Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes they had and what type I would need. They had a solid inventory and many other places did not. They made the transaction smooth, my new bike was in quickly, and I even got a cute email saying Happy New Bike Day with all of my important information included.

Jeff is a very informative salesman. He explained things in a simple way so that I, a first time adult bike rider, could understand. I took my 13 year old Trek mountain bike to Wheel and Sprocket in Brookfield for much needed repairs. All the service people i dealt with were great. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks and it would cost between $325-$400.Well, Service we done in 5 days, cost only $298, and they even did a couple of extra small things.Delivering more than you promised for less than you agreed.Sounds like a great way to win customers!Tom

I am 81 years old and purchased a Recumbent Sun Seeker Eco Tadpole Electric Trike. I am very happy with my Tadpole and with the service from Jeff and Bob. It is great that someone my age can get advice from someone that knows the product and someone that knows the limitations of someone my age. To soften the ride, they told me about the Big Apple tires. It not only soften the ride but added MPH coasting downhill. I would highly recommend any person age 65 plus look into the advantage of a Electric Tadpole Trike over a Bike. The number one advantage should be, and is, Safety. There is Zero change of one falling off of Tadpole Trike. The number two advantage is Comfort, Riding a Recumbent Tadpole Trike is like riding your Lazy Boy chair. With no riding pains, I am able to ride 20-25 miles per ride, 4 or 5 times a week. With a Power Trike, one is able to attack the hills of Brookfield. If you have any questions about Trikes, ask for Jeff in sales at the Brookfield Store. Bob, in repairs and service, was very helpful in answering any questions about customizing my Tadpole. He even went out of his way by calling Sun Seeker to see if what I wanted to customized on my trike was even possible.

About a year ago, both major tubes on my beach cruiser Electra Townie bike tore through on the same ride. Thanks to the help of the folks at Wheel and Sprocket I received a brand new Electra Cruiser as a free, warranty replacement! When I realized a few spokes were broken, the wheel was bent, and I really needed a rear wheel, Wheel and Sprocket had what I needed. I bought that, the wheel liner, an inner tube, and a tire. As expected, the parts were not cheap. However, they were high quality. And it cost only $5 for them to remove the old sprocket and put it on the new wheel, which they did quickly. Good service! Ill go there again.

My e-bike that I bought online (not through Wheel & Sprocket) arrived with a bent derailer. I brought it in for service and was very pleased with the service itself as well as the quick turnaround speed!

We had kickstands added and the techs made sure they were custom sized to work with our girls 16 bikes when they dont have the training wheels on (so they dont just dump their bikes on the ground). Excellent service. I own a mountain bike. Initially in search of a kickstand, I recounted how I wanted to avoid damage to it as I have it just leaning against whatever is handy. After looking at kickstands, he pointed out a compact bike stand that was exactly what I needed (as a family we have a couple of bikes.) He took the time to listen and assisted in finding what I need. THANKS!!!!!

I have never walked out of Wheel and Sprocket ( Brookfield) unsatisfied. The service and sales department quickly helps me out with any mechanical issue and or will find a product that I am looking for in a very timely manner.The staff is always enthusiastic giving you the feeling that they are dedicated to their job and enjoy helping as well as share the passion of biking.

I was there for a repair, and they quickly isolated the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price while I waited for a few minutes. My wife was interested in viewing some bikes, and, while they were out of frames in her size, they provided helpful information on when those models would be in stock.

Took my newly-purchased, used bike in for a tune up and asked that it be made ready for me to ride. Two weeks later I picked up the bike. I was surprised that they hadn’t checked with me to do a bike fitting, but under COVID rules, I figured I just had to take the bike and leave. I tried to ride the bike but fell off after 10 feet. The handle bars were floppy, hadn’t been tightened down. My knee hit the bars, they were that low, and then the wheel turned. I had no control so did a hard landing in my driveway. Not a good experience.Also, bike had not been wiped down at all. Bike returned to me dirty.

I’m not impressed with how my bike turned out after its tune-up, especially after how much Ian talked up the technicians at this location - gears are still slipping, particularly when traveling uphill. Pat was very friendly and helpful in ordering me a helmet. Wheel and Sprocket is where I would go when I lived in Appleton so I felt obligated to give them a shot down here but I’ll likely go elsewhere for my next tune-up.

I hadnt ridden a bike for 40 years! The young woman, Jessi, who helped me pick out a bike was so helpful. I bought a Trek Verve 2 and I love it. It is a VERY good quality bike. Ive come back to the store a few times for additional items and also to get some education on a couple things. Everybody has been so very helpful whenever Ive come in. You seem to have everything I need for my bike.

Wide selection.I found, with you salesmans help, just what I came in for; cycling shoes and helmet for my big feet and head. I like this store. Covid-19 store limitations worked well. One suggestion for hot days and a line a cooler with cold water for the customers waiting to get into the store.

We brought our two grandchildren to the store in Brookfield last week to get new bike helmets. I was very pleased to see the Covid precautions Wheel and Sprocket is taking. While waiting in line outside I admit being a little frustrated, but once I realized we would get one on one attention in the store it made sense. Everyone was wearing masks. The salesperson took the time to be helpful, and stayed with us right until we made our purchases and left the store. Thank you for your concern for your customers.

I live relatively close and frequent this bike shop, their selection is outstanding (literally the largest bike shop Ive found) and their staff are some of the best their is. In particular, Eddy in bicycle service, has helped me on multiple occasions. Hes proven to be incredibly experienced and has given me great peice of mind when giving me any advice on my bicycle (which he has had to on multiple occasions...) Ill be coming again soon!

We have been into the Brookfield in many occasions. The associates are always very helpful and even remember us. We recently purchased a Trek MTB, my son enjoys it, good fit for him. We have bought different accessories and used service over the last few years as well. Always professional and helpful. It’s a busy store so I suggest going during non peak times. During COVID pandemic they have done a good job with limited contact & social distancing. Employees are wearing masks and using hand sanitizer.
