Unless you absolutely have to I would avoid shopping here. Its one of the worst Walmarts Ive been in and Ive visited hundreds. Garbage everywhere, police cams in parking lot not deterring drug traffic, long lines, open food on shelves, teenage employees playing in isles rather then cleaning up busted salt container. Man the list goes on. The Manager of store needs demoted to door greater. This store is awful

They have some decent deals yet the shelves are hardly stocked at all even the meat section was pretty bare especially if you prefer grass fed beef also they had limited sections on all items I hope they restock the store soon because I love shopping here I still recommend it for all to come here they absolutely have great deals

This was hands down the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I asked over 6 different workers for help getting into the spray paint display. None of them had the key, knew who had it, or wanted to help locating someone who knew where the key was. I ended up leaving because I was waiting for over 25 minutes without any useful help.

Better to go in the morning. The store is stocked better and is more check outs open.

Theres this old eastern European lady who works at returns. She is very low IQ, doesnt know basic returns. Return line was so long and I waited almost an hour because she destroyed their system. Couldnt return my item cause she said it was returned before which is impossible. Not surprising, walmart has the lowest IQ workers. Just annoying.

Found what I needed quickly, but only self checkout was open at the other end of the store Twice a cashier lane was green and twice they told us it wasnt open. Didnt have a good system for checkout queue so people werent confused.

My experience at this location has overwhelmingly positive. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their produce section always looks better than Cub and hyvee. I have easy access to 2 other Walmart’s. But, I choose the Brooklyn Center location for the reasons listed above. If you don’t already shop there, please give it a chance.

Always great service and friendly service. I do want to say the pharmacy manager was wonderful and very helpful. I was very sick from a procedure and need my insulin. I was having a hard time. He was very friendly and helped me so I could get some. He was so helpful . This is why I am so happy I go to this pharmacy. He went beyond and above to help me. Thank you.

They are HORRIBLE they didn’t deliver all my stuff & also took money off my card & wasn’t supposed to do not give walmart ur card information i used delivery

Walmart in Minnesota is a million times better then new Orleans and Slidell put together. They are well organized, very nice, & helpful. I wouldnt trade them for new Orleans ever.

They need more cashiers and they need to do a better job of stocking and inventory. When you look things up they say that they are there but when you actually get to the store its nowhere to be found

It is convenient because of its close proximity to me but it is actually one of the more ghetto Walmart stores I have ever been to. I only go when Im doing long-term shopping. Customer service is iffy and the lines are very long. They need more professional help

You cannot find anything unless you personally know where it is. Staff is less than helpful. Rudeness is abundant. 1 out of 10 is friendly. However, they are cheap.

Its not a place to go if you needed help in some departments and better in some. Some Walmarts are better than others. Some departments have more staff than supplies. The other Walmarts are better stocked.

Nice clean store until you get to the meat section, all of the freezers were empty and the meats were distributed thru out the refrigerated bins.Also once again Walmart fails in having open cash registers, only 2 were opened and they both had long lines, if I wanted to scan my own groceries I would get a job as a cashier.

Not enough help at the checkout. Shelf price was wrong. No cut up fruit. M hands have a tough time cutting melons. So I love having it available.

Employees are friendly and helpful. They do need more checkouts open unless I just got there at a busy time. They go out of their way to help when needed.

Rude and very lazy service! Waited over 20 minutes for face wash thats locked in a glass case. Went up to the front 3 times to ask for service,which each time the front end manager completely blew me off! When I finally got frustrated and asked her So youre really not gonna make sure somebodys coming?? Ive been waiting for 20 mins and you keep saying somebody will be back there Just for her to tell me that the worker with the keys left for the night! I left my cart and took my money to Target🎯 I try to avoid this location, only going when its convenient. Now I will gladly go out of my way and wont be returning to this Walmart

Roseville walmartOvercrowded and understocked. The many employees do not speak English well, so if your visit requires a employees to assist in anything forget it. I was trying to buy a battery that had a rollback price, when I got it to the register, it rang up as full price. 22 minutes of waiting for a employee to walk to automotive in verify the rollback price while a dozen employees that barely speak english refuse to assist the cashier. Then a employee walks me to automotive and looks at the rollback sign and price and says, you pay full price and takes the rollback sale price tag off the shelf and puts it in his pocket and walks away into the employees only area

They not clean unprofessional they dont have anything stocked

Too many items are locked up and you have to wait for assistance. Not convenient.If a store is unsafe from theft, then I dont feel safe shopping there.

Good price and I like how now the self check out is open for everyone even if you have more than 10 or 20 items.

Its Bad with capital B there poor response there no light in the store and a lot of poor public relations and got some suffering for what the wrong doer who steals when disable people come in to shop there non consideration. two wrongs don t make anyone right.

Many items I looked at were not marked with price, and there were no scanners to be found to price things before we went to check out, so we just skipped those items. Then there was only 2 cashiers lanes open, so the lines were very long, and self check out could not use cash card only. I very much dislike this location, but its the closest one. Go the extra couple of miles to the Brooklyn park location, much better!!!

Not good at all. I have acute back pain and can not stand for long. They did not have any motorized cart available at all. Hope they correct this issue soon.

It was fine i guess besides the long wait to exit. No one at registers 4 check out. All them workers just to stand around an gossip about other woekers...

