I took in 2 dresses new with tags. I was told they only look at your items by appointment and next available appointment was in 5 months! There was no one in the store with two staff talking at the counter. Poor business model.

I would give 0 stars if possible.Called and scheduled an appointment to bring in a ton of clothes for 10:30 on a Saturday. When we got there a lady opened the door and rudely said we dont open until 11. We told her we scheduled an appointment and she said well were not open and closed and locked the door. A few minutes later she opened the door and watched us carry several boxes in. She then said we dont accept clothing that arent on hangers and she wont touch them until Wedsesday, so we would need to come back. Why are employees not telling potential customers that clothes need to be hung up and scheduling appointment when the shop is closed?Customer service is absolutely terrible here and seems like no employee education has been done. Definitely will be taking our clothing elsewhere.

I went in a couple days back in hopes of selling some items and browse around the store. I came in with my items and went to the counter. There was an old woman with gray shoulder length hair at the register. I say hello and asked if she would look at my items and see if there was anything the store would be interested in. She stares at me like I have two heads and without even looking at my items she says no. ( I brought in brands such as express, Tory Burch bag, Kate spade wallet and items I bought from Europe and Australia. Unfortunately no longer fit.) Needless to say their loss. The employee made me feel completely uncomfortable and like I didnt belong there. In summary unless you enjoy shopping at a store that smells like mothballs and only sells chicos clothing and orthopedics, dont waste your time.

Im a regular customer and have been for years. This store has outstanding clothing, shoes, and purses, along with a very nice variety of jewelry. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And the pricing is very good.

Great clothes, purses and shoes...BUT...Unfortunately everyone that works there-including the owner-has no customer service skills. No one acknowledges when you walk in the store, they make you feel like your presence is an inconvenience for them, and they never say thank you or anything when you leave. If the clothes weren’t so great I wouldn’t ever shop there. People who are paying money at your store deserve to be treated kindly and with respect. Disappointing.
