Excellent service. Stephan was awesome. I went to talk to him about getting new ball joints for my truck. Not only did he give me a great quote, he promised me he could get the parts and have it all done the same day (I came in around 11). We got good quality parts, and he let me come into the shop to show me all the work that had been done. We ended doing the entire front end, uppers, lowers, and all shocks. And they got it done on time.

For the guys here, Stephen, derrick & his crew performed an amazing service on my 2001 suburban. They worked very diligently to find a problem that other mechanics couldnt find at different shops. Their correspondence with keeping me in touch before stating work was a 10! Ive been doing service with midas for over 20 years and still receive superb service. When Yuri and his team were here, these guys used to be great but recently I am very very dissatisfied.I left my car to get a quote and hopefully get my brakes repaired. Upon arrival, I was given a quote, and a few hours later I received a phone call with a final price after they looked over my car and a request for authorization to repair my brakes for around $900. I authorized the $900 repair.Unfortunately when they called me to let me know the repair was done and ask for payment, they told me they actually replaced several other things that I had not asked for. They told me this was necessary to finish the brakes and I don’t doubt them. My issue is that they did the repair which cost me extra (over $100 extra) without asking me. I understand a quote being off, but I would hope to be notified of such a situation before the repair is done and they expect payment. I might have decided to go elsewhere to get something fixed.On the somewhat bright side, they gave me a $30 discount, but it wasn’t near what the extra parts cost me. My disappointment isn’t really that it cost me extra (though I’m not real happy about that), but that they repaired parts without my permission. Communication is key folks. I will not be returning.UPDATE: After two weeks of trying to get ahold of the manager, I finally heard back from him. He offered to refund me for the “extra parts” that were replaced on my car and I was charged for but didn’t approve before it was done. I’m happy they offered a refund, but I’m not sure that I will be back, due to the lapse in communication.

Steph the general manager of that repair shop is Fast, always will get the job done along with his Mechanics, affordable and will always find a way to satisfy his customers. The Mechanics are nice and reliable as well. I recommend This repair shop for all your needs

So the guy at midas charged my ac and the lady made him take all the freon out and my ac wasnt cold at all then what it was before so I put all freon back in and good then I asked about whats wrong with my right tire didnt say nun about it but gave me paper work for one issue that I didnt ask for

The service took longer than expected based on technician receiving incorrect parts. Made an appointment for Saturday at noon for back brakes which took 5 hours to complete . The wait took longer than expected due to delivery of incorrect parts. Technician had to wait over 2 hours for someone to deliver the correct parts. Overall took longer than expected but the technician did a good job fixing my vehicle.

I booked an oil change for my husband. We had a few places with lousy customer service near our home. This location was closer to his work, and he was very impressed with the customer service and no pushy. The price was way better than we have been paying as well. Highly recommend.

I had an odd rattling after hitting a chunk of ice/snow on the highway. Stopped by and they were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Took care of the issue and I was on the road within an hour. Great service!

Derrick, the assistant manager, tried to charge me over $1000 for a wheel hub bearing replacement...unreal...if I hadnt done some research I wouldve paid it...all I had to do was go across the street and buy the part for $135 and have them put it on for about $100. Then Derrick charged me double for the labor.Poor customer service and Im a long time customer...smdh

I have been customer at this location for years. Had very good relationship with Yuri and his team, they were very nice and always gave me fair pricing. They would always walk me to my car and show me the problem. However, there is a new manager there now he started 4/26/2021. He is highly unprofessional, unethical, tries to use sales gimmicks in attempt to upsell and rip off. I hope the previous team can return, I might also file a complain with Midas Corporate.

I urge you to stay away. Highly unprofessional and incompetent staff. Last time I went for oil change, they left the oil cap off, the oil continued to spill out causing damage to my engine. They also needlessly call out unnecessary repair to rip off. Please Please dont go to this location you will be thankful.

Only needed an alignment and wheel balance. Took two hours for them to tell me I couldnt get it done due to other factors. Midas trash..

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Came in with a reasonable quote and replaced my entire exhaust line in just a few hours.

Destroyed two rims I brought up to have tires put on and tires were way out of balance. Never again. Nice people but this is awful.

