Although we ended up buying a car elsewhere because of our budget for our daughters first car, I wanted to share our experience at Schlossmann Dodge City. Carl welcomed us, took care of us, and made us feel super comfortable. He was professional and kind, and followed up with us after our visit without being insistent or pushy. I was HOPING we would end up with a car from them :) so next time we are in the market for a car, they will be definitely the first ones well visit. Go see Carl, the Car guy who Cares :)
I worked with James Lexa and he was great. He helped a few years back lease a Cherokee and then buy out the lease. He then assisted me with building a new Wrangler to lease. He was helpful throughout the whole process and made to check in frequently. I will continue to come back and highly recommend the dealership and James.
Had a fantastic experience this past weekend! Very competitive price right away. My salesman Lovelle was extremely responsive yet courteous, patience, and very friendly. Cary and the rest of the management crew were great to work with- straight forward, fair and open about the deal offer. Finance was suggestive but also not aggressive. I felt taken care of but not badgered as is typical. I had my 5 year old boy with me for the 3+ hours it took to work it out from test drive to driving away and it was honestly the most pleasant buying experience Ive had. Dont hesitate to check them out, I highly recommend it.
Worked with Tom Wendland and James Lexa last fall to purchase our 2021 Jeep Wrangler, was an amazing experience. Both knew their stuff and were over the top, willing to help and work out a great deal for us. This spring, James came out to my house to show me how to remove the hard top and install the soft top. Bought a very expensive car from them, paid cash. Did not get the keys with my car. It has been three months plus and the dealership is not trying hard on my behalf. They told me the keys are in Michigan and I asked them to UPS the keys to me. They said no. Just wait until they arrive with the next vehicle shipment.
Worst car buying experience ever. My son was buying his first car, we sat in the dealership for two hours while we waited title and sales writer. Finally got everything wrapped after 2.5 hours, which is good because they were closing. Sales rep tried to screw my son out of $200 and then blatantly lied about it. I almost laughed out loud when the sales writer said I cant wait to see you back for your first oil change. Not Likely. They wanted a member of my family to stop back in to get the spare key since they couldnt find it but I wouldnt be lured into being embarrassed again. They said they would mail it. 3.5 weeks later we finally got the spare key in the mail. Im very curious by what sort of magic this place is able to make enough money to stay in business.
The customer service at Schlossman Dodge was 5 star. My salesman Chris Campos is outstanding. He was able to get me in a Ram 1500 with the color I wanted and the options I needed and very thorough in describing how all the options work on the Ram 1500. Even the next day when I had questions about the sales contract Chris immediately was on it and I received a call within 30 minutes from finance manager Brian who knew nothing about the contract and was filling in for Andrew who had the day off. Andrew was very thorough with explanations of finance options and incentives. Brian and Chris were also very gracious to me when I had to admit I was wrong about the details of the contract. Thanks again all this is the type of experience everyone should have.

Saleman Frederick told me that he couldnt sell me their 2021 Dodge Charger Widebody because of legal issues. He told me that there was an all stop on charger sales due to a safety issue that dodge couldnt fix. He specifically said it was illegal for any dealership to sell a charger currently in the U.S.A. I contacted Dodge immediately, to which they have never heard of such and issue. Going to contact a lawyer as to the discriminating practices of this dealership.

Was in and out for an oil change in about an hour. Tech forgot to reset the oil change notification, so he taught me how to do it. Key to accessory position, gas pedal to the floor three times in a row, then start it. Yay!

Warning - Internet prices involve bait and switch. You will receive an email from the dealership email sales rep (Victoria Rady) stating the Internet special price and a confirmation the vehicle is available. Even sent an email 20 min before arrival - no change of status. Arrived at dealership and we were handed off to a floor salesperson that seemed totally unaware what vehicle we came for even after speaking to Victoria -- seemed strange. We provided info and then he magically found the vehicle. As went to take the test drive, he asked us to wait before we got to it and he would drive it over to us. He was at the vehicle door for a bit and guess what?? He comes back with a small SOLD sign!! Apparently it must have been sold in the 20min before our arrival. We were NOT happy and left the dealership. I have proof of the bait and switch since we sent another price request from a different email several hours later and it was AVAILABLE!!! Stay away from this dealership.
I went in for a recall on my Jeep Cherokee trailhawk. My rep ( Matthew pulaski ) had amazing customer service and made sure I understood what was going to happen. Thankfully my car didnt need to have anything replaced, and I had it back a couple hours later. My experience here has been better than any other dealership I have been to.
The experience was awesome! Ambika was great helped me with everything throughout the whole process. I bought a 2016 ram interior looked clean and exterior looked detailed. The only problem I had was they didn’t fill the tank up when I bought a 26k truck. What’s an extra $40 to them? With a full tank I’d give 5 star.

