First time being there. Plenty of cigar selection. Great prices and friendly staff. Will go here again recommend to anyone who likes or loves cigars.

Great atmosphere to enjoy a cigar. Before I moved it was a regular spot for me ... so much so that my wife stopped in to get me something for my birthday and the employee knew who I was and guided her to several cigars that suited my tastes. I strongly recommend Prime Cigar.

Selection is pretty standard. The staff didn’t know much about their product, though I could’ve gone on and off day and had a new employee. Most shops have staff that can make recommendations or locate products based on customer preferences. The interior was really nice and modern. I did like the look of the place.

Selection is minimal and expect to $4 more than the cigar is actually worth. To much overheard in accessories so they have to mark up their cigars. Friendly people but I asked the man working there for suggestions on something new and told him what I have already had. He didnt know cigars and just pointed me to two brands that a lot of places dont carry Last Cowboy and RoMa Craft. Will never step foot inside there again. The place also lacks an identity. Im not sure if its a cigar lounge, sports bar or a tiki bar. I recommend looking at Metro Cigar in Germantown. The place is beautiful.

It was a slow night tonight but we were still served and treated phenomenally! You can tell they really take care of the place and the customers. We love coming here and can’t wait to come back soon!!!

Customer service here was awful. The Manager was not even on site . They had had some part time there that didnt have a clue on what products they had there to sell as well as the knowledge for Cigars!

The guy that works there wasn’t the nicest guy. Asked a couple questions and he was pretty short with answers back.

Smaller than I expected. The bar itself is tiny. They dont serve spirits/booze - only beer. The humidor is decent and they have some comfy lounge chairs along with standard chairs and tables. Of the 3 Cigar lounges Ive been to in the greater Milwaukee area, Id rank this one easily #3.

Staff was shockingly unknowing about cigars or drinks they offer. The humidor has a nice selection of aged boutique cigars. Everything was a couple dollars more expensive than at all the other cigar bars or lounges in the greater Milwaukee area I visited on vacation. I wouldnt bother to visit here again

I love going here for a cigar, beer and watching golf or football. Great atmosphere. I wish they had more popcorn though and it being fresher. Otherwise, great place. Friendly staff and great variety of cigars.

Been there once and I enjoyed the visit. The employee working there was friendly and knowledgeable. The beer was cold, and they had comfortable chairs, recliners and a TV to watch. The humidor had a wide verity of cigars a bit pricy but not to bad. Theres places too eat in the same mall area also. I will reserve full judgment until Ive been there a few more times but so far so good.

Went there with a friend who had not had a cigar before. Immediately was impressed by the atmosphere, almost like a little bar lounge. Service was very knowledgeable, helped both of us pick a couple great cigars. Unfortunately did not stay to watch the game. Overall would recommend.

Not much stock and a dumpy atmosphere. This used to be a nice shop but it has definitely gone down hill.Edit: See the below response from the owner 5 years after the fact as an indication of the level of class and professionalism this business puts forth.

Really a great place to put your feet up and enjoy one of there many fine cigars. Have a beer catch your favorite sports game or just hang out with friends playing a game of pool or cribbage.

Great for coming in and sitting down to enjoy your favorite smoke. The staff is great and knowledgeable as well. Their humidor offers a great selection of cigars to choose from. From the beginner to the advanced cigar smoker there is a cigar for everyone. Personally I am an Arturo Fuente fan and love that they have all kinds of cigar from that company. There are others such as ghurka, Ashton, and many others. Fuente is a good middle ground. Gurkha is for those looking for a stronger smoke. If you dont know what you like ask one of the staff and they will be point you in the right direction. Very chill atmosphere as you can smoke your cigar in there and have a drink as well.

Grest place! Steve and Jimmy were a great combo. Jimmy is new and learning but extremely friendly, whereas Steve was overly informative about everything! My wife and I came and it was nothing but a positive experience. Steve helped me with my torch lighter by fixing it, he set me up with a perfect cigar and a great beer. This place also has HOOKA. Only knock is that there is no liquor, only beer. BUT I LOVE BEER

Staff very unfriendly unless you are a regular customer.Unwilling to be hospitable to new customers, gave prime multiple chances and have had the same poor experiences.Lake country cigars in delafield has a much friendlier atmosphere, a larger humidor and is only 15 minutes west on 94.Nice ash cigars is downtown waukesha with a full bar, live music, and most importantly the staff seems to enjoy you being present.

Dont waste your money, there are WAY better cigar shops out there. He will try and sell you a Cuban cigar from under the counter. Fake ones anyway. They pass that scam on almost all new customers. I deal in cigars and this place is the worst one in Milwaukee.

There are some shady goings on at this place. Spend some time there and observe the interactions of customers and staff, primarily the owner. Keep an eye on that back room kiddie corner to the bar.As stated by an earlier reviewer, this place is scamming people by how they label their stock. Selling cheap Isla Del Sol as more expensive Java cigars? Claiming that the Graycliff purple label has pre-embargo Cuban tobacco in it? Charging $50 for a single Camacho PE toro?Mixing open humidor air with aromatic cigars and non-aromatic. I understand their desire to keep their ACID line properly humidified, as they want to gouge customers on the pricing. However, not properly isolating aromatics from your other stock is amateur and careless at best.Proper ventilation would go a long way. It almost makes one wonder how the owner doesnt get cited for it. [See first paragraph]Big and beautiful OpusX mural on the wall. Never any OpusX in stock. Be sure to ask them why. Youll get a different answer every time.Take the additional 10 minute drive West into Waukesha and go to The Ash instead, or hop on the freeway and hit LCC in Delafield.

I have smoked cigars at most of the area cigar shops and a few around the country. I would not recommend this shop, not even to walk in a buy a cigar to smoke at home.Service was fine, atmosphere was fine (although some ventilation would be nice), but the humidor and the way the cigars were labeled... not good. Not good at all.First off, no humidor, whether big or small, should have flavored sticks sitting with normal sticks. The humidor at Prime has almost 45-50 boxes of flavored ACIDS, Cuban honeys, and DE Naturals just sitting WIDE OPEN in the humidor. This is a HUGE pet peeve, as cigars will mingle flavors when stored in proximity and it can completely change the flavors of expensive smokes. Any cigar shop owner who knows about cigars will have a separate, smaller humidor for the flavored cigars. Any store that stores them together is either ignorant, lazy, or careless.Finally, they label their cigars deceptively. Example: AF Anejo cigars are labeled as rare Anejo infused with cognac. This is a lie. Anejo cigars are aged in cognac barrels, are not rare, and SHOULD NOT be $25 a stick. Ive seen $15, $18, heck even $20, but calling them rare?? No. They are great, hard to find, and NOT infused with anything. There are more examples, but honestly just go to the Metro cigar location on Capital in Brookfield, Uhles Downton, or somewhere else. I will not be going back.

I was sold a fake cuban Cohiba cigar.... And was told that it was real... Not happy with that!

The atmosphere seemed great, was very excited to spend some time and money here. The customer service on this particular evening turned us off and we left.