This literally the worst Walmart location in the Metro Minneapolis area. As an individual who used to be a supervisor, for another location, I have never experienced the lack of customer service that I get from their employees. I work for a community organization that was looking to supply donations for 200 free backpacks for elementary, middle and high school students. Because of their lack of shelf integrity, the 75 items I was trying to purchase were all stocked at the wrong price!! When I asked for a supervisor, there was none in the store. It took me four employees to get a response. The response was because of their error, that they could only honor the price for 10 of the items. Therefore, based on our community nonprofit budget, those items did not get purchased. Out of the whole store, at the time of my transaction, there was only 1 physical cashier at the front end. The only other registers that were open were for self-checkout. The cashier was the only one willing to honor the price but was told she couldnt. When trying to void the items from the transaction, the cashier the individual she called to support the lead nor the coach had the trained ability to assist me. So after waiting for almost 10 minutes I had to get moved to another register in order to start the transaction over again for the remaining items that I was still trying to purchase. The lead other cashier nor coach was willing to appease nor honor the price on which the items were proved to be stocked at. (Not only did I know to take pictures of every item I purchased because theyre shelving is so horrible but they also made me physically walk them back there to prove to them that they had multiple other items still stocked wrong at the lower price) They made 15 other customers wait in line for a difference of .47 cents per item. I would rather drive to Maple Grove or Roseville 20 minutes out of my way then to ever spend another cent in The Brooklyn center Walmart ever again in my life. Not to mention that there are bums and panhandlers in their parking lot begging for money. One of the worst shopping experiences Ive ever had in nearly 40 years of living.

I went to this Walmart because its close to home. The prices are good the people are nice but I gave it 3 stars because its not clean. The floors had stuff on them. My cart kept getting caught on things. The shelves at the checkout were messy and had lots of extra products shoved in them from customers that obviously didnt want. All the carts were outside. There were 3 carts inside. Mine was very difficult to push.

Out of stock all the time. Normal day... this is the boys shoe aisle. Just.. why??

Too crowded...not enough cashiers...waiting for service is ridiculously TOO long... aggravating!!!? Plus poor management....lacking the ability to readily address peak time issues.

Worst supercenter Ive ever been to. No carts, items were all over the place, running out of polyethylene bags. Seemed like they had enough staff but poor management.

Out of several things on my list. I dont understand why obtaining cat food & kitty litter continue to be a problem.

Had trouble finding a product. Asked for help and was able to get solid directions from the employee we ran into. Didnt have exactly what we needed and we had to make due with what was available.

Great place to shop I love it they just need more people trained to be able to cash checks etc. I was in line for 15 minutes because they only had one person working there thats not good.

Nothing was labeled correctly, products on the shelf were still in their plastic wrap from being brought in from stock along with shipping label, and the stuff that said it was on sale really wasnt. Employees didnt want to price change.

My experience at this Walmart Supercenter was exceptional. Each Employee, including Managers, are an asset to the Company.

Never enough cashiers. The place is always a mess with stuff on the floors, empty shelves everywhere, rotting fruit and vegetables in the bins. Its Walmart so I dont expect much, but this is the worst Walmart I have been to.

Stocked well, employees were kind and friendly. Some customers were being pretty loud and rude to the employees and other customers. Had everything I was looking for.

My experience at Walmart was below average,The covid 19 virus has left this is store sparse and the employees seemed to be trying to be professional but are visibly being overwhelmed with limited staff which call for them to answer questions about other departments unfamiliar to them.

It seems to me that they dont stock up on weekends because they got the ugliest fruit it should be thrown in the garbage and half of their cards dont work you have to fight with them while youre in there you have to go to 34 cars by the time you get one that works decent

Thought I would go further out to go grocery shopping here. Thinking they would have more stuff. Meat depart. Was empty very disappointed. Wal-Mart team should be on top of this. I seen more walmart teams on there phone then stocking items. I guess I need to go further out. I thought maple grove would be nice. I was wrong. I asked for help to see if they had anything. And nobody can do nothing nothing. Not going here again.

Horrible customer service, manager is unprofessional. Ordering groceries online from this location is a nightmare! Nothing needed is ever in stock,never on time with delivery. Save your sanity and go to another location this one is absolutely horrendous!

This place can be dangerous especially the evening hours . Gunshots. Crimes of property and person. That being said, the prices are right and items in short supply at other stores, even other walmarts, can be in stock here.

I certainly like this Walmart way better than the one in the town I live.

Be prepared to consistently wait 20 minutes to check out. Also, half of the personal hygiene products are locked and require employees to unlock who arent present in these areas.

Still the worst customer service EVER. I called several locations looking for a vacuum cleaner and the other locations took their time to help out but didnt have it. This location hung up the phone when I asked if they could help me. I called back at least 5 times and was put on hold every time without them saying anything. Totally unprofessional. I decided to go there directly and they actually had the vacuum cleaner I was looking for. Dirty and unprofessional.

The store itself it pretty decent, but the customer service center is horrible. Been calling all day to talk to a customer service associate, just to be given the run around. What kind of customer service is this busy that you cant pick up the phone to answer a question.

This store is almost always picked over. If you’re going for anything in particular chances are they won’t have it. So prepare yourself for disappointment. This location, being a high traffic store, is dirty from the moment you pull into the parking lot into the store itself. Bottom Line: I avoid this location.

Store wasnt in disarray like previous visits so very happy about that. The store had enough cashiers to keep the lines moving instead of having long lines of people waiting to check out. Very happy with my experience today at this Walmart.

Signage for order pickup was very poor since it was way around the back of the building. Waited inside for 15 min and was then told wed need to go to the outside pickup area. Once there, we were promptly assisted (kudos to that guy).

0 carts. Plenty in the parking lot,but evidently no one works here to grab or clean them. Avoid at all costs as this place feels like dystopian nightmare.
