We used Savvy Bride for a lot of various aspects for our wedding. We were able to do rent/buy suits for all the guys for a great price, and loved the quality of them. We also got my second dress for the reception and loved the quality and movement that it afforded me on the day of. We also used them for all of our paper products, which turned out amazing with great quality and personalization with them as well. We were able to also do the week of planning through Kate and could not have asked for a more positive and amazing experience. She was able to help organize all of the vendors and ensured that the day went off without a hitch. She even helped when someone spilled on my dress and took it to complete preservation and cleaning. She helped my now husband when he was having stomach issues on the day of. She was a total godsend and I couldnt be happier we used her and the company.

A fellow photographer and I recently worked with Savvy - we rented a tux and bridal gown. They were super easy to work with, provided us with exactly what we needed (and then some!). I would definitely use them again in the future!

Although I did not say yes to the dress at Savvy, they were my favorite dress shopping experience. Lisa really listened to what I wanted, and she was sooo enthusiastic about what I tried on. She made me feel stunning in everything, but was honest about something if it wasnt my style. We had so much fun shopping here - they just didnt have the perfect dress for me.

Lisa was awsome. She helped find bridesmaid and flower girl dresses and a mother of the bride dress. She did a great job finding dresses to fit the girls styles and keeping everyone happy.

I had a great experience at A Savvy Bride! My stylist was Nikky and I loved her! She was very friendly and good at what she does. She asked me questions about what I thought I wanted and did some initial pulls, but as I tried on the first few dresses she got a better idea of what I was liking and what I was not liking and she pulled a few more dresses that she thought I would like and would be flattering to my body shape. I ended up finding my perfect dress at a very affordable price! Also, now that I bought the dress I get access to discounts on a bunch of other items they offer. I highly recommend A Savvy Bride!

I loved working with Savvy Bride for both a bridal gown and suit rental. Their staff was super helpful and swift! Not only did they have just the dress, but they had all the best accessories and veil! Their building is located in a cute little square and awesome location off of capitol. The girls here are always nice and honest. I ordered my dress months ago and then I kept coming back to get more things. We bought my daughters flower girl dress from here, too. I came here as a first stop for my dress. The smaller, more personal feel of this store made us feel very comfortable. I ended up getting my dress elsewhere, but Dacia was so helpful! I came in with no idea what I wanted, and she took every comment I made and narrowed it down to figure out exactly what I was looking for. She even pieced together multiple dresses to make it look like what I wanted.After seeing how successful my trip was, my sister also came to Savvy Bride for her first dress shopping, and (against all odds) ended up buying her dress on the first trip! We even got to have Dacia again as our attendant, which made it even better.We had a great experience there both times. I would highly recommend Savvy Bride, especially if youre in need of some guidance on what youre looking for!

October, 2017. Great customer service. Kate returned my call in a timely manner and helped me schedule an appointment via email in a short time frame. During my appointment, I worked with Lisa, who was great. She asked good questions & listened to what I wanted in a dress. She selected several amazing dresses for me to try on. I havent made a decision on a dress yet, but any of the ones that Lisa showed me would be amazing. Great experience at Savvy Bride! :)

As a plus size, I had a really hard time finding wedding gowns that I felt comfortable in. I was thrilled when Savvy had so many beautiful gowns that not only fit me, but were really flattering and affordable. There were a couple gowns in the end that I really liked, but I knew when I saw one of them that it was THE ONE. I was thrilled with it because it was everything I wanted and more. I dont know if I would have found it if it werent for Savvy. Kate was a darling and even kept cool around my rude mother. They were accommodating and professional in every way. I would definitely recommend them!

So my sister in law got married this weekend, and we rented all the tuxes through savvy bride what a nightmare. None of the measurements were correct. They didn’t get the tuxes in till the Thursday before a Saturday wedding. A number of them had to be reordered and was promised to be in by Friday they were not. They were sent fedex to the church, however the driver left them at the school and not the church, tuxes were finally found 45 min before the ceremony started, and SURPRISE still were not correct!!!! The father of the grooms was so terrible he was not able to get any of it on. He had to walk down the isle in a jogging suit. These are the photos that this bride and groom will have to live with for the rest of there lives.

My bridesmaids and I had the best experience here! We have been to multiple other places for bridesmaid dresses and we are so glad we decided to go to Savvy! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anything you need wedding related.

