We scheduled a 30,000 miles service on our vehicle and when we got to the dealership they said all the vehicle needed was an oil change. Why would there be a 30,000 mile service option if a car with 30,000 miles on it does not need it?? Cadillac recommends these service intervals and then refuses to do them when you get there. Also for selling 50,000 dollar cars, I would expect better service then this dealership provides. Service advisors could be friendlier.
Brought the significant others car in to have the sunroof weather seal replaced. In no time at all the John was complete. Couldnt be happier. Kind courteous service, clean accommodations.
I got my car repaired at the body shop and WOW is it not what I expected. The first time I was there I waited in the office for a half hour before anyone even acknowledged me (its a 2 person office. I sat between two people.) If you want to see old school and disorganized, thats Dave. He got the job done well but the process was awful and he was pretty awful to deal with. Also they have COVID running rampant but nobody wore masks and wow please be careful with that group.
As always, service advisors, Aaron C., Dan D. along with the entire service Dept at Crest Cadillac provides top notch service and offer the best pricing possible for their customers who frequent the service Dept. Keep doing what you guys are doing!
I got in and out but my truck had grease on the hood side panel grill. I asked to check my gps AMF they said I need another radio, so I asked for a price guide for a new radio and got ignored.
Crest Cadillac did an excellent job on the repair of my Escalade. They delivery of the vehicle was immaculate both inside and out. I would also recommend Crest for service, they picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at my house
Had a sales rep contact me in another state. He and the finance manager followed up well with me with the paperwork already done when I arrived. Had professional experience along with providing applicable family GM discount. Also included license plates for the car. Will buy another car there. Thanks again and if any further questions please feel free to reach out! Sincerely Scott Roux
Great service and employees. Always worked with Dan and he is super nice, considerate and very knowledgeable. Also, I have worked briefly with Victor too. He is always willing to assist in Dans absence and is nice to work with as well.
It was easy in and way out. Not a single worry and super courteous
My overall experience was positive. Sales rep, financial price agreement and paperwork. Im familiar with the service department, they have been great for 9 years.
Awesome experience- everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and we were in and out of there in less than a hour.
I was late for my appointment, but the service department was kind enough to allow me to be serviced. My car was in need of an oil change. I was a little hesitant because at some dealerships if you’re late you would have to re-schedule. So, I sincerely appreciate Crest Cadillac and the other departments that make my visits enjoyable.
You guys always give us great service. Great staff.
Their service is top notch these guys Really make an effort to get it right.
Consistently great service from Dan. We appreciate their work to maintain our vehicles!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AARON IS GREAT
Friendly and efficient service department. Would highly recommend.
I love the body shop. Dave is great, nice and patient. His team does a wonderful job to my car!
These folks saved my bacon. I was two ours from home and my muffler blew. Badly dragging I was concerned I might lose the muffler on the highway. They stayed open late to fix my problem. Thanks to everyone at Crest Cadillac. Friendly and helpful. Nicely done.
NEED to give the costumer a deal on their vehicle. Nice discount for the costumer who KEEP coming back to get work done on their car. Great work great job.Mr GEROLD DAVIS SR
We had a excellent experience ! would highly recommend . Best customer service ever!
No pressure. Straight forward. I didnt buy there, but seems like a no BS kind of place.
Stopped by on a rainy day after they had closed, which we didn’t know. The gentleman, Joe I believe, let us see the car, since we lived an hour away.I loved it and came back to buy it the next day. Process was easy as I already had USAA financing. I got a great deal on the price and my trade in.Love my car!
Nice. Clean shop.
Very nice people made my day
Crest Cadillac is a very professional but relaxed dealership. My service advisor Dan Deutschendorf always thoroughly explains what my car needs.I trust him implicitly. Crest is absolutely an outstanding dealership, withgreat people, which is why it has been 10 years and 3 cars.
