Ive purchased entire collections by my favorite authors. Recently, I went in for a coffee and sandwich. Both were delicious. The Baristas were very kind and informative. Ill always go back.

Yesterday I called to find a book and spoke to and was helped by a very lovely young lady by the name of Rachel. She personally went to look for the book to make sure they had it before I arrived, since there was only 1 in stock. As it turned out she was also the person to ring up my sale at the check out. She was so friendly and courteous as well as professional. I just wanted to mention how outstanding she was. Thanks Rachel!

First Barnes and Nobles that I visited with two floors. I loved it. Sure, the first floor did not have lots to offer but the idea of the building being so big fascinated me. If you are a book lover, you should stop by! The manga section is a-ma-zing! Had to stop myself before buying more than I could afford. I love the little notes (fun facts and recommendations)they have on the bookshelves!! Would definitely come again!

When I need a book and dont want to wait to get it online, this is the place for me to go. The staff there is always super helpful. Huge selection of books too.

This was a good, clean Barnes & Noble. They had a good selection of vinyl. The staff was cheerful and answered several questions for us.Oh…and there were books.

I still enjoy this store, only downside is that they don’t have as much product as they used too.

There were no snacks to eat at there coffee shop. My grandkids were disappointed. So why give them coupons for a free cookie, etc. If you have zero to give out.

Always love to hang out at Barnes & Noble, so many books to look at and trying to decide what books to buy, because I cannot buy all that look interesting to read.

Very clean and well organized store! Whether you are going for a specific book or to browse, it is an enjoyable experience.The staff at this location are also extremely friendly and helpful. There has been more than one occasion where staff have been eager to assist, be it finding a certain product or ordering something online.The store is also Im a convenient location attached to the mall, making it great if you need to look for additional products during your trip out.

Good store, but they definitely changed the layout over the last year. It will just take some time to get used to finding what I need. This one also features a starbucks inside if you are looking for the book cafe experience.

Eh the selection and variety of products carried has gone down tremendously. Quite over priced and nothing that fun in the clearance sections. I used to be a regular B&N shopper but Id rather shop at the little book stores where its more personal.

There was a nice girl at the register that took my order. I dont even know what book it was, I just grabbed a random book. I walked out and came back in to ask for her number. I didnt get the number because she said she had a boyfriend, but I had to tell her she was so beautiful

Yeah there is still a real structure you can go into and pickup an actual physical copy of a book! Stop being lazy and check it out!! !

Hard to find what your looking for. Wish they price matched but they would be out of business. I was a member for almost 15 years but I don’t think I will renew my membership going forward

X-mas shopping 🛍 Too much to choose from, prices reasonable. No explanation for membership, didnt want to press, line behind too long. Learn more next time. Most of my reading is biblically centered.

Only 1 clerk working long line at checkout & 3 other employees standing around in area talking.. When complained 1 clerk opened a 2nd register. Why have so many registers available & not have them opened up when busy especially when workers are back in that area?

They don’t have the current top selling book in store, probably because it’s written by a conservative, because they certainly manage to carry multiple books about Joe Biden.

I tried to shop local even though it was on line. Went to Barnes and Noble.com and ordered 3 childrens books for Christmas. Was notified at time of placing order that it would be delayed til after Christmas. I stopped in today to check on status of order (it is now January 6). The local Barnes and Noble could not help me. Told me to go home and call customer service. Frustrated. I will order from Amazon next time.Update...it was my fault. Books were still in my cart. However when I tried updating, indicated they couldnt get a couple of them. Canceled order and went to Amazon. Got the books in 2 days.

Each & every time Ive been to this facility its always been such a pleasure. The place is always so clean & neat. The employees all have a smile on their face & are willing to engage in small talk while helping you find what you need. Some employees have even voiced book recommendations while I shop and I havent been disappointed. Definitely would recommend this place a million times over!

So many amazing books in just one place. I enjoy the kiddie corner upstairs as well. My kids love to indulge in books so this is a great place to be if you love books as much as my family does. I love how I can find other miscellaneous items here such as tarot cards etc. I will be back again. I highly recommend this bookstore almost anything theme you can think of Barnes and Noble has it. Its clean well kept and of course the fresh smell of printed pages of Adventure blankets the atmosphere when you walk in there. Definitely will be coming back again soon.

This location is really beautiful! Its so nice to come sit in here, drink some coffee, and read for a while! The atmosphere is always nice and quiet, and theres some fairly nice places to sit down when you want to. Only thing I would say is not the best is the fact that the selection here is surprisingly limited. You wouldnt expect it, looking out over the rows and rows of books, but theres really not all that much to pick from thats particularly good? And thats coming from someone who likes pretty much enjoys all genres, from cook books to epic fantasy novels.

Was a great store with a wide selection of books. A great childs are with a cute reading area. Lots and lots of manga. Almost an entire row of Steven King novels with other horror writers like him. A large selection of LGBT+ books which was really nice to see. Lots of other books too with the store being two stories with escalators. Surprising amount of games, some for kids but a lot of fun ones for older teens and adults. The bakery right next to it is also really nice if you have the time to stop with your new purchases.