So... I definitely wont be going back. I found the service to not be very good at all. They were very pushy about things, and seemed to be irritated when I couldnt find a dress that I liked. The selection was awful. I was to the point of, if I absolutely HAD to pick a dress I guess I would choose this one.. The building itself was very small and extremely cramped. I went to Bliss Bridal down the road right after and had a completely different experience. It was so much better...

Update post-wedding: I love Savvy Bride!! The dress was perfect, I was so so happy with it. It was everything I wanted and way more affordable than anything else I looked at, especially since my dress was a custom order. None of the crazy prices you see elsewhere, and they actually have a lot of other great accessories (jewelry, etc.) that you can check out too!Original review: Friendly & helpful staff, cute dresses at reasonable prices, and they followed up to confirm everything a few weeks later which was smart because I changed my mind about a few of the details. Will update the review as the dress comes in, but Ive had such a great experience with them so far!

I am not sure how this place has so many negative reviews. I was there this past weekend and I had an awesome experience! Everyone was super friendly and very easy to work with. My appointment never felt rushed. My consultant really took her time to figure out what kind of style I was looking for and ended up finding my perfect dress. They made my custom wedding dress and it was perfect!! I recommended them to everyone. After 11 bridal stores I was ready to give up. I didn’t want to break the bank but wanted to stand out from other wedding gowns. They were my last stop because I was worried a custom dress would be out of my budget instead they made my dress more beautiful than I could imagine and in my budget. When the dress came in there was something miscommunication and instead of her saying there isn’t anything they could do she immediately offered to fix it for free. She truly cares about her brides and it was actually sad in my last visit that I won’t be seeing here anymore. By far the best experience.

Im so glad I got my dress from Savvy Bride! Kate and her team were so easy to work with and really made me feel special throughout our time together.The salon is super cute and they have a really great selection of beautiful dresses under $1,000.I was a little nervous about taking ten ladies to try on dresses, but the private appointment was perfect! Id definitely recommend setting up the private appointment - everyone had a nice time sipping champagne and having treats while I tried on dresses.We decided to customize the dress - change the color, add straps and buttons etc. and Kate was quick with the drawing and kept me in the loop around timing. Was a little bit difficult to find the building and when you first walk in it doesnt look like a bridal salon. Then you go upstairs and it is completely different. Lisa was our assistant and she did a fabulous job of finding the perfect dress for my daughter. She said yes to the dress!

I had the pleasure of having one of the owner’s assist me in finding the perfect veil and accessories for my wedding day. I initially stopped in to “just look” at veils and compare prices as I fell in love with a veil at another shop that was “way too costly”. When I say costly, I mean it cost as much as my wedding dress. Although, I did not have an appointment the Owner gave me focused 1:1 attention and helped me find a veil that was more beautiful than the one I “thought” I had to have and was in budget. It fact, if I already had not had my Wedding Dress purchased, I would have definitely bought it here.... as the dresses, prices, services, and selection are outstanding!!!

I purchased my bridal gown from Savvy, and also we went through them to get groom and groomsmen/usher attire. I had such a wonderful experience with my bridal gown search. The consultant pulled exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect gown. They stored my gown in the store before I had to take it for alterations and let me come in multiple times to try it on.Unfortunately, my wonderfully experience stopped with my bridal gown. Working with them for suits was horrible. We were charged too much for the grooms suit over the phone and had to call back to get refunded for the difference, the color of the suits was not what I wanted nor what I was told they’d be (comparing to a suit in the store), the grooms suit was ordered in a long so it fit funny and added to alteration costs, but it was too late to make any changes, ushers wanted to rent but were told they couldn’t because the bride didn’t want that, which was not right and not what was/should’ve been noted in our file, and so on. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between their staff members. Ordering suits through Savvy was a hassle and added a lot of stress when it shouldn’t have, not only for myself, but our bridal party as well. I would not recommend.

I had the best experience finding my dream dress at savvy! I had the plessure of working with Lisa. She listened to my vision and brought it to life. I have to do some major customization on the dress and Lisa walked me through every step of the way. I am so excited to see the finished product :)

I cant say enough good things about Savvy Bride! The place is clean and well kept, all the staff was so nice, the person helping me try on dresses, Terri, was beyond accommodating and excited to help me find my perfect dress, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I had been to 5 other bridal shops from Madison to Milwaukee to IL, and this place has the best selection of dresses by far, all at or under $2000. Plus they have everything else you need for your wedding, which is discounted if you buy your dress there. Im so glad I went to Savvy Bride., I had such a great experience!

