This gentleman came from back of the store and unlocked the door at closing time asked us if we needed something and we said yes!!! A phone case and screen protector for my daughter’s new iPhone e 13. This young man deserves an award for customer service. He calmly took care of us and treated us like family. Other coworkers were standing right by the front door and just looked away when we tried the door and it was locked. He is far above your standard employee. We will definitely be back as long as he works there. Best service I’ve had in years. Thank you!!!!!

Matt gave excellent service. Only reason for four stars was one phone we wanted was not available and had to buy from Walmart and bring it in to be activated. That was more of a Verizon problem however.

Good service working through a very annoying experience with insurance on a broken phone.

All of the associates were incredibly helpful when my phone needed a warranty replacement and a huge winter storm messed up all of Verizons service centers in texas. They made it clear what any delays were and what options I had to get around them or to deal with them. All the associates were young, but very respectful and tried to be as honest and fair with me as possible.They helped me deal with Verizons customer service and got me past some account errors on Verizons side with a lot less hassle than if I had to do it myself.I sent back an old phone that died on me, got my warranty replacement, and got an upgrade to a new phone over the course of a couple weeks with a country wide polar vortex affecting everything. It was a lot more difficult than I would have liked due to weather and corporate verizon, and I probably got to known literally everyone at the store, but all the representatives made it much easier.

Went in to trade in my phone and Landon was extremely helpful. Got me into my new phone and helped me save money. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Today my experience at Verizon wireless was excellent. The associate David was informative, he also had a great detail on all the plans and everything worked and he also handled the transfer from straight talk to Verizon with excellent customer service. He was well spoken, patient, and calm he also had customer service skills that others could learn from. Also the atmosphere of the store was inviting and calm the other associate were polite.

Service is always good. Staff very knowledgeable. Landon was very quick and thorough. Only downside we have ever experienced can be the wait time sometimes when weve gone.

Have never had a bad experience at this store... everyone is always kind and helpful!! And they don’t laugh at us old guys trying learn all this new techno geeky stuff!!! 😆

David is a very personable sales person- ver easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. My husband and I went in to Verizon Wireless to get a new phone phone for him; although it took longer than we thought it would (because we also purchased two Apple watches) it was a pleasant experience. We both learned new information about our phones and how to use specific features neither one of use knew how to use!

In all the years I’ve been with Verizon (20+) this was my best experience. I highly recommend Dylan he was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating to the problems we experienced with our daughters old phone. We did purchase a new phone and the transition was very smoothe. Dylan is the guy!!!