They treated me like a customer supposed be treated. The whole team came together to make it happen.👍👍👍👍👍
Horrible service department....We will glady take our business elsewhere
Went there for maintenance on my wifes Cadillac. Fair, honest pricing. Thinking about buying a Cadillac for me.
Everything went great until we asked how to delete the locations from the previous owners navigation. The technician came out and started to delete the information and deleted all of the previous owner and ours . He deleted it so fast we have now idea how to delete the information and now we have to reinstall all of the ones we put in.
I have all the confidence in the world in Crest Cadillacs Service Department. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and always available. My rep Aaron is the best.
My oil change was completed within the hour and my service rep is very good about getting back to me with updates or questions I have. Highly recommend!
Thank you to Joe Kopietz and Brandon Roeglin for the great service. I came in with no appointment and found a 2017 Chev I liked and there was no pressure and Joe meet all my demands no questions asked and got me in my car in less then 2 hours from the time I got there. I will definitely be coming back here. And Brandon was great to work for and made the process painless. Thanks to all at Crest.Donald Lynch
Still the best place for your Cadillac!!
Its always a great experience for me. Great service.
We are immensely satisfied with the service department at Crest in Brookfield. We are always treated with respect and our advisers often go above and beyond. As a result, we feel a sense of loyalty to this dealership. They will likely earn our future auto-buying business
Good and excellent
The staff is pleasant and professional
Friendly & fast service
I called and spoke to a service advisor I told him that I was sitting in my car and the radio went out as well as the lights on my steering wheel he told me that it would be $140 to diagnose the problem, but when I got there they worked on my car for an hour and told me if I want them to keep checking I would have to pay more money, I said you told me it was $140 to diagnose the problem you never gave me a time limit. So needless to say I got my car out of there and called Boucher Cadillac in Waukesha they diagnose the problem for the $140 and I will be back for repairs on Thursday,The guys at Crest are crooks and if you own a Cadillac don’t take it there...ThanksThe guy with the 2014 Cadillac ATS
They didnt stand behind the car they sold me charged me for service 3 days after I bought it took money out of my account without my permission
Are you planning to spend 50 or 100,000 dollars on a new or used vehicle? Please read this first! My husband and I purchased a one-year old Escalade from Crest Cadillac and couldn’t be less happy. It is my nature to want to provide feedback that will prevent another individual from experiencing what we have. Since I too was on the purchase agreement, here is my opinion of the events that occurred.About our vehicle… We’ve had it just over a year and it’s been in the shop over 70 days for things like driveshaft replacement, rear differential repair, front differential repair, 4 coil springs, 4 shocks, all tires, a steering column, many seat components, a multitude of electrical problems including park assist that doesn’t work in freezing temperatures and an engine that ticks so loudly that I sometimes need to turn it off to have a conversation in a drive through. It’s as if the vehicle has 200,000 miles on it.Here are some things to think about when you start your search for a vehicle. First, pay less attention to a 5-star rating and focus on 1-star ratings. While it’s admirable for someone to give 5 stars because a salesman set up blue tooth on a new car or a lube technician topped off the washer fluid during an oil change, these ratings do little to show the integrity of the business. The salesman or lube technician will not be there if things “go South” with your vehicle. The dealer’s response to negative feedback will indicate whether or not they will be there to support you when you need it. A dealer’s response of “we’ve submitted your concerns to the manufacturer on your behalf” is their way of shutting you down. The first thing that the manufacturer will tell you when you call is that they have no control over the dealership. If you decide that you still want a particular car, please do your homework! First, many smart phones have audio recording capability. Wisconsin is a “one-party consent” state so feel free to press record if you’re part of the conversation. This might help you remember details if things go wrong late. Second, people are too comfortable with a CarFax report, thinking that it is a be-all and end-all of informational documents. In reality, a savvy entity can easily manipulate how information is displayed on the report (i.e. “vehicle serviced” instead of “engine replaced”). Major repairs can be made to your vehicle and not reported (as was the case with the engine replacement on our vehicle). Major damage from an accident can be repaired by a facility and not reported, especially if police or an insurance company were not involved. Don’t assume that your vehicle is too new to have had this happen. (we did and it cost us!). Politely ask the dealer to see the warranty repair history as this may indicate problems with the vehicle. As always, ask to take the car to an independent repair facility for a second opinion before you sign any purchase agreement. A trained, independent technician should easily be able to recognize potential problems or even see repairs that have been made. He or she might even have additional information about the model in general. If the dealer makes you put a deposit on the vehicle before considering an offer or letting you test drive it… RUN! (we didn’t and it cost us). With this said, please visit Crest’s Facebook review page and look for my husband’s review. You’ll find pictures and video of problems that have plagued us on our almost $65,000 SUV. Crest has told us to not bring the vehicle back as they will not service it regardless of its warranty status.