This place SUCKS! My best friend wanted all of us bridesmaids to get our dresses here for her wedding. Initially everything was fine. But then issues begin to arise. We ordered the dresses in August and they didnt arrive until January. My friend was told they would be here in December (whatever). BUT heres the thing; the dresses did come in December but two of them were missing, two of them were wrong and one was fine. Instead of coming clean to my friend about the problem they LIED to her about the dresses. They told her they were for a different wedding because they didnt want to solve the problem. That was the first issue. The second issue came when she ordered her wedding invites. The lady who took the order screwed up so badly that when the proof came, nothing was correct. When everything was corrected on the proof they sent in the order for the invites. When the invites came, the order was incorrect. The envelope color was wrong but it was too late to fix that problem. And to top it off, they blamed the company who printed the invites. My friends mom is a former card shop owner and she used to do business with that very same invitation company and never had any problems with them. Again, Savvy bridal didnt want to take any blame for their own mistakes. And finally, when I picked up my dress and paid the final balance I paid with a check. It took them four weeks to cash my check. Not a big deal but not a great business move either. This place may seem friendly but they have no clue how to be honest and handle problems in the correct manner. STAY AWAY!!!!!

While the location is super cute, the store itself is a little cramped. 2 of the 3 times I was there it didnt seem like they had enough staff working and I only saw maybe 2 employees and that was a Friday evening and a Saturday afternoon. One of the times I went was to pick up my bridesmaid dress only to find out that it had not come in and was actually for another bridesmaid in our party. I had to wait another few weeks to finally pick mine up. What I dont understand is why they dont wait for all of the dresses to come in to make sure that they all look good together and to ensure that they were actually cut from the same dye lot before letting us know that the dresses are in. Now theres no way of knowing until were all together on the wedding day.

I loved my experience here! I had a rough time at the previous bridal shop. We arrived at Savvy early and they helped to accommodate us, and made me feel really comfortable. The boutique is cute and not overwhelming and the girls really know their stuff! I found my dress and a belt, for an amazing price! I couldnt be happier with the whole experience!

I was there last weekend and was lucky to have Nancy who was incredible. she respected my budget and helped me find the perfect gown. I liked this store a lot because they had beautiful gowns t great prices, there were several above my budget also, but they had a good selection that were also more affordable which was really important for me. I felt special and I will be going back for my bridesmaids and tuxes too.

Any one looking for AMAZING customer service NEEDS to go to Savvy Bride!My wedding got moved up because of a dear friends who is in the military. We really wanted him to be in our wedding so I only had 2 months to find a dress. (OH NO!)I did not think I would be able to find anywhere that would be able to help me do that and Savvy Bride did. They were so helpful and even opened the store for me on a Sunday (when they are not normally open) so that I would be able to get a dress as soon as possible.I would highly recommend their shop for all your wedding needs! They have amazing staff and so many gorgeous gowns, it was so hard to choose but with the help of their consultant by the end of my time their I had chosen a dress!!!I will for sure be recommending this shop to all my engaged friends!

Poor experience. The dresses were fairly big and pinning it various places wasnt even enough to see what it actually would look like on me. My bridesmaids came and were disappointed with the experiences. I said the looks I was looking for and they kept having me try on dresses that I specifically stated I wasnt interested in. There was a push to buy a custom dress. Both other places I went listened to what I wanted and found dresses to try on that fit that style and had way better experiences. I got my dress someplace else. I wish I wouldnt have wasted my time at this one.

Went here after visiting another bigger store. They had more variety of bridesmaids dresses in my color and a reasonable price. Caylee was super sweet and the attention she gave us was amazing. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. Cant wait for our next appointment.

