This store is awesome. I went in there to switch my service and the fact that representative asked me what pronouns they should use to make me feel comfortable made this experience amazing. Not a lot of people care to ask or afraid to ask but I appreciated that they asked so there wouldn’t be any awkwardness. I loved the sense of humor, effectiveness, efficiency and the atmosphere in this store. I will recommend this store to anyone.
Anthony was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. He did his best to make sure I was making the most of the discounts that were available to me from my profession. Everyone in this store was accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated their great customer service! I would definitely return to this store for any phone service needs or upgrades.
Sasha lemoine and jennifer gonzalez, these where the 2 amazing woman that helped me with my issues at the AT&T store .I have been in the service buisness for 40years, it is no easy task working with the public.But these two young woman do it like a hot knife through butter !! I am very rarely impressed by customer service, these girls impressed me with ease !!!If i was looking for help at this time, i would considerably increase whatever they’re getting paid and have them come work for me. It was about a two hour ordeal did they had to go through to straighten my accounts out and get me a brand new phone. Having to call AT&T and talk to operators that weren’t very helpful with them I must say which was surprising. But they did their lip extremely pleasant to the women on the phone and eventually got the information they needed and got done what needed to get done for me it was a pleasure to watch and be a part of.I want to thank the two of them for making a time which should’ve been extremely stressful, stress less and not difficult at all . make sure you keep these girls happy because someone’s gonna steal them from your store !!!!!!!!
Destiny in the Brookline store is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and so patient. They spent time with us and explained all our options and really gave us a great deal. Everyone at the store was so helpful.This store has great service. Dan and Cesar were so helpful and patiently worked with us to setup all of our devices. They took the time to go over everything. Perfect location too! Right in Coolidge Corner. It was so easy to make an appointment. I will definitely come back here.

Went into the store because of an event Cesar did a few months ago to get a new phone and the level of service was amazing! Cesar was busy so he introduced me to Dan and Anthony and they took care of me and Cesar kept following up and making sure things were going smooth. I would recommend anyone to this location and definitely tell them about Cesar and his team. Well worth the hour drive from Billerica. Thank you Guys!!
I interacted with Cesar today who helped me patiently with all of the questions that I had regarding upgrading to a new phone! Cesar dedicated an hour or so to go over my questions. I ended up getting the iPhone 12 Max Pro, and I am so happy with my purchase! I had a wonderful experience and give my interaction 5 stars!
Yesterday I bought a new ipad at Apple and planned on activating the cellular data at home. I had many problems with that. Speaking with 4 different AT&T representatives on the phone over a 5 hour period - no success. Many of the reps did not speak english as a first language and I couldn’t understand them. From the moment I met Jennifer at the AT&T store, I was reassured. She quickly understood and took care of my problem. The rest of the employees were also attentive, responsive and professional. The instore experience was excellent - in sharp contrast to calling for support on the phone. I will definitively recommend this store.

We are grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by Destiny. She made the very complicated process of moving a whole family from one carrier, to another, manageable and clear. She spent time explaining everything, addressing all our many questions, and made sure everything was set up and working perfectly; she did this while continuing to remain very patient, friendly, and accommodating.Her colleague, Cesar, was also a terrific resource, and they worked in tandem to help us.I am highly recommending this ATT branch, specifically because of their wonderfully helpful and knowledge staff, Destiny and Cesar.

I’ve never written a review for a phone store before but I had a really good experience and wanted to share.I came in probably 2 months ago or so and everyone was really kind and professional. It was also very Covid safe and they had firm restrictions in place. First off, I love my phone and everything I was looking for I found that day. I also want to talk about my experience in the store.At that time it was challenging for me to do certain things that require ID because I was pretty early into my medical transition to male. My ID still had my old name and gender marker so I really hate being in these situations. But to my surprise, I was not misgendered in any way. I expected I would be, which would have been understandable, but the entire time the staff used masculine/gender neutral terms with me the entire time. Idk it was just impressive that they picked up on it and were so respectful. Thanks guys!
Worst costumer experience I’ve had. The store manager didn’t want to spend a single minute helping me even though the store was empty. I’ve been an AT&T costumer for the longest time and after the way he treated me I am switching to Verizon. If you can avoid going to that store please do. Worse costumer service I’ve experienced.

