Wonderful experience and a good variety of casual to running shoes! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been to multiple shoe stores since before Christmas. I stand in front of the Birkenstock’s because my mom was giving me money for a pair. I’d wait no longer than 5 minutes. If everyone was busy understandable (there was always someone not helping a customer) but if not if me give 5 minutes for them to help me and never did. My fiancé and I stopped here last night and they helped immediately and were so helpful. I tried on so many pairs before picking two pairs out. My fiancé was looking at hokas but not planning to buy shoes like I was. He loved them and then I tried on a pair. They were so nice and informative and helped us both out so much. My fiancé is going back today to get the hokas. I’ll definitely be going back when I need new Birkenstock’s or when my running shoes need to be replaced.

Was looking to get a couple of pair of fall/winter boots. Went to my usual go to Shoe Carnival....the staff was unhelpful and self absorbed to say the least. Went down the mall and Im so glad I did. The manager on duty was so helpful and pleasant and I found two great pairs of boots!!!! Thank you for your exceptional customer service!!! I will be back!

Store is nice and has nicer options for casual and dressy shoes. The manager and team are great and it’s become my favorite shoe store.

There is a young women that works at the Brookfield Square Store that is very helpful. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit properly & are comfortable, she always takes the time to find the best shoe.

Popped in to buy new laces for my boots - Daniel instantly found what I needed, rang me up, re-laced my boots and store, AND gave them a polish. All staff members were super friendly - overall a great shopping experience.

There out going and fun and filled with energy and very efficient!! They know what the are looking for when it comes to my foot type.
