Had a fantastic experience purchasing my dry sauna and jacuzzi hot tub. Sales Manager Jim Canfield was one of the best sales reps I’ve worked with in a while. He represented the products well and worked with me to structure a “win win” deal for all parties. Jim demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism. His team did an exceptional job pre delivery and day of delivery. Store Manager Danny Stark was true to his word and came back out to check in on us 2 weeks after delivery. Great experiences are created by great people. Highly recommend the folks I worked with at Bachmann Pool and Spa.

Like every pool sales person I’ve spoke to today, lazy. They’re only interested in selling you a “pool kit” Not a full service provider, not even capable of answering basic questions. Not hungry at all, just a shop and a clerk!

We really like Danny and the staff at Bachmanns pool and spa. Danny was very helpful and had alternative ideas on on how to to heat our pool. I.e. solar vs natural gas. Plus we found accessories in his store that we couldn’t find any where on line. I strongly recommend you check them for all your pool and hot tub needs .

Talked to Jim regarding a little plastic clip to hold the door flap to my filterin place. Since my Hot Spring Spa was about 10 years old, Jim asked that I send him a picture of the piece, but wasnt sure he could find one. Well, he came through for me and found the piece in a bucket of old parts in one of their other stores and had it sent to the Brookfield store where I picked it up. Thanks for all your effort. My hot tub and I appreciate it.

We just had an excellent experience with Danny, Jim and Craig at Bachmans. They patiently worked with us to figure out what the problem was with our older hot tub. Craig came to work on our spa and had it up and running in no time which was great! IN ADDITION, Craig provided a tremendous amount of information about water chemistry and why it was so important to the over all life of the spa, as well as the safety of the people going into the spa - he is an excellent teacher and really knows his stuff! Our spa is sparkling clean today with pH in all the ideal levels, following Craigs exact instructions! lol!! Thanks so much for an excellent experience and big time props to Craig!!

Was having trouble with some misinformation from a local competitor before going to Bachman with our pool chemical levels. By a suggestion from our neighbor to talk to Dan at Bachman. After 1 trip and a sample later our 4wk debacle was solved. Dan was awesome to deal with. He had taken the time to explain each step, walked us thru each process and made it simple. Pricing was spot on. After we had our pool taken care of Dan helped with our spa. Once again came out with saving money, using less chemical and the regiment he set up for us was again so simple. I recommend Bachman for any of your pool or spa needs. I definately will be a customer for life of our water fun needs.

We had a positive interaction with Danny in the store when we met. Unfortunately, since then its been weeks, 3 phone calls and no response back from him or anyone else. Its disappointing to receive this type of customer service. We were hopeful to do business with them.

Danny and his team did an amazing job. We knew nothing about hot tubs but Danny patiently walked us through the process and even came by our house after the install to help us with the chemicals. I’d highly recommend Bachmanns!

We are the new owners of a Vanguard hot tub. Going in to the Brookfield store was very easy. Jim was very friendly and helped us find a tub that was in stock. Delivery was relatively quick and easy. The guys who delivered were very informative and gave us a lot of tips as this is our 1st hot tub. The ongoing support from Jim was invaluable. He guided us on what to add to the the water and when. I can do a test strip on a Sunday morning and text him a picture of it. He responds any time of day with suggestions or tips on what to do. We love our new hot tub from Bachmanns. We highly recommend their product line and their employees at the Brookfield location!

I am thrilled to see Bachmanns in the Milwaukee market. My family has owned several Hot Springs Spas. We have moved frequently due to our careers and would buy a Hot Springs Spa and end up selling the spa with the house when we relocated. I bought a used Vanguard model from a private seller a few years ago. Bachmanns Madison store assisted us in moving the spa to our home in Delafield and set it up with new filters, steps and a cover. They made the process simple and did everything as promised. Other Hot Springs dealers in the area always made things more difficult than they needed to be! Because of this I would call for service or parts all the way from Madison. I went into the Brookfield store recently, met Danny, and bought some replacement jets. They were in stock and priced less than what I saw on the internet! It is a great product, they are a knowledgable dealer, and in my experience, are honest and respectful of their customers needs! Welcome to Brookfield. I recommend you and the Hot Springs product highly !
