Very disappointed in service and outcome. Davids communication with us (the Customer) and his communication with the installation team was poor: 1) Installers were not prepared to move furniture-as a result were rough and careless in moving it. They had to be called back to help reassemble/replace furniture. David (the salesman) was more concerned with realtors timeframes then with our concerns as the paying customer. He told me the installation was being rushed to meet realtors deadline. As a result-finished carpet was lumpy and uneven with visible seams. We closely followed Davids advice on type of carpet and pad. then he blamed the carpet, pad, and floor for the poor outcome. He offered to repair in limited time frame just before an open house. Was able to even out worst areas. Obviously, If the carpet was able to be smoothed out, it should have been able to be installed correctly to begin with. I pointed out, that there were further problem areas but have not had any response--other then staff education.

Sent saleman/owner pics of flooring around fireplace a week prior to flooring going in. His response was, it needs fixing best done by us. When the installers arrived, they said they be unable to drill to tuck flooring under fireplace as the area around the fireplace was unstable. They also told me the floors were lower than the kitchen next to it, so theyd have to use a different transition than planned. They completed the job and waved and left as I was in a meeting. They did not explain or show me anything. After my meeting I looked and they did not fix area around the fireplace, they did drill into it and they put no transitions at all. I contacted the salesman/owner after they left and he said the fireplace would be fine and it was not unsafe. He also said they didnt say theyd use a different transition. Now in my basement there are large pieces of my fireplace that have crumbled. I contacted the saleman/owner again and he still claims this has nothing to do with them drilling into my fireplace.

Service was outstanding from start to finish! Love my new wood floors and the installers worked hard to make it look perfect.

David was very helpful. He came to our home multiple times to show us flooring options until we were satisfied. He was so personable, genuine, and kind. He proceeded in a timely manner and was overall a pleasure to be around.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them to replace my kitchen & bathroom floor after my dishwasher leaked. Got bad advice regarding the wet floor from the leak & they almost installed new floor over mildew. In the process of replacing the floor, their installers had to remove & replace my toilet. It was not done right, wrong wax ring installed, and it leaked causing a portion of the new floor to buckle.They refused to do anything about it, even refused to come look at it. Had to get a plumber who verified that it was the installers ineptness, installed correct ring & I paid $115. Now Nationwide says my warranty with them is voided.Owner is good at initial sales call, but its downhill after that. Buyer Beware On This Company.Complaint filed with BBB.
