pharmacies we could go to. I go on Friday, drop off the paper and the order was placed and supposed to be there the following Monday. There was no call telling me that it was ready, I had to call them. I went in, and when they go to ring it up it isn’t registered since it’s a new item. The lady also goes on to tell me that the pricing department will not be able to have the issue resolved until the following day. I had no milk left for my daughter, which is what I told the pharmacist/pharmacist tech, I had to buy a pack of pediasure for my daughter to hold her until the next day. The lady never offered any type of gift card or anything to compensate for the pediasure I had to buy. Horrible customer service. I had to go out of my way a third time to pick up the pediasure peptide for my daughter. I will be finding a different location to go to and I don’t recommend this cub foods at all.

Have never had any problem find things I need or getting help if needed. And always found a good alternative and fair price.
