We purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash from Drexel, who arranged the installation with Alex Bathroom Remodeling, Tile, Stone & More. We couldnt have asked for a better craftsman.Alex was very professional, explained installation options plainly before starting, and described details of how the tile would be installed in a corner and on either side of a window. He was meticulous with the installation, and paid scrupulous attention to detail. He stayed late the first day to ensure he completed the installation of the tile so he could grout the tile the next day and complete the job in 2 days as planned. He did outstanding work, and were very pleased with the end result. If we do more tile work in the future we will definitely insist that Alex does the installation.

Two (2) maybe 30 yr old workers showed up to drop off a couple pieces of shorter laminated countertops. And when my co worker opened the door for them, they said we dont do stairs. They werent 15 ft pieces of granite. Unbelievably lazy rude workers. They literally just set them on the hallway andleft.

John is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered all our questions, made great suggestions, and never pressured us into decisions. Were looking forward to our new cabinets!

Unless you are a millionaire or a designer for a millionaire you will find they are not very interested in your business. Expect months to get the simplest things done and that is only if you pester them with your business. They constantly tell you someone else does flooring or bathrooms or kitchen. Somehow you never speak to a person who actually sells you what you are looking for. You will be told they will be calling you back but weeks will pass unless you follow up.

I recently purchased a set of French doors. Was not a good experience. There was confusion at time of order to what I actually wanted and needed. I requested the doors to be painted. It appears the doors may have been painted but never sanded down. Very poor quality of door! At time of order, I asked Drexel to recommend someone to install the doors for me. The response was the my would ask around. Post purchase, they inform me that they cannot make a recommendation because anyone that could do the job is too busy. So, I will be sanding the doors and repainting them. Waste of money!

Our experience with Drexel Building Supply (and Amber in specific) was amazing! Amber was able to meet with us multiple times to go over our kitchen layout and create a layout that really worked for our space. She offered an array of options to fit in our price point, and worked with us on small details to ensure we fit within our budget for the project. Remodeling projects can be stressful-and we felt that Amber took the stress away from the situation to create a very enjoyable experience for us! Our kitchen looks amazing! We ordered cabinets and counter tops for our kitchen remodel and everything thing was perfect, all the measurements, the timing of them coming, countertop installation, no issues at all with cabinets or counter and they look amazing. We love them . Customer service was amazing as we worked with Brad. We would definitely recommend Drexel!

I ordered custom made doors. I was told because it is custom order it takes to make 5-6 weeks. Order was placed November 11th. December 9th I was told, due to holiday season manufacture postponed order to January 10th. Drexel representative told me he cant do anything for me to escalate order and I have to wait. Not only I paid double price for custom order, but now I am about to loose contractor working on my home improvements.Think twice before ordering something here.

I worked with Amber Andrastek from Drexel, who designed my wonderful Kitchen. She was patience and very knowledgeable. Pretty much walked us thru the whole process and gave us great ideas on the kitchen. She worked within our budget. Everything turned out wonderfully. Amber was great to work with and now we have a kitchen thats just priceless to us! Thank you Team Drexel!

Very bad service after the order, spent alot of money for tile, when we needed to order more it took over 3 weeks to get it, because the order was never placed, also wanted to take back unused grout and bullnose, and was never gotten back to regarding this, and they had my items. very very displeased, and will never return.

Clint has great attention to detail and efficient response times.

Will compete on price. Their installers are far superior to the competition. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

Great service

Terrible service and flooring thru Hillcrest builders. My expensive floor is ruined after 3 years of normal wear. It was cheaper material than Menards cheapest flooring. My last laminate lasted 12 years with no problems. Do not buy here. Had me sign a paper not to call them back with problems.