I dont have much experience with trying on bridal gowns. This was only my second appointment. But I know that my experience was not the way I want to be treated when Im trying to make a big decision. I felt like I was the lowest priority in the store that day. There was absolutely no help offered to put on the dresses, and some of them were tough- whats the point being in the room with me in my undies if youre just standing there watching? Nothing about the exchange was warm or inviting. The attendant told me Id have a really hard time finding the dress I was looking for when all I mentioned was that I wanted sleeves... I tried on only 4 dresses before she told me that the appointment was over and she had no more dresses for me to try... there were still 30 minutes left in my appointment slot. Rude, unfriendly and rushed me out. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff seemed unprepared for our group in January. They also stated to a few of us that theyd help us find a certain dress but would then forget for up to 30min. Im a size 4 but they put me in a dress that was so large that there was no way of knowing what it could look like so I didnt get that one. Very slow check out process.Ive gotten a dress from here before (2014) and it was made incorrectly and they didnt do anything to help me. I had to spend more money to have a seamstress fix it.

No handicap accessible entry, no handicapped parking accept near the entrance of the parking lot which means the walk another 30 yards longer. This is not a handicap freindly business!!!!

1) They ordered the wrong size dress initially. It was too big so it was sent back and returned but it was never even altered and they didnt check! We had to take it to an outside seamstress to get it taken care of.2) We ordered the invitations there and they came completely wrong! Missing the date (partially our fault since we signed off on them, but they should catch that MINOR detail!) They charged us full price to reorder and only the top card came the second time! The same price for half the invitation! We got them there because there was a discount that we NEVER received.3) After all this, the owner would not take ANY responsibility for her lack of oversight and poor business ethics. Stay AWAY from this store!!!

My daughter had no problem choosing a dress from Savvy bride, its a beautiful dress and at a reasonable price too! Definitely would recommend this boutique to others.

Nikky rushed the sale with me and gave extremely poor advice. Had me trying on what looked like a prom dress that did not look bridal at all... Anyways, I came in looking for a discounted dress and ended up being pressured one on one into buying one. Later regretted it absolutely-- they sold me a size 12 dress when i am normally a 4. Alterations are costing me more than i paid for the dress itself! I am so so so unhappy with the lack of realistic guidance from them and honestly I just want to throw away my dress I bought from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give 0 stars. I would.I called ahead to book an appointment and while on the phone, explained that I would be bringing in one of my bridesmaids (my little sister) in to get measured for a bridesmaid dress. I explained that I have girls located all over the state and that we would not be ordering dresses during the appointment but wanted to look at accessories to purchase.The day of, I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late to my appointment and by the time I got there, I walked in to see my sister pulling a card out of her purse as the saleswoman was trying to force her to put down a deposit. I asked if my sister had even tried the dress on, and she DIDNT!! The saleswoman hadnt even allowed her to try on the dress before she pushed her to purchase.I asked if she could try on the dress and the lady (clearly frustrated by the fact that I was not allowing her to purchase the dress immediately) stated that she MAY have the sample dress but she would have to check. (I called 2 weeks ahead to ensure that they would have the proper dress). Once she found the dress, she literally threw the dress into a fitting room, said the fitting room is there and walked away. We did not see her again. She didnt help to answer questions. She didnt help us with any accessories. She didnt say goodbye or anything.I was absolutely mortified. My sister who was previously so excited as she has never been in a wedding before was nearly in tears. It was quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I have never written a negative review + consider myself a pretty understanding person. I rarely call somewhere to complain, unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I have had such a bad experience with Savvy Bridal that I feel the need to express myself for those who are considering doing their bridal shopping here. I went bridesmaid dress shopping with my best friend + the bridesmaids for her wedding. Once a dress was found, a Savvy bridal employee measured the bridesmaids for our dresses. (They keep the measurements). There were a few girls that could not make this appointment, so the bride wanted to make sure everyone was okay with the dress before we ordered. Once it was confirmed everyone agreed on the dress, I called to order via the phone. On the phone they tell you “based on your measurements + the designers’ size chart, you’d be a size ___”. When they told me the size they recommended for me, I thought it seemed a bit large. I trusted that they knew what they were doing considering they are a bridal shop that measures + orders dresses for their business + living. I regret trusting them. When I picked up the dress - it was HUGE on me. Now I realize when ordering a bridesmaid dress, a size that would best fit you may not fit perfectly everywhere on your body, however this dress was huge on every aspect of me – hip, bust + waist. I went ahead + scheduled alterations because I so clearly needed them unless I wanted to fit another half of a human in the dress with me. I went to then go get measured for my sister’s wedding at a different bridal shop, + was put into a size that was 4 sizes smaller than the dress for this wedding. FOUR. SIZES. Now I understand not all designers run the same, but four sizes was a bit much. They suggested that I call Savvy + complain as they would hope a customer would call them in a situation like that so they could fix it. (Side note: Miss Ruby Bridal downtown MKE is clearly a better run better bridal shop who cares about their customers). I called the shop + asked for the manager. I explained my situation + how I was pretty upset that an already pricey dress was now going to cost me $100+ more due to how much altering it needed. So a $200 dress was now costing me over $300. (Oh, the $100 didn’t even include hemming might I add). We went over my sizing she had on file + the charts – + based on everything I would have fit into a 4 in my bust, 4-6 in waist + at largest a 8 in the hip (which may I add we had a pretty flowy dress so the hip shouldn’t have been the most emphasized) but they told me I should order a 10?! I didn’t ask to get a refund on the dress, or even for the full alteration cost at this point. I simply asked for what I thought was fair. To have them help with half, or something to try + make this right as I felt I was wronged. After expressing how disappointed I was (+ even the owner even saying she would haven’t put me in the 10) she called my seamstress to check in on altering. My invoice that I received from my seamstress was the following: My dress was taken in 3 inches in the bust, 3 inches in the waist + 2.5 inches in the hip. The bust was still large on me after alterations. After no apology, just the blame game saying I must have gotten smaller....which unfortunately isnt the case if not the opposite, she deemed it normal alterations + basically it was what it was. Not sure 2.5 inches at minimum in every area of the dress is normal? Side note: 5/6 girls in the wedding also had to have their dresses altered a huge amount. The only girl that did not, measured herself + told them the size she wanted. If that doesn’t tell you something, I don’t know what does. I love shopping local + supporting small businesses but this was beyond ridiculous + such terrible customer service. As someone who is in her mid-upper 20’s + at the age of many of my friends getting married, I refuse to ever step foot into this store again. I will continue to spread the word about this horrible experience. I know the other girls in the wedding are also doing the same. STAY AWAY.