I have had two of the most pleasant customer service experiences at this store. Cesar was so patient and helpful in explaining things to my un-technological brain. It was such an efficient and speedy transaction and I know that when it comes time to receive the phone and do all the things to it- hell be just as kind and helpful as when we did my order and changing of plan. You really do have a great store manager who is guiding the process over there.
The person who helped us out was fine, did their job and got us what we wanted. Satisfied. The reason for 3 stars is that the folks in the corporation want a months rent for a phone. Plus did att really issue att branded cloth for masks? Cool beans.. Take care of your front line people and issue n95. They already have a uniform. Give up the annual executive bonus or something, like any of you need it.

I had a great experience at this store location. They are professional, knowledge, and following all protocols. I worked with Lee, and also interacted with Dan and Destiny. Another store didn’t sell me the right size case and screen protector for my new phone, so they handled the exchange and also helped me transfer my old phone into my new phone and trade in my old phone. I will be using this store location moving forward.
Dan was very helpful in identifying all the discounts and benefits i could get from my corporate account. They have very safe practice to keep their customers safe from covid. I realized going to the store was so much better than waiting on the phone support for hours and then getting disappointed. Wish you best Dan and team!

Great customer service, Lee was incredibly and thoroughly helpful! He helped me upgrade my daughter’s phone, and easily circumvented the cancellation of my online order, which had been canceled inexplicably online. He dealt with them over the phone, then got rid of the cancellation (and also the monthly installment that had been placed on my bill even after they cancelled my online sale) and then sold me a phone for my daughter, in person, avoiding the huge hassle that upgrading online had become, and I ended up with an even better deal than I had found online! Thanks, Lee!

This particular store has great customer service! I was there a couple of days ago and met with Rory who is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He quickly solved a couple of billing and technical issues. I swung by there again today with a couple of follow-up questions and Dan was on duty and he also very quickly answered and explained a few details that were certainly due to user error. Really appreciate this store located in Coolidge Corner with such a great staff!!

Caesar helped me through a terribly frustrating issue that I had been unable to resolve online or on the phone. I was very stressed when I came in and he quickly and kindly took care of me and my partner. After a month of red tape issues, it was solved in this store and I am very grateful for that.

I went in today because I had an issue with sending messages from my phone. The first gentleman that greeted me went to the back for assistance (Im guessing hes new and in training because for the times I was there he was mostly shadowing). The other gentleman that came out to help me resetted my network settings, without giving me a heads up that it would also unpair all of my Bluetooth and wifi settings as well which is annoying. It seemed to work so I left the store to return back to work, on my short walk back to work I was having the same issues again, the messages were not sending so I walked back. We switched my Sim card and I was charged 5 dollars, this resolution seemed to have worked but only lasted about 20 minutes. I returned once again. This time I asked what we could do and the only solution he had for me was to purchase a new phone. The phone I have right now I purchased outright for over a thousand dollars (galaxy note20 ultra) less than a year ago, and I dont feel like I should have to purchase another brand new phone so I asked to speak to the manager. Come to find out theres no manager on duty today which was surprising to me as there was one new working still in training with another worker that didnt seem to be able to train him well. I asked for the salesman to call the manager for me because I was upset and needed to know what the options were, he asked me what do you expect for me as a sells person to be ale to do for you I said to him, I understand theres not much else that that can do for me and thats why I want to speak to a manager and that there should always be a manager at the business during hours of operation or something that can handle these kinds of situations. The sales person called the manager and the manager refused to speak with me and said that he is not taking calls right now. I hope that that manager really enjoyed his nice sunny Sunday outside instead of handling his responsibilities as a manager. I am a manager of another kind of business and I find the way that this ATT manager handles his store as unacceptable and really needs to step up, or learn a thing of two.

