So I got My frist Guitar and I had it mail over there and they call me as soon it got there they pull it out to make sure it was still In Good condition and even tune it for me and ask all my questions that I had they also have class for all ages and on there wall they up coming shows and events that I thought was cool and they have everything you would need I will be coming back real soon

I had the pleasure of working with Adam in the audio department. I have been on the fence about what kind of speakers to add to my Arsenal for my DJ business and he definitely talked me off the ledge. He was very knowledgeable about the vast selection of speakers they had in house and gave me very honest reviews on the brands I was looking at. Ultimately I went with the QSC speakers and even got the stands delivered to my house. I am one who is prone to buyers remorse but for once this did not happen. I always have a good time looking at all the shiny new instruments. I had gone in on this day to sell some used gear, the salesman did his best despite being alone in the trenches and having many customers in the store needing help. I was satisfied with my commerce here and will return.

I saw a picture of an e-drumset on Google. All it said was the price and that it is at Guitar Center. So I called and they didnt have anything like that in their system. So before I could hang up, Tyler asked me where I saw it. So I told him on Google images. He then proceeded to look it up for me and went thru every picture till he found it. Turns out it was in a Virginia Guitar Center. I then bought it over the phone and had it at the store within 5 days. Thanx Tyler! You are the MAN!

Stopped in to get a guitar and amp setup for my daughter. We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop and helped right away. I had gone in wanting a pre-made bundle and reconsidered building it ourselves. Our salesperson was great at guiding us to guitars, amps and accessories that were within our budget. Will definitely be back!

I needed a mixer. Stop in and the employee help me pick the best one for my business. Showed me how to set it up and what cords are needed for the best sound.I saw the same mixer online and it was $30 more. So glad I stopped here.

I have bought some amazing American made fender strats and telecasters here, besides strings, stage speakers, mics, mixing boards, lighting, keyboards and alot more. My favorite place to shop and this store layout is amazing.Highly recommend!

Im a new guitar player and I called earlier to ask the sales guy a question. He was as nice as can be. So I went up there and he was a young man at the counter. He was very helpful and as nice as can be!! If Im ever going to buy a guitar I want him to sell it to me.. I just cant explain how good he made me feel. All I can say is wow! Originally, I was upset with my experience at guitar center as on an off night I didn’t feel welcomed. I posted a review and with 24 hrs guitar center management put me in contact with store manager (Brandon) who immediately resolved any issues. I stopped into the store to pickup what I originally was looking for and was greeted and treated with outstanding service and respect. The sales manager Tom and associate Tyler were absolutely outstanding and helpful with selection. This is truly an example of outstanding customer service in this day and age. I know that there are some GC haters out there, but I have purchased a few instruments from this place and have always had good luck. Even when there was an issue with my new Les Paul, I was impressed with how they immediately changed gears and focused on what needed to be done to rectify the situation. Pricing is pretty stable across the board with instruments no matter where you go, but being able to go to a place that has such a wide variety of guitars in one place is really an advantage, and their sales do allow for really decent deals at times.

Im old enough to remember Guitar Center before all the corporate buyouts... I dont like to shop there on principle...But THIS spot; twice I ordered some used gear online and had it shipped to store.The website was straightforward and the tracking info accurate. The second time I had a busy day the day it was scheduled to arrive, I called. They were able to give me a two hour window, AND intimated they could move processing my item towards the front of the line. Got the notification it was ready close to an hour BEFORE they said I would. Under-promise; over-deliver - like it should be.I came to the curbside pick-up spot, sent the online notification that I was there and what I was driving,

Awesome staff. Very helpful. Id played guitar for years, never on a serious level but nonetheless wantednto get back into playing the guitar. Namely for the purpose of just chilling me out to be able to relax and hopefully long term lead to a more overall laid back me. Anywho, I wanted something a little better than I was used to. Ended up getting a humbly priced Epiphone (see pics). Also got an amp, guitar strings, picks, and ordered the hard case the went with my model. Had ot shipped to my house. (have not received the case, yet). The guy that helped was patient and didnt make me feel dumb about anything. great experience, came back today and picked up a few straps and some metallics pop figures. (I know unrelated but..) anyway yeah, highly receommend!!!

This is the only place I go to for music equipment. You can find anything you need here. From new to used. and if you arent satisfied, they do not put up a stink in the return of products within the time frame. They also purchase used stuff in good condition, for a reasonable price. Great shop.