I was able to make my gown custom. It was my fairytale dream come true for a dress! I got sooooo many compliments! The staff are so helpful! I also got my girls dresses and tuxes here. The guys looked so handsome and the gals just gorgeous! I also booked Kate as my officiant! I am so happy I went with Savvy to help make my big day a fairy tale! We recieved so many compliments on everyones attire!They also accomadated my flower girl who has special needs- they made her feel so incredible, it was truly heart warming. The staff is simply incredible! This place is a gem!

A small bridal shop but they do have more upstairs! They were helpful in picking out a mothers dress but not real involved. They were pretty busy, try making an appointment.

I was not terribly impressed with the service from the folks here. We went in to get our guys fitted for tuxes, and none of the reps took charge to establish a flow. Most of us didnt know what was going on, so we spent I think and extra half hour before we could all leave to dinner, which meant the groom missed eating with us (his groomsmen).Updated: We ended up having guys coming back who were not given a chance to try on their suits. In the end, we (including myself) had suits with tears, stains, or didnt fit properly.

In A savvy bride I got treated like the Queen of England! I tried on so many dresses I even forgot I was just the brides maid. I really liked my experience thank you so much!

Caylee was amazing to work with! She helped me get into each gown and she picked out the dress I ultimately bought! She and the owner were there that day and were both so sweet and warm towards me and my mom and Gramma who were there with me. What an adorable little shop with a ton of selection and reasonable prices!!! We loved it there--cant wait to take my bridesmaids back!

Got measured for a tux. Only the tie, cuff links, and shoes fit. Thankfully they were able to source the right stuff the day of the wedding and thankfully the wedding was about 5 miles away. Ive rented tuxes for years from the places in the malls and theyve never f+/%/%%Ed up this bad before. The groomsman began calling this place Savage Bride because it sucked so bad. I paid these people $160ish for a rental and should have sent them a bill for the number of times we had to come back to fix their failures.

Immediately upon walking in you smell a mixture of musty and body odor. I didn’t like that they didn’t have any kind of private or semi-private area for trying on dresses. I wasn’t a huge fan especially after being at Bliss Bridal and then going to Amelishan. Would not recommend.