I can’t say enough great things about Crest! The GM cares about his team and the service guys are honest and knowledgeable. They really treat their customers like family and go above and beyond any way possible.
The service team is very good. They are professional, punctual, honest and just nice people to work with. I will be purchasing a new car in the next year or so and the service department at Crest is the greatest influencing factor in me likely purchasing another Cadillac and getting it at Crest. The fact that my car has over 100,000 miles on it and runs well also impacts this decision, but I believe that a big part of the reason it still runs well is because of the service team at Crest. Thanks for being such a great team to work with!
Amazing staff and environment. Crest Cadillac is the best car dealership and service experience I have ever encountered. I truly wish to buy all my future cars from here!
Old-fashioned Customer Service! Unlike 2 other dealerships (not Cadillac) with which I have dealt, the staff at Crest makes me feel that my business is important. Their courteous and prompt service and Thank You mean a lot.
They are awesome I just bought a used car from them and they are very honest and helpful. I recommend Daniel in Sales and Brandon the business manager. Very professional but not pushy and super ethical.
Very professional. Service was quick
Absolutely the best dealership in town. My family has over a 40 year multi-generation relationship with this place. They will take good care of you 🙏
The service I receive form Crest an din particular, Aaron Carpenter, is top notch. Best service provider of any product I own. I appreciate the loaner car so i can continue to run my business. My car is always done in a timely manner, cleaned and the costs are kept down if there are any warrantys available. Thank you for all you do to make my experience enjoyable and successful.Tim Dwyer
I’ve had my car serviced numerous times at Creat and have always been satisfied with the quality of services, friendliness and attentiveness of staff, and overall professionalism and customer commitment. Recently, I purchased an SUV from Crest and couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. The process was smooth and easy as the sales department staff walked me through each step and provided support and assistance. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and committed to meeting customer needs. Crest continues to meet and exceed all expectations and I’m beyond impressed and satisfied. I’d highly recommend Crest to anyone needing service and/or looking to purchase a vehicle.
This was the third car we purchased/leased with Lonnie Powell. And once, again, it was a great experience! Lonnie ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make his customers car buying experience a pleasant one. Lonnie is not only a great salesperson, but also a great person period! Our relationship with him feels more like hes a close personal friend looking out for our best interest in making sure that we have an excellent car buying experience! Thank you so much, Lonnie, for ALWAYS making it possible for us to walk out of Crest Cadillac very happy customers! Youre the best!
I am very very pleased with the service provided. Aaron Carpenter was a big help in getting my problem fixed and my car is in great shape thanks to the help of Aaron. I will be coming back and i highly recommend.
Great service
I will return to Crest Cadillac
A very quality team that delivered to me what I wanted and when I wanted it
My 2014 CTS 2.O SADAN CADILLAC LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. They chromed my rins, detailed the car, removed some imperfections from the body of the car. Yes, Im happy. So happy that now they will do my 2013 Cadillac Escalade truck.
