Great staff! Jasmine and Kristy were so helpful. It took up to 1 hour for my issue to be resolved, they were patient, professional and efficient.

Fantastic customer service. Me and my wife had an appointment at 6pm on a Saturday to activate our new account. I switched from AT&T because I wanted better customer service and boy did they deliver. The two employees there were very down to earth and Orphenson in particular was very patient with us to the point where I would definitely recommend T-mobile to anyone. Im glad that theyre still telecommunication companys that still care about customer service. These guys definitely deserve a raise!

Rob helped us and he was great!! I had spent more than 3h on the phone with T-Mobile without any success so we decided to go to the store and Rob helped us with everything and solved our problem. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommended!

Rude / horrible / lack of customer service

We received excellent and very professional service from Tevin Juman. He spent almost 2 hours figuring out the way to transfer data from our old (obviously defective) phone, and eventually managed to do that. Five stars!

Went in and was ‘helped’ with this male rep with sales rep # ending in 451. Wasn’t helpful at all, rude & doesn’t have the capability to provide any customer service. Would never come back. If you’re in the New England area, just try going to the South Bay or Stoughton (near IKEA) location - you’ll resolve whatever efficiently.

I’m always very hesitant to go into a cellphone store, especially when I have a problem with my phone. No I don’t want you to add new things on to my plans, I just want to know if you can help me with my phone. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the guys at this store were super helpful and not pushy. I had the pleasure of working with Giovanni. He was super patient and helpful, helping me back up my applications and contacts for my iPhone 5c. My only complaint is that there should be more than two people working at this store on the weekend, I spent more time waiting than I did getting help.

After 30-40 minutes waiting in line, U was told We do not help to install screen protectors bought elsewhere but here for our Customers !