He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and doesnt talk down to you even if you know nothing about cars---which is so refreshing when comparing my customer service experiences at other repair shops. I have been here for car repair several times and the customer service has been superb every time. Friendly, courteous and timely. Work is quality and the charges are fair. The most recent time I had a leak in one of my tires. I took my car in over my lunch break, they patched the tire and inflated the other tires in 20 minutes and didnt even charge me for the service. I wont go anywhere else for repair/maintenance.

The employees at the Brookfield location diagnosed my car problem, ordered a part, and replaced my muffler--all in 30 minutes. Excellent service! Would definitely come here again.

Great experience, will definitely be going back for future repairs. They knew all about my car’s muffler issue before they even put it on the hoist. Super timely, friendly and reasonably priced.

The guys that work here are super cool to deal with compared to other shops. Usually mechanics can be pretty rude to customers but talking to the shop manager and the other mechanic that worked there was easy. They also got the muffler on in like 45 minutes which was really fast so I was impressed by that too.

Went here for an oil change (which was cheap by the way) and experienced amazing customer service. They were polite, quick and thorough. In addition, while I was there, an elderly woman came in, concerned about a new noise she heard after getting her battery replaced. The manager not only took the time to investigate and fix the issue, but also topped off all her fluids and tires... for no charge.

The best experience. Went in on short notice, they got me in right before closing and went above and beyond. Honest people who do a great job. John was way more helpful than I could have hoped for, did a fantastic job. Definitely gained a repeat customer here.

I came to this location with contaminated brake fluid. They did a full flush for a very reasonable price and genuinely wanted to assist me. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs their services.

First experience at this location was going to other location in Waukesha but both locations are so so awesome i went to just get a oil change on my car then it went quick whiched I loved because I had my 4year old daughter with me and we all know kids can only sit for so long lol so a few days later brung in my husband truck it need something to be done that cost over a 1000 dollars but the service and price range was awesomeness took truck in they kept it over night picked up before work the next morning never had service like I have been having from them great service all employees are great and friendly and hopeful 😊 thanks guys so so much

Really good place for a tune up or oil change. Most of them have the best attitude. Except this one grey haired guy. He never looks me in the eyes even when in conversation with me. Idk if its his religion or hes racist. Anyhow nice place never been there for anything more. Im sure whatever u get theyll do a good job.

Had a 9 am appointment for an oil change. Dropped car off and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Came back in an hour and they hadnt even brought my car in. Was told it would be brought in right away. 15 minutes later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Got my keys and left. Really disappointed since I had good experiences with this Midas in the past.

My favorite location, Yuri is awesome. I always get the correct work done and in a timely manner. I will only get my vehicles serviced here and I will tell my co workers, family and friends to go here as well. 😆

Imaging customer service !!!!.unbelievable...They are number one to serve the customer service...This morning I call Midas for a schedule of appointment for my car Chrysler 200, Model 2014 have occasionally engine heating problem, they told me if I can stop by at 2 pm today, so they can quick diagnose the issue is. The gentlemen welcome me very friendly where as it was my first visit there. The mechanics pull the car in right-way to find the issue. After 15 minutes the manager inform me that the coolant label was very low they fill coolant and they adjust tire pressure as well. He mentioned you are ready to go..I ask him how much I have to pay.. he added oh no.. I did nothing to charge you....

The owners ad workers were a couple of the nicest guys Ive met. Had a good conversation with the manager while my car was being worked on. They were quicker than the estimates they originally gave. The biggest thing was that they werent trying to charge me for anything extra whatsoever. They were a couple of very honest guys, who truly wanted the best for me andmy vehicle. They told me I had a power steering fluid leak and that it would be an expensive fix, so they told me how to keep it running without having to repair or spend anything. Definitely gonna be my go to place from now on hands down

Okay, where do I start? There is so much good things to say about this Midas. As a woman, it is very difficult to find honest people that will not try to rip me off or try to swindle me when it come to my car repairs.I have a Mitsubishi SVU and I take my car to this Midas only for repairs. I feel comfortable with them and its easy to communicate as well.They take time to find out what the problem is, not just into getting your money and I receive quality service each time, I need to get my car repaired.John the General Manager, and all the Techs are so good! I had a great experience here! It started with me being able to call early this morning and speak with the right person to get me set up with my oil change for tonight. When I arrived tonight I was greated with smiles and assurance that the whole process would not take longer than 45 minutes. I enjoyed talking with an employee and he made sure to take good care of my car. I will absolutly be back and highly recommend others check them out as well!