Aaron was very helpful with setting up a appointment to bring my car in for low oil pressure warning light. They fixed my car right and the price was not too bad. They offered a free car wash which i took a rain check on the car wash and brought back the next day and my sunroof leaked in the car wash.we made a appointment to bring it back for the leaking sunroof and they realigned my sunroof and cleaned the water drain for the sunroof free of charge for me. What a great dealership. Nothing but professional employees. There are other dealerships in the Milwaukee area that could learn a thing or two from Crest.
The entire experience was efficient, and attentive to finding out what would work for me. I appreciated being given pros and cons for vehicles available, thorough demonstration of the engineering and quality of the vehicle I purchased, and the thorough orientation for all of the settings and controls for my vehicle. Paperwork to complete the purchase and review of the certification and warranties by Brady Brown was well done and efficient. Lonnie Powell was a pleasure to work with, such that on the 1st day I was able to decide the XT5 was a great car for me, and I did not need to look at any other options for purchasing a vehicle at somewhere other than Crest Cadillac.
Top notch service team, parts, and body shop! I have been a customer of Crest for 15 years and have never been disappointed. Everything has always been done on time, at the competitive price quoted, and completed correct the first time. I highly recommend Crest for all GM makes.
I took my car to the body shop to be repaired for damage done to the rear bumper. Dave and his mechanic were very professional and had done a flawless repair of my cars bumper. I highly recommend for body repairs.
Very courteous and helpful
I discovered a flat tire in my garage one morning. I had an appointment that morning so I called Aaron at Crest and asked if he could squeeze me in asap. He did. Thank goodness! I want even late for my appointment. Thanks Aaron!
Great service, really a great service team! I cannot speak highly enough of Dan, Jim, Aaron and Greg, they take the time to take care of your concerns, get the car in and back to you as quickly as possible and the quality of work was, once again, top notch! I highly recommend this dealership!
As always, Dan treats me so well, he is so responsive and thorough and he even helped me send in the rebate for oil change I always feel so confident I will get great service with honest information. He is great and always provides excellent service and recommendations. I am so thankful we found Crest. Ann Krueger
Terrible service, vehicle purchased new is a borderline lemon. No communication on what was fixed, how, or ETA of when. Stay away.
I went to a ritzy Cadillac dealership to buy a 6 year old Chevy. It was probably the least expensive vehicle on the lot. I was shocked at how professionally I was treated. I felt as if I was buying a $75,000 car. From the start to the finish I was made to feel so important and never once treated badly. I even had an immediate problem with the vehicle. Just when I thought I was going to be given the old your car, your problem line, they stepped up and took care of what should of been. Stand up organization if you ask me. I trust these people beyond measure and will always check here first when I need a car. Only bad thing was the stand in phone answerer. Not sure her name but youll tell the grumpy rude old white lady when shes talking down to you on the phone. Finance guy was awesome also. When I needed the payment a few bucks cheaper he called the bank I wanted and negotiated a slightly lower interest rate to get it there. All around fabulous experience. And if you want to be taken care of as well as I was just ask for David Ulwelling.
If you are looking for an honest and reliable place to service your vehicles consider Crest Cadillac. You don’t need to own a Cadillac to have your vehicle serviced at Crest. My family had a verity of autos serviced at Crest including Chevrolet, Buick Toyota and Subaru vehicles. It all starts upfront. The service advisors take the time to understand your vehicles problems and schedule your service as required. The service technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Most of the service technicians have been at Crest for many years. Finally, I have found the prices at Crest to be competitive. Don’t be fooled. Give Crest a try. You won’t be disappointed.
I stopped in Crest to obtain information for a lease. The salesman who met me was Tom P. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the model(s) I am contemplating. He presented several option choices for me. I can honestly say Tom is an exceptional salesperson. I will be returning to see him when I am ready to move forward.
The service was very friendly. I was allowed to test drive five different cars before finally deciding on my car. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I always knew that the team would be available for questions. I would go back here again!
