I went to Neu’s in search of hardware for my master bathroom. I had already purchased my hardware months prior from Pottery Barn, but when the carpenter was going to install the knobs and pulls, he realized the screws that were supplied were very short and not long enough for the drawers or doors. I went to two hardware stores to find longer screws with no luck, nothing would fit in the hardware. I planned on returning my Pottery Barn hardware and just getting something else from Neu’s. Unfortunately, Neu’s didn’t have enough pulls on hand that would work in my bathroom. But, to my advantage, the man working (maybe the owner or manager?...not sure of his name) looked at my Pottery Barn hardware and said that he could rethread all of my hardware and supply longer screws so that my hardware would work. That is just what he did! I have all the hardware installed on my cabinets and it looks great! The next time I need hardware, I will go straight to Neu’s! I recommend this place to anyone I know looking for hardware. They have awesome, old fashioned customer service!! Thank you so much!!!!

A fantastic selection of hardware for doors drawers and more. But more importantly to me, great service. I just needed a new deadbolt that we have been trying to replace for a couple of months and it was a strange old one- over 30 years old. I went in and Jim O. gave me a tutorial on how to replace the deadbolt and alterations I could make to the new deadbolt to make it work and he rekeyed it to match the rest of our exterior doors. After talking with him I came home and installed it in 20 minutes. Thank you so much.

This store has everything you could ever want in beautiful hardware for your home or new home. Unfortunately, they could not order what I needed because it was no longer made. These kind people at Neus led me to a site that still had a few cabinet pulls left. These cabinet pulls were installed in my new home 16 years ago. Imagine that, they didnt even get the sale, but, where that kind in helping me get what I needed.The only thanks I can give them is to tell everyone I know to shop here because the staff will help you find the perfect hardware for your home.

I have walked into this establishment twice in the last year. Both times it was mid day during the week and was totally ignored. No one even looked up from the desk, much less greeted me. I started to look around at their displays while one saleswoman was talking to a man. I know she saw me but she never said a word. After 5 minutes I left. I was willing to spend hundreds of dollars for my home there but after the second visit, decided to go elsewhere.

Thankful for Sue at Neus, she found just what we needed for our entry door hardware! Great selection, will definitely choose Neus for our next project!

Staff is awesome and beyond helpful. The prices are high but the quality is substantially better than anywhere in Milwaukee area and beyond I am so happy with the cost and quality.

I came in with my wife and kids requiring over 40 kitchen handles today. The young ladies there made no motions to actually help us with a purchase. Even after having had picked out the handles we wanted, there was absolutely no one willing to help us, so we just left. I didnt know making a sales transaction that totaled well into the hundreds was so hard to make. You guys must not really need the business.

Be prepared to be overwhelmed! Really the only place you should visit for pulls, bathroom towel bars, door plates.

Jim Olson was such a huge help. It was a difficult project—rekeying an old handleset on the front door. All the keys had been lost, but we wanted to put a combination lock and new doorknob on the back door and key everything the same. He explained how to do it and gave us the name of a great guy who did the install. Nikki helped us order everything and rekeyed everything to match. We couldn’t have done it without all the knowledge Jim brought to the project and Nikki’s patience seeing it all the way to completion. The house is locked up now with the same key to all the locks! Thank you!
