I don’t typically write reviews, but I had to because of how amazing Alexander was. Had to come in to get a new phone, and he was incredibly helpful. Full of knowledge, positive energy and honestly just pleasant to be around. I was super anxious because I was desperately in need of a new phone ASAP and he made it super easy for me. Last time I had to go in to a T-Mobile, service was terrible and couldn’t wait to get out. This time, I stayed and learned about all the perks my plan comes with (Netflix, T-Mobile Tuesdays, etc). Cannot say enough words about this guy - he rocks !

Terrible customer service. I went in with an appointment looking to get questions answered regarding a phone upgrade and I was treated with disdain and annoyance. In my 4 years working as a barrista at a Starbucks I have never treated a customer that was.

Needed help porting an entire phone plan and the staff here did a wonderful job helping me. In particular, a staff member by the name of Alonzo was extremely helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!

Came here to look at the new Samsung Galaxy 10 iPhone. Great customer service and was even greeted at the door when I first came in. The gentleman that assisted me was very pleasant and courteous. The phone turned out to be not what I expected but, overall, it was a great experience. I will come back when Samsungs new iPhone comes out to see it I want to purchase it.

I cant thank the staff here enough. I came in to get a new iPhone at 6:30 pm (store closes at 8). My old one was taking forever to back up and resulted in two employees needing to stay long past closing hours waiting for it to back up so it could be transferred to the new phone. Despite it all, they remained incredibly positive and helpful. How, I dont know, but thank you Derek for all of your help! All I can say to everyone else is make sure to back up your phone before coming in!

The worse cell company on the planet. They keep your credit cards on file in case you cancel their plan. Any credit card you use, whether your on auto draft or not, they will store it and charge it. They said it’s in their agreement on page 3. I cancelled my plan due to their lies that I’d save more money on their new freedom plan, in a way to get me off their old cheaper plan . It costed us $120 more a month. After disputing with them each month my phone bill was increasing, they kept giving me the run around. They told us we’d get 6 new phones for my kids, parents and wife. After we received the new phones we cancelled our contract with sprint and sent phones back. Three days before Christmas, they charged my bank account $4100.00 for the 6 phones and past due bill. They then said the new phones were $685 a phone but I would only get $175 if I returned them. All our savings and Christmas money. They never told us, never sent an email, never told us they kept our old credit card on file, etc. I strongly recommend you stay as far away from sprint as possible. I spoke to a couple attorneys who agreed this was criminal. Please don’t be one victim to what happened to us. DON’T USE SPRINT !

Excellent service. I had some problems, David at Sprint was very helpful and prompt to clarify it out. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend everyone to ask for him at the store. Great place, would visit again.

We can’t say enough good things about David, the new (in the last year) manager. We had some major billing/lease errors (due to Sprint, not the store) and David escalated both situations immediately, thoroughly followed up with us, and did everything he could to make sure we were well taken care of. I generally hate dealing with cell stores and employees but David is an absolute pleasure to work with and we will continue to bring our business to his location.

Ive been here several times for all my phone issues and indeed theyve been very helpful, friendly and very patience. Am will recommend Alexis who has been my best staff when it comes to customer services. I dont mind driving an hour to go there for my phone. Shes good and also the guys are fantastic.

Best Sprint Store in Boston for sales only because they dont do repairs. But staff will try many things to resolve your issues not just send you to repair. Ive gone here 4 times and been wowed 4 out of 4 times... David is the manager hes awesome! Carlos & Jasmine and great as well... Suprised they have bad reviews but new management has made some nice changes.

50/50 they are very helpful but they will give you junk phones if youre not on your toes. They switched a new part from my phone and replaced it with an old damaged part! Tried to charge me for their in-house theft.

It was a little busy when I had visited this location to get my new phone. Once I was acknowledge the staff member that helped me was more than helpful and friendly as well. I can see myself visiting this sprint store for any of my phones needs.

Terrible place to shop for plans or phones. I have been misguided by the salesman who offered me Ipad 6th Generation for $5 a month with a free line which was totally false. I now have to pay for line $30 for two years and only way to opt out is pay $500 for an Ipad which costs $200 from Apple Store. Total fraud.

They try wayy to hard to sell, I came in with my phone (iphone x) and i was told that my phone is not compatible so I was looking around. The sales person was on my back for every second, tried to sell devices that are worse than mine. Never coming back here again.

I had a terrible experience. The staff couldnt be bothered to help, they didnt port the information from my old phone to my new one correctly, and my monthly bill went up by $20/month and the clerk failed to mention this. On the whole, not impressed.
