So i was looking into a place to get my bumper repaired, and found Brookline Foreign Motors, and so glad that I did!Service was great, they were very accommodating, and even went above and beyond in terms of repair and customer service, and without Khalil in particular I would have been charged extra hundreds of dollars from an insurance company who was trying to turn one claim into two.I highly recommend BFM to anyone in the metro Boston area.

We had a fender-bender on our BMW X7 and since we were looking for a foreign motor specialist with whom we could work with after our warranty expires, we chose Brookline Foreign Motors. We wanted better service quality and more flexibility in service dates than the regular body shops that the dealerships send you to for overpriced services. We connected Brookline Foreign Motors with our insurance company and everything went very smooth from there on. The insurance agent visited the car, the shop made an estimate and the situation was cured. The car was ready before scheduled and DETAILED (!). I am glad that I trusted Brookline Foreign Motors with our car, the wife is very happy with the service and professionalism she encountered during the service process. A reliable business with quality work. In my experience, the owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Khalil has worked on my transmission, engine, and brakes, and each time he clearly told me what the issue was and laid out options of varying cost alongside his recommendation (ex: replacement parts sourced from different OEMs which had different warranties). I never felt like his recommendations were unfounded, but also never felt pressured to take the highest cost option. Service was punctual with quick turnaround. Received updates at various stages of the work. Price is quite reasonable considering that you get what you pay for, but don’t expect the lowest offer in town. Definitely a place I’ve come to trust.

My dad brought his 2005 Mercedes here to get fixed and drivable again, and the guys at BFM did not steer him wrong. They truly took care of his car, and helped him every step of the way. He is so appreciative and has turned into a repeat customer!

Based on mostly favorable reviews, I brought my vintage 2000 VW Cabrio (only 74k miles) in to have the front brakes repaired. On my way home from picking up the car the following day, I noticed a rattling sound on the front passenger side. Being busy, I made an appointment to bring it in about 1- 1/2 weeks later. In the interim, one day I put the car in gear and the back brakes seized up. I was able to drive it, but if I put much pressure on the brake pedal, the rear brakes made a terrible, loud, scraping sound. When I made it to the follow up appointment, I was told that the rear calipers need to be replaced.First, when they had the car in before, they should have checked the rear brakes. Another $500 dollars later, driving home after the second appointment, the rattle from the front brake repair was still there! When I called to complain, I was basically told thats what I should expect for an old car.Weeks later, if the car sits for more than a few days at a time (not uncommon during a pandemic) the rear brakes stick and I now get a scraping sound from the front brakes. I spent a total of $1,400 dollars on brake repairs, and still have issues with the brakes. They charged me a fortune and did a terrible job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Brookline Foreign Motors.

Brought in vehicle for inspection sticker. Considered oil change by phone after drop off but price at 99.95 was too high. Was later told inspection could not be done but we could still pick up car next day as planned. Car was parked in a time limited area and we returned to find a ticket.

Ive used the service of Brookline Foreign Motors for a number of years now. Their service is always professional, courteous, punctual, honest, and never any surprises. I always get quote upfront of the services needed, and theres never any follow-up issues. I truly appreciate the service. While they might not be the cheapest in pricing, the quality fo service is well-worth it. Highly recommended.

Absolute highway robbery. Basically quoted us almost $500 for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter replacements. When we told the gentleman at the front desk that we had our cabin filter changed only 15,000 miles ago and that his price was absurd, he told us we could just take it somewhere else. And so we did. It also took him 24 hours to tell us what we needed and it would have taken basically another 48 hours for simple maintenance. Not sure how they have any >2 star reviews. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best service in town! They took the time to explain to me what work needed to be done on my Jeep and the reasoning behind it. I always feel like my car is in good hands when I go there. Would never take my car anywhere else... Highly recommend!!

Red and his team are amazing. I decided to try Brookline Foreign Motors because I wasnt happen with the the other garage I went to. I sent an email inquiry and Fred responded within minutes. They did some much needed mechanical work on my car, and then worked with me and my insurance company on some body work. My car (2016 Mini Convertible) looks great and is running like a dream. Fred spend tons of time explaining the charges to me ahead of time, and even threw in a taillight for free.

Took Petunia my car (Hyundai Sonata 2011) into Brookline Foreign Motors after being rear ended, they fixed her in a flash to look like new!! They were super pleasant and accommodating with my hectic schedule and arranged for a rental, and then returned it for me after my car was fixed.In addition to doing a phenomenal job fixing my car it was a really pleasant surprise how clean she was when I got her back (she was a hot mess when I dropped her off :S).Thank you so much!

I have been here a few times and their services is great and prices reasonable. Dont waste your time with BMW of Boston if your vehicle is out of warranty. BFM is hones and transparent. I have had oil changes and brakes and some technical services performed here.

Chose to take my car here after getting rear ended. Phenomenal service, prompt and courteous communication, car was delivered on the date promised and internal and external detailing were pretty good. Car came out looking like it just came off the dealers lot. Great attention to detail and excellent body work.I just wished they had buffed the internal dash and other components more after waxing them. Things were a little too waxy to the touch.

I have had my 2013 BMW 328i serviced at BFM twice now. The first accident was a very minor accident, where I was hit from a turning vehicle, affecting the rear bumper and pass-wheel. Easily fixed by them in 2-3 days if I remember correctly.The most recent accident I had, was someone failed to yield into a traffic circle, and hit me head-on. It crumpled the front bumper, destroyed the rim, alignment off, and light electrical work. They made the refurbishing process a breeze by communicating with the insurance company and myself, getting the right parts and pricing. All super easy.When I returned for my car a reasonable amount of time later, (got hit real good) I felt like I was looking at a brand new car. The work they did was absolutely perfect (bodywork, mechanical, everything.) I had a small extra boop on my front bumper from a trailer hitch, that was also easily fixed by them at the time. They even washed and cleaned the inside/out. I really wish I could give more stars, because the caliber work done at Brookline Foreign Motors far surpasses work Ive seen done at dealerships (without the dealership tax $$) Never taking my car anywhere else.

Nisso and Fredrick are accurate, honest and so nice! They even took the time to fix a few scratches and dents without EVER being asked. I was very pleased with my first experience at Brookline Foreign motors. I own a 1971 Mercedes, and its not easy to find a shop that will even work on it, let alone perform good quality, waranteed work on this car with all OEM parts. Niso and Fred were always happy to show me their progress when I dropped by, and I felt they were being honest and fair the entire time, even though the car ended up needing more work than they originally expected. The cost of the repair came in within $200 of their estimate (thats not bad on $6,000 in restoration work). Their labor cost is reasonable given the high quality of the work they are doing. I will definitely be returning.
