You win some and lose some here. Aometimes they got what you need and othertimes your lost and looking for something else. But I will say finding a pair of shoes boys 12 too 13 Ill go someplace else. Zero selection in this already hard too find size.

They had a nice selection of athletic shoes for children but not so much for women.

Customer service was less than stellar. I passed four employees and not one of them asked if they could help me with anything. I had to approach a clerk at the counter to ask a question. Clerk at the front counter was courteous and welcoming. Aside from that, good selection of shoes, and decent prices. Will likely return in the future.

Ok .cashier was not too friendly. But some guy workers were nice and friendly .asking if we were doing ok or if we needed help with any thing.

So I wanted to get converse shoes in size 8.5 but they refused to check in the back….but I left with 7.5 and they didn’t fit🤦🏼‍♂️👟

This is a great store, they have a very wide selection. They also have very good o promotions, my shoes were but one get one half off. Also both young men working there were very kind. I use a cane to walk and one of the men periodically checked to see if I needed help and carried the shoes to the register for me. Very positive experience overall, I will come back here for my next pair of shoes.

Was in there today. Sales Girl by the name of Stacy was absolutely awful. Very unfriendly very unhelpful and then when she took my shoes out of the box they were two different shoes and she put them in the bag . I did not know until I got home. Unfortunately I just grabbed a box with my size. But she actually had them in her hands. Again I was paying so I wasnt even looking

Went there after work to pick up a pair of shoes for my daughter in Brookfield Square and when in walked in at 4 oclock there was a employee sitting on the floor behind the counter while the other girls working there was styling her hair. I stood and waited for about ten minutes for someone to help then had to go so I walked out. As I was leaving they said have a nice day?!

First time shopping here. They had awesome deals on sandals at the time. Spent under $40 on Nike and Adidas sandals. Very surprised.

My friends and I where kicked out o the store even though we were being RESPECTFUL human beings my friend was trying to grab a shoe out of the basketball hoop and we pushed him in and we threw his shoe on top of the cage and they kicked us out without letting our friend get his shoe back UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE AUDACITY TO NEVER LET ANITHER PERSONS SHOE ESCAPE FROM THE SHOE CARNIVAL CUZ THEY KEEP SHOES FOR THEIR CARNIVAL.

Will never return. They charge you a restocking fee if you return something.