Needed an XLR to TRS cable for my new KRK monitors. NOBODY else had them in stock and no music stores are even open past 8:30pm (Guitar Center is open until 10:30pm). Very convenient and the store is well stocked. I drove almost an hour from West Bend. Definitely going back though 👌

Ive taken classes there Ive bough gear there and its probably one of my favorite places, they offer a lot of different things. The employees are nice and kind and dont berate you if you dont know something and its an enjoyable time sometimes however you just cant find what you need but thats okay since most times they can order things from online

I ordered a special edition guitar online...it came in less than perfect condition. I could tell the guitar had been played yet was shipped and billed as new! Not happy... After discussing options Ryan located another (the warehouse was out) and followed up by making sure I received one still in the box and GC management provided free next day shipping to minimize handling (and shipping damage). In a world of indifference to costomer service its nice to have someone go above and beyond what they are required... Well done!

More than reasonable prices on their equipment and they got something for everyone. Also keep in mind that everyone starts somewhere. Do not be afraid to speak up. Let them know if you are a beginner or if you have been playing for a while. This boils down to me working in retail for many years myself. Dont worry about the 15 year old kid who can shred on guitar. Worry about you and your needs. Want excellent service than be an excellent customer. Ask the right questions. Questions such as I have 1000 dollars budget, what is a good set up? Or Im primarily a gibson/epiphone guy, looking to try something different, but not a fender, so what should I look into? Or I want to play more rock and metal, whats a set up that works in my budget? Asking specific questions and knowing what you want even if youre a beginner helps not only you, but the staff themselves. They are not going to be impressed by your smoke on the water, iron man, or stairway to heaven, or shredding ability. What the staff will be impressed by is treating them the way you want to be treated, making a sale, and everyone is happy. At the end of the day we are all musicians in our own rights and we should all support one another.

I have been shopping here for over a decade, and many of the employees have worked here at least that long. The store has all the essentials for guitar, bass, drums, audio equipment, electric pianos, and other accessories. No complaints!

Gladly I have been a customer of this store for a year. The workers are friendly and patient with customers. Josh, not sure of his last name, helped me out on the phone for times. I was pleased with his answers and never had to repeat myself or explain my questions further, because he is knowledgeable on the topics and pays attention and doesn’t talk fast.

Theres a reason these stores exist, as opposed to ordering stuff off of... That place. Went in needing a midi controller for my son. I dont know -anything- about this stuff. They do. They helped us. We left with exactly what he needed. You dont get that from that fake smile place. If theres anything else I need, Ill be back.

I’m not sure what the problem is, but every time I go there, they seem to never have any of the items in stock that I’m looking for, I would like to check out the products before purchasing.....It’s a hassle to order the products, pay for them, then just wind up returning them, and wind up waiting several days to get your money returned on your credit card....Just don’t make much sense to me!!!

Bring in power packs or cords, USB cables, manuals, and boxes. The new owners need it.Finally, Steve can repair your guitar. He is an expert with years of experience. Count on him for a quality fix, refurbishment, or tune-up.

One of the best music stores in Wisconsin. They always have what I need at a reasonable price. Trade in value on instruments is not always the best, but thats to be expected in most places. Friendly and helpful staff are always great to work.

Very happy with guitar center. I bought I used set of electronic drums this week. Unfortunately my sale was canceled after an employee tested the drums and found that there were issues with it. I was unable to test them due to the item being at another location, but the fact that they tested these drums and found them to unsuitable for sale I found very impressive. They made sure the drums were in good condition so I didnt have to waste my time picking them up, setting them up, and trying to trouble shoot only to return them a day or 2 later.

This is the place to go if you are looking for just about any musical need. Cheap to high end. Microphones, turntables and cabling along with all kinds of acoustic, percussion and stringed instruments. Everyone Ive ever worked with here has been extremely knowledgeable as well. They have both cheap and high-end products for just about any shopper.

New layout since the last time I was there. Always a great selection and great staff. Love walking around and just looking at trying things out. You can spend over an hour just walking around and playing everything their. Their acoustic room is my favorite. Love the sound of the 12 strings and the awesome Taylors they have

I came in just looking for a capo for my new acoustic PRS. I roamed around with indecisiveness, but an employee approached me and immediately helped me pick out an adjustable capo that best suits my needs! I also let him know that Id like a guitar strap- a very very affordable one after I had looked at $50 guitar straps for about 10 minutes. He found me one for $5 in about 5 seconds flat. It was a quick visit and very helpful. Id visit again.