Went in for an oil change, upon picking up vehicle I read over the inspection report all looked well except they stated my tire pressure was to high. They state on the report that it was corrected and was set to the recommended pressure, GREAT!.......NOT, my pressure on the dash was exactly at the same psi that was noted at being to high. I did my own pressure check manually and adjusted it myself. My CONCERN is if they noticed the issue stated it was corrected but was not what else are they documenting as “taken care of” and really not even touching. Petty as this sounds imagine a service tech being to lazy to let out air doing a major service. Like not changing a oil filter at an oil change, or even the oil itself.
Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. I have been a customer for years and always return. Juan Sandoval, Sales Manager, made the process so easy for me and worked around my schedule which is always very appreciated.
David was extremely easy to work with after I inquired about an Escalade online, he was very patient and accommodating to my emails as we went back and forth over the details. I filled out everything online ahead of time, which made my time spent working with Brandon in finance fast and very, very easy. All in all, I was in and out from the dealership purchasing our new car in an hour and a half. Exactly what I was looking for when I reached out online looking for a new Escalade. The follow up since our purchase(4 days ago) has been excellent as well. A top notch experience all the way around & frankly and refreshingly what I was hoping for when dealing with a Cadillac dealership
Mark O. has been servicing our cars for years and is phenomenal. Always reliable, explains the issues and trustworthy in doing the work that is needed. Highly recommend him.
Brady Brown is the best GM in the industry! The car I bought is amazing at an amazing price!!
We cannot afford new Cadillacs so my wife has a used SRX and I have a used Escalade EXT. Crest keeps them running. Arron and Jim, the service writers are a great face for Crest. They are professional, courteous and timely without any surprises. The mechanics get it right the first time. we have not ever had to go back. The parts department people are always willing to check the Ext when I am ordering parts so I get it right. Thanks CrestAdrian and Cathy Brill
Purchased a car in May of 2018-put down under $10000.00 cash and they have the nerve to report it to the IRS- even though it clearly stated anything under $10000 was not required to report!!! then send me a letter stating exactly that? not sure what school your office person went to but it was under the required $10000.00 so should not have been reported..--work hard and save our money--dont need the IRS in our business!!!!
Great service. Professional and courteous. They know who I am when I walk through the door.
The really care about there customers and always treat us we are very important to themOur service has always been A+and our new purchase was great well satisfied Thank You
Great service and professional people.
We had the pleasure of working with David Ulwelling, Internet Manager as a result of my online searches. Id spent weeks searching for a comfortable combination of mileage and price and after some local disappointments stumbled upon an incredible vehicle that matched our criteria, was in excellent shape and had some bells and whistles to boot! We drove from Illinois after negotiating and were not disappointed! We purchased a high quality used car and had one of the most positive experiences working with David as well as with every person we came into contact with at Crest Cadillac. Thank you!
During my visit at Crest Cadillac l was getting the service of an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I’d like to have my wheels balanced. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and charging me for a service that was unnecessary, the service tech gave specific reasons why it was unnecessary to get the wheels balanced. Long story short, I appreciate the honesty at Crest Cadillac.
I currently own a 2006 Cadillac SUV. I have been thinking of upgrading, So my daughter and I went to Crest to drive a newer model and I was denied a test drive. I am a bit confused as to why I was refused a test drive. I sold cars for 10 years and I never refused anyone a test drive. I really feel like I got discriminated against. I bought my current car from them about 5 years ago, I will buy another soon and it will not be from Crest
Excellent dealership and service center. I have been a very happy customer as this group of folks are professional in every way and a joy to work with. Keep up the GREAT work!