My fiancé got her dream wedding dress from Savvy Bride. She wouldn’t stop talking about the service that she got from the girls at Savvy Bride. So, when it came time to get my groomsmen their tuxes, I knew where I was going to go. I was purposely putting it off due largely to the fact that 5 of my 7 groomsmen were out of state. I knew that this would be a little bit of a challenge. I let Lisa (the women I worked with) know this fact, and she didn’t seem to think it would be an issue. Her confidence eased my stress. When it came time for us to pick up the tuxes, I was hoping there wouldn’t be any issues. We got exactly what we needed, with 1 minor exception. My best man was missing a vest. I was terrified knowing that we were 2 days from the wedding. Lisa assured me that sometimes this happens and this would be no problem. She also personally guaranteed that we would have it taken care of. I was called back by Lisa the next morning saying that the vest had come in. It was a big relief. She got done what she said she would, and I thank her for that. I hear horror stories from people about messed up tuxes and I was relieved to work with Lisa who made MY problem, HER problem and came through! My (now) Wife looked beautiful in her dress and our wedding was perfect! Big thanks to Savvy Bride for helping make it the best day of our lives.

The absolute best place to get you dress for your big day. I had nikky and she was sooo amazing i felt comfortable and at home with her. I will definitely be buying my wedding dress with savvy bride :) went back today with my bridal party and I thought it was going to be very stressful but it was not it was awesome I let every single one of them pick their own dress I just chose the color LOL and it was a lot of fun tons and tons of fun I would definitely recommend this place still LOL even more now LOL and I said Yes to the Dress here and put down my payment today

This place is the HORRIBLE! I went here to try look at bridesmaids dresses with my sister. The dresses were poorly displayed - all falling off the hangers and crammed onto one small rod. The lady assigned to us pretty much ignored us the whole time. I had to clip my own dress, which was tricky because it was so dark in our dressing room and I could hardly see anything! We eventually got frustrated and left. I did not want to give my money to a business who doesnt care at all about their customers.

The only positive thing about this place was Annie. She was friendly, patient, and caring. Savvy bridal was the second place I went after my horrible experience at Davids bridal in brookfield. I found my dress the very first time I went to Savvy bridal. Annie also helped me order my flower girl dresses. When the flower girl dresses arrived, I was more nervous than excited since I had to order the orders online and hadnt seen or knew the material of the dresses. So anyways, Michelle from savvy bridal insisted that I had to make an appointment to get the dresses. So my fiancee and I went along with our two little girls. The owner was there and another woman I had never met before even though I had told them I wanted Annie. So they took us to the dressing room so my girls could try on the dresses. The fit was horrible. I have two petite girls and they are two years apart and basically the same height. So they ordered one a size 5 and the other one size 8. Size 5 was very big on top and the size 8 was super big on my daughter that she couldnt even walk without stepping on it. The whole time we were in the waiting room, the owner sat right outside the dressing room talking loudly on her cell and eating her sandwich which I thought was very rude and unprofessional. So we came out of the waiting room, the girl behind the counter just stood there giggling. No one helped us while we stood by the mirror awkwardly for at least five minutes if not more. We knew they werent going to do anything so we had the girls change and all they seem to care about was if I wanted to make a partial payment or full. So when my dress came in, Michelle called and emailed me. There was a confusion about my phone number. I had them fix it twice before and they still did not have the right number. So anyways, Michelle emailed and said that I need to call them and make an appointment so I could try on my dress so they could give suggestions and help with the accessories. I told her no I will not making an appointment since it was pointless the last time I was there with my girls. So then I received a call from Michelle who stated that there was a 30 policy to pick up my dress and pay for it in full which she did not state in any of the other emails she had sent me. I called back and spoke to Lisa who told me dont worry about it. When I went to go pick up my dress, they wanted me to try it on and when I said I wasnt going to since they will not do anything about it and since they have no return/exchange policy, Michelle stated to try it on in the next three days and let them know of any issues I may have. I didnt understand why that mattered at all since they wouldnt do anything anyways since they was no return/exchange policy. I will not recommend this place to anyone because of how unprofessional they were and all they cared about was collecting money. FYI....THEY DO NOT OFFER ALTERATIONS. They will give you a flyer of 5-6 people. I had such a hard time finding someone to get alterations done. I would recommend that you go to Amelishan in Richfield, WI. They have on-site alteration person which I think is very helpful and you do not have to scrammble to find someone you know nothing about.

I tried calling multiple times to schedule appointments with this bridal shop and they never returned my calls. If it is this hard to schedule an appointment, I cant imagine how hard it would be to arrange fittings.
