They go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of.Ive bought a couple of bikes there, for myself, my wife and daughters and they always spend the time to make sure we get the right bike.Ive also done service and most recently had a fitting. It was just a great experience and they did such an amazing job ensuring my bike fit me as best as possible.Cant speak highly enough. Top notch shop

Good service, i came in with my bike (doesnt pedal and chain is far gone) and was out in 5 minutes. the repair was a good price, but the supplies there are pricey but I only went there for repairs so i dont care about it. The staff was nice, and helpful. Id go back if anything happens to my bike.

Overcharged for replacement parts and labor was high too; it was not what I had on my bike! No explanation given, was told youll get used to it. smh! There used to be another guy at the front, he was very customer oriented, enthusiastically helpful. I wont be back!

We bought our sons 3rd bike from here and Ive never been happier with the service they provide. They were happy to and took time to answer any questions I had. They have plenty of bikes to choose from and pricing is good. You get what you pay for. My son rides hard and weve never had a problem with any of his bikes. Im sure hell have this one for many years to come. Before you go to the big box to get a bike I would recommend you stop in and see the quality and service they provide. You wont be disappointed. I havent been.

This is great bike shop. I recently had them rehab two of my bikes that had been sitting in my garage for way too long. They did a great job tuning up the bikes, checking the tubes, gears, chains, etc to get them roadworthy again. And they got both bikes back to me within a day or two. At a fair price. A friendly professional staff who obviously love what they do, and love bicycles.

After a bad experience at the Outdoor Sports Center bike shop in Wilton, I took my business here. What a difference! They quickly fixed my tire (pot hole puncture on trip nearby) and Ricky took the time to help me select the right road bike paddles and shoes. They do deserve my money.

The team at Bicycle Center in Brookfield are superb! Fast, thorough, and professional. I dropped my bike off yesterday, expecting to pick it up in a week. They called the same day and said all was finished - Even though there were at least 20 other bikes lined up for tune-ups and repairs! They added a couple items to my bike and I was seriously and pleasantly surprised when they did not charge me for those items! If you need your bike tuned up and repaired, bring it to this shop!

I had a non-routine repair I needed completed. I expected to leave my bike for at least a few days. Scott jumped right on it. Not an easy repair but within a few minutes he completed the task. The bike is as good or better than ever. There isn’t a high enough rating for the service that Scott and his crew give yo their customers.

Had a flat today - I hate flats and they always take forever for me to fix myself. I stopped in today, the mechanic asked if I had a couple minutes and took my bike. By the time I went out to the car to get my wallet and came back in the shop, he was done. Fair price, fast service, great shop. Thanks Bicycle Center.

They were awesome. They brought a beat up bike back to life. Friendly and the prices are really reasonable.

On June 17, 2020 (don’t forget your face mask) I brought in my old Giant Brass 2 which is over 10 years old. I was looking to just get a tune up to have the gears working again without the chain falling off. I told them up front if any parts need to be ordered/replaced then they should call me first. I wasn’t trying to spend any extra money on this old bike. Within a few days they called and said the bike was ready for pick up. Turned out the derailleur shifter was bent and not keeping proper tension and the rear wheel was a little bent, brake pads were rubbing on the disk brake, you name it they found it. They fixed every little thing they found wrong with the bike and it was all included in their tune up price. I am very pleased with this service and will be coming here whenever I have any biking issues. Very friendly staff and you really get your moneys worth.

Awesome affordable friendly

I was hearing noise from the crankset or derailleur and stopped by the shop. Sean came out and looked at my bicycle while it was on my bike rack, went inside grabbed a few tools and came back out. He made some adjustments, tightened crankset, and lubed the chain. And told me I was good to go. I offered to pay and he said no way, just go enjoy the day biking. A 5 minute fix and Im now a customer for life. Customer service at its best. Thank you again.

Bought a chain breaker, used it once and where u let the chain sit completely snapped off with little force. Poor quality would not recommend buying the chain breaker.

This is one of the best bike shops I have ever been to. The owner shawn is a true gentleman. He assisted me with various things over the years, most recently he set me up with an awesome Thule bike rack. Shawn installed it and even helped me out with another Thule item that I didnt happen to get from him. His thuroughness in a sale, attention to customer needs is top notch. I own a retail store, and operate it similar to Shawn. I always appreciate when I find similar business operations to my own. This store is what small business is all about. Dedication, caring, a strong member of the Brookfield retail community. Everyone in Brookfield should make sure when shopping for a bicycle to atleast stop by and give him a visit. He will do the rest!

Excellent customer service and followup. I would strongly recommend going here for your cycle needs. i took my bike for a tuneup. I was greeted politely and was explained my options. I also purchased a bike helmet. I explained I was just starting to ride again and they sold me the perfect economically priced helmet, and mad sure it fit me properly.

This is the only place to go for your biking needs. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In my time shopping here I have never once felt an ounce of pressure to buy something. Their only goal is to sell you the right stuff. The inventory is large, especially for the size of the store, and if they dont have it in stock theres a 99% chance that they can bend over backwards to get it, like theyve done for me on so many occasions. The prices are great too.

Awesome local shop for bike sales and service! Ive been buying bikes for my family and servicing my 36 year old touring bike there for the last several years. I recently upgraded, with Seans teams expert advice, to a new Cannondale road bike and couldnt be happier. Two weeks after I got the bike I easily completed a 116 mile ride that would never have happened on the old bike.

I did not use them much until this year. I brought the bike in with a broken derailer. They put a new one on in 3 days and fixed another problem. The middle ring was bent and that contributed to the broken derailer. So now the bike shifts better than in the last 2 years!BTW they always ride the bike after tunning it. I noticed 2 more miles on my computer!