Please refrain from business. i leased an XT5 less than a year ago and i have had so many mechanical issues. Dan the service person has said many times they do not know what is wrong with the vehicle and then they come and say it was low voltage, we rebooted the system this past week i almost got into a car accident due to the truck shutting down in the middle of the road. I spoke to Dan yesterday and he said they needed to drive the vehicle longer to see if it operates well. Today i contacted Cadillac and told them they need to recall the vehicle since i have not had it for that long and its been in an out of the shop more than once with similar issues and they still cant seem to resolve them properly. The issues are getting worst and dangerous. I was shut down and then Dan texted me that if i do not return the vehicle they borrowed me today by 5pm they will take legal action. Totally contradicting to what he told me yesterday, thank God it was via text messages so I have proof. This is totally childish, rude and unprofessional service. These people only care about money and not the customer. Even from the beginning I was treated poorly when I went to inquire about the vehicle and Tom serviced me. It was a mistake on my end and now I am dealing with the consequences
I am on my third leased Cadillac from Crest and everyone from Sales to Service has been great! I trust that they are extending the best deal to me and looking out for my interests.
I searched Two states for the vehicle that I wanted, and Crest Cadillac was the ONLY dealership that had want I wanted! The vehicle was in excellent condition! Joe was on point, and very helpful with the purchasing process. This dealership had the best selection of cadillac vehicles in the best condition that Ive found.
There are some Nice people there
Dan is extremely helpful and considerate.Great team, very professional!
Worst customer service.I talked directly to the sales manager (Juan) who made me wait for an extended period of time when I entered the show room. I’m trying to purchase the car I bought there in 2015. GMAC directed me to return to the dealership to complete the paperwork. The sales manager, Juan, was aloof, unpleasant and not helpful. He stood and played with his breath mints during our entire interaction which was rude and annoying in itself. Juan was totally fine with me communicating my dissatisfaction with their customer service and answered “okay” when I told him I’d be contacting the owner. This from the sales manager!Crest obviously has no interest in a return customer’s satisfaction. It appears they only are interested in customers when they get a sales commission. This is why I will never return to purchase an auto or have my auto serviced with them in the future. The reason I decided to purchase my leased auto anyway, is because when I attempted to procure a lease, the salesmen would not honor a National lease monthly price and tried to lease me the vehicle at a higher price.Im a life-long GM driver. I have never had an experience like this with a GM dealer. Crest Cadillac has a lot of work to do as it relates to customer satisfaction.Crest did enter a response below. If they couldn’t help me, they should’ve told me this and I would not have wasted my time. Again poor customer service.
Very happy with sales representative Joe. Great quality of vehicles and very clean dealership.Very satisfied with our purchase. Would highly recommend
Great service. You get spoiled! Love the cookies too.
I would not even give this place one star. This was by far the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a dealership. The salesperson, Tom, consistently interrupted me as I was explaining a few things, had no respect for young current Cadillac owners, and was extremely impersonal. Not only was the staff rude, but the dealership was not to Cadillac standards. I had to change my babys diaper and they didnt have a changing table so I was offered the floor. Im pretty sure Walmart bathrooms are cleaner than this place was. Dont waste your time or give these people your money. I wouldnt go back if you paid me.
The service here is the best in the area!
This is the second time I have taken my Cadillac in for service and I couldnt be happier with the service I have received each time. I have had the pleasure of working with Aaron Carpenter who is always extremely pleasant, professional and prompt. Just this morning I contacted Crest to get my car for a rattle, knowing my bumper to bumper warranty was nearing its end. Little did I know my warranty expires on Saturday...less than 48 hours away. This presented no problem for Aaron he told me to bring my car in ASAP. I did just that, he scheduled me for an oil change, new cabin filter and is currently working on fixing the rattle. Oh yeah, and he hooked me up with a brand new ST5 to use for the weekend while my car is being serviced. A+ service A+ member of the staff! Thank you!
Excellent customer service and very helpful!
Great service thanks Aaron Carpenter
Jim always takes great care of me and my little 2009 CTS. Thank you for me feel at home, and that you care how my car runs and looks. Youre the best.
After SUV shopping all over town, we were delighted with the outstanding, efficient and thorough service we received from David at Crest Cadillac. We are so pleased with our new Cadillac and will return again and again.
Some of the best customer service and care I have ever experienced. If your Cadillac needs service, TAKE IT TO THEM.
