I emailed NEWD to see if they could help me. I got an email response withing a very timely wimdow which was awesome. Tiffany was the person who ansered my email and my phone calls and our meeting, was very nice, and respectful and worked with my schedule to get my coat delivered and worked on, and completed. If I were to change one thing with the placement of my name, I would move it a little more to the right, especially with the font size that was chosen, but because I needed a bigger jacket in order to fit me properly, the shoulders sit lower on my arms than where my shoulders sit on me. But I never mentioned the shoulder issue nor mentioned where Id prefer the name to be. I just said to place it on the opposite side of the WCTC logo and tagine, which Tiffany also recommend. NEWD ultimately placed the name In the perfect spot for a person that fits the jacket like it was made but it isnt the best placement for my fit, but I cant complain! With the placement, I wouldve made the font size 1 or 2 sizes larger, but name is still readable to others, and that is all that matters. I highly recommend NEWD for your embroidery needs! I will definitely visit them again for other projects I may have.

Fraudulent activity, with someone using fake payroll check to scam sellers on “offer up’ app.

I have worked with NEWD from now 4 different project. Everyone single project turned out great. They did both embroidery and screen printing for us. Jack was great with communication and Tiffany was great at bringing ideas to life and making the shirt great looking. Prices where very reasonable, and turn around was good as well. Would recommend them for any of your clothing needs big or small.

Have had them make custom shirts for different events. Great quality shirts at a great price. The store is open for their own line of clothing also! Super soft and stylish. One of my favorite brands.
