The store has a good variety. But the service leaves something to be desired. The staff is somewhat stand-offish. They act as if they have wonder why you are there. Its gotten a bit better, they use to follow me around and ask what I needed. The store itself is pretty good. Its probably one of the best stocked cigar stores in the area.

Nice lounge, good selection, including a number of TAA releases, which can be really hard to come by.

Great place to sit down, enjoy a cigar and relax. Tom is great and knows his stuff. Depending on what kind of smoker you are he can help you find the perfect cigar for your taste regardless of price. Plus they do serve beverages. So go on in, pick out a smoke and light up while enjoying your smoke and a beverage or reading. Be aware that cigarette smoking is not allowed in the establishment. If you are a pipe, cigar or hookah smoker it is perfectly fine. On top of that you never know what kind of people you will meet. Personally I like to sit down light up my pipe or cigar depending on my mood and relax. However I feel Im friendly enough that if someone wants to have a conversation Im more than willing. Its a chance to share favorite smokes and talk about whatever.

An excellent variety of premium cigars and accessories, as well as a selection of pipes and loose tobacco, and a low key smoking lounge with big comfortable leather armchairs.I started smoking cigars 3 months ago to quit cigarettes. This was the first place I went. Each time a different staffer patiently answered my questions and walked me through the humidor making recommendations, most of them very good, and sometimes great. They aren’t always super friendly right away but are helpful if you ask.I sat in the lounge puffing away for an hour. It was a nice mellow experience with regulars chatting and a couple of TVs showing sports and the news.I have been back about once a week since and know I will always be well taken care of.

Very dissatisfied when visiting places while working out of town I like to visit cigar lounges. Walked in and the place it seemed like a nice atmosphere. Clearly I was wrong it should say members only at the door. The place is too small to accommodate more then a few. I was looking around when the attendant made it clear this is not open to the public as they have a members only venue. Found a better spot down the road.

This is a great cigar bar to go to. There is a good selection of cigars and a small selection of beers to choose from. Sadly, no whiskey or spirits are served at this location. After selecting a cigar, find a seat at one of the high-tops or in a lounge chair and watch some tv, read the paper or just have a conversation with people there. Recommend this location to any cigar smokers out there as a good shop to stop at.

A phenomenal cigar bar! The help choosing the right stick was greatly appreciated. The beer on tap went excellently, and the setting was great to smoke with a friend and just chat. I definitely plan to be back!

Going there off and on for years. I dont smoke my pipes often, but when I need some nice aromatic blends, their selection is great. I thought some of their lower priced pipes were really great deals. Never been in the cigar bar section, so I cant give an opinion on that. Friendly helpful staff.

Great place. Good cigar selection. Comfortable leather chairs. Staff is super helpful. The clientele was also thoughtful. Clean facility. Smoke eaters keeps the place nearly smokeless. Convenient parking in a parking lot. Beverages available on site. Will return.

Great selection of cigars. More cigars at the Menomonee Falls location, but this one has more pipe tobacco and pipes which draws me to it.Phenomenal staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what you need.Has a nice spacious lounge as well.Easily the best tobacco shop in the area that Ive found.Only reason I give 4 and not 5 is because the pipe tobacco selection is a little limited as far as well known blends. The only well- known blend they have is some Drew Estate. Good selection of blends other than that though if youre looking to try some local flavor.

Not the fanciest place but it has plenty of comfortable seats and a few TVs that make relaxing with a good cigar an enjoyable experience. Very casual atmosphere, drinks available and most importantly a large selection of cigars that should satisfy anyones preference.