Needed a wifi hotspot so went into the AT&T Brookline store. Everyone we dealt with there went above and beyond and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt have the hotspot in stock that we came in for, so Dan went out of his way to pick it up from a different store for us the next day so that we could get it in time for a trip we are going on. Couldnt recommend this store any more, all the employees there were great.

I bought my att number from this store and since then i had been facing issues. First of all, the store manager didnt explain the charges on the account in my first bill then they added incorrect discount code instead of student and i am paying more than what i should be paying for.My only request to the ATT management is to please give training to these store people so that we consumer dont feel cheated. This will be good for you, me and store manager.Thanks!

I should have read the reviews before I went here...had at&t for 18 years and not once have I had an issue with customer service. I ordered a new line on the phone, was sent to a store to pick up order, and like many other reviewers of this store they did not help me. The manager told me he couldn’t find me in the account even though I had all my info and PIN and wouldn’t even look at the account. When I asked him how to fix the account so we could access it, and I could pick up the new sim I was already paying for he said he didn’t know, didn’t know what to tell me and couldn’t help. I don’t understand what his job would be if not that. I’ve been in customer service for 21Years and that is not customer service. He was unbelievably rude, and acted like he was too busy to even talk to us.. even though we were the only customers and all 5 employees were sitting eating lunch in the storefront. Anyway I called at&t just now and resolved the issue, so thanks for nothing ! Literally go to any other store if you can.To respond to the owners reply below:I am an authorized user and had an ID - the manager did not ask me to verify my account or check my account. His employee had the info wrong and when I asked him to double check his information he told me he couldnt help me and if I couldnt understand he could write it down for me, in the rudest way an employee of a store has ever spoken to me. He should have (a) asked me to sit down, and taken two minutes to look at my account or ask me MY NAME which he did not even do, (b) said how may I help you? not What do you want me to tell you? as his opening line, and (c) maybe asked his employees not to blatantly be sitting at the front table hanging out amongst themselves like there werent customers in the store.To the owner: what you believe happened does not seem to be what had happened. I manage a business as well and would be happy to speak to you privately if you would like to know what goes on in your store.

The staff are outstanding knowledge and willingness to help! I made an appointment and called ahead to start AT&T service. Rory, the store manager, helped greatly even before I came to the store. Lee provided me with wonderful service, and cared about my satisfaction in selecting the best plan and pricing with discounts including great deals on a new iPhone and iPad! One word sums up the level of customer service here: TERRIBLE! I wanted to simply upgrade my phone and after several unsuccessful attempts online decided to go in to the store. NOBODY in the store, employee told me to wait a second. After asking my phone # he then asked for my drivers license which I handed him. He then said what is your account PIN. So, he has my phone # and my government issued ID, why do you need my PIN I asked? Because your license doesnt pull up the account he said. Told him I dont want to give him my PIN and he said, well I cant help you then.If he he asked me to punch the PIN in myself I would had, but Im not just handing over my PIN like some lemming. I was ready to just buy the phone outright and continue on the month to month plan but apparently thats not good enough for ATT. I can see from many other reviews that this store has serious customer service/communication issues. I should have taken this into account before going.

I went to the store to purchase a phone case. While I was browsing the selection, the employee who greeted me (grey hair, 40s-50s, male, about 510 - the name on my receipt says Daniel J.) made an outright sexist remark to me: Wow, youre so indecisive, I can only imagine you shoe shopping! (I am a young woman). This is unacceptable. People of any gender have the right to simply shop for a phone case without being subjected to sexist and misogynistic remarks such as the one listed above. To any women entering this store, I would not recommend working with this employee. To the owner/manager of this AT&T store, I expect there to be swift consequences for the employee detailed above.

Complete and absolute incompetence. Totally clueless! So infuriating! They completely messed up my plan and added features I specifically said I didnt want! I had to go to a different att store and was on the phone for like 3 hours to try and undo their error. So incredibly frustrating.Please- save yourself headache and go to literally any other att store. Please!