Last month, I brought in my Ram Rebel for both a scheduled oil change and some unplanned body work. The body work was for a manufacturer flaw on the roof of my truck. I was initially told that I would have to pay for the repair due to the warranty period. I worked with both Bobbi (service associate) and Brian (service manager) who assisted me in getting an exception. I can not tell you how impressed I am to have them both advocate for me and get this resolved. Very impressed and a fan of this team at Schlossmans.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee a couple of weeks ago. We worked with Luis and JJ and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. I took my truck into the service department to get some work done on the wheels and axle of my truck. After the work was done They did a brake inspection And told me that I was good to go. 2 days later the brakes fell off my truck while I was driving it. Due to their negligence and piss poor abilities to fix the problem my life was put in jeopardy and so was everybody else that was on the road with me. Then somehow they werent able to send me a review fill out, Really convenient for them.If you value your safety, do not go to them.

I deal with the service department through work almost daily and have always had good experiences. So i brought my personal vehicle in for tie rod replacements not only did they take it in the day before the holiday with no fuss at all they had the work done in a day!! Great customer service, seriously fair prices, and they let me know what will need to be fixed soon. Highly recommend!!!

I flew in from New York on March 6th to purchase a 2020 Tahoe that the dealership took on a trade.Part of the reason that I decided to travel so far is because the dealership looked immaculate and the price was right. Right enough for me to travel over 1,000 miles. The truck was super clean!Ted and Daryl picked me up from Milwaukee Airport and saved me the hassle of finding a ride to the dealership and I saved some extra money on taxi faresTed was great during the pre-sale of the vehicle before I flew out. We both worked out all the kinks and settled on a sales number prior to placing a deposit over the phone. He wasn’t pushy at all. I actually gave him a little pushback on giving a deposit initially and I eventually agreed to give him something down to display my intent to purchase. Ted still was not pushy at all and just wanted me to be happy.Never met Karey the sales manager, however he was also very accommodating over the phone. He originally took the initial call after I saw the vehicle posted on Auto-trader. When I inquired about the truck, I was reluctant about deciding right away over the phone.I needed some more pictures and videos to gauge more of an indepth look on the vehicle.He offered to hold the vehicle for me as long as I gave him an answer after receiving additional pictures and videos.He assigned Ted to my inquiry. Ted had major stamina. He was quick with the texting and phone calls. He also went back out to the lot and shot a video and took a ton of extra pics for me. Made me feel like he took my inquiry serious.Ted and Karey also took some money off the sales price for my military service. It was truly an amazing exchange.Daryl is a new sales man. He’s a younger gentleman in his early 20s. Such a wonderful personality as I got a chance to get to know him better during a pleasant 30 minute ride from the airport to the dealership. He’s ambitious, excited about his career and is was very humble to be working full time, most especially during these troubling times of the Pandemic.Josh was the finance guru. Very good at what he does. Got the paperwork done and issued the temp tag expeditiously. He was prepared and in order. The overall exchange between him and I was also quick and easy. He was also a professional. I came with my own financing and I felt like that may have been a setback for the dealership because my credit application may have been a bank referral for the dealership. Josh was not pushy at all about not completing a credit application. I actually was the one who felt bad. LolThe first few minutes inside the dealership I was a little tired from the flight and anticipated the long drive home. I was a little restless and a little impatient. Ted, Daryl and Josh rolled with the punches and still managed to put a smile on my face. On the way out, Ted made me aware of some potential road factors and conditions that could have made my trip back to NY much longer. Very nice guy and my favorite out of all.All and all, I spent 51k on a pre-owned vehicle and driving off the lot that day made me feel that it was a pleasure spending hard-earned money at this dealership.Ted contacted me the next day to make sure I got home ok. It’s now been 10 days and Ted has checked in with me this afternoon as part of his “10 Day Checkup” to see how I was doing and how the Tahoe was treating me.Very very nice! Makes me wish this dealership was in NY. All local buyers are very lucky to be able to have a business like this. There is nothing worse then spending hard earned money inside of business that doesn’t deserve your patronageThink about this. They sold me a Chevy coming from NY. They know that I’m most likely never coming back for maintenance or any issues with the truck as out of state purchases are sold As-is. Went to look at a used vehicle on 5/15. When me and my significant other walked in we were approached by a sales woman, I told her the car we seen online and she showed it to us. She did not explain any details about the car or offer the car fax. All she did we show us finance papers. I then asked for the car fax and she showed it to me and she seemed to have forgot to divulge the car had damage in the past. We then were still interested and made an offer on the vehicle her response was I am not even going to show this to our finance manager because we are not doing any price lowering because we were closed four weeks. . I am not sure what that would have to do with my purchase but we took our business else where. I bought my last used vehicle there 3 years ago from John and was treated with kindness and respect. We wont be back. Funny thing I cant even remember the sales lady name because she wasnt interested in anything but a buck and a signature on a financing line!
Not impressed. Service department did not fix the issue with my Jeep. Instead, I was given excuses by service manager that he is overworked, the boss fired my best guy, and his UNWANTED details, alone time with the wife.
I just bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 weeks ago and I love it! There was just a rattling coming from under my car when I would go at higher speeds. I brought my car in to service and talked to Rocky from service and was such a nice guy. Dave the technician who I heard was the Jeep guy found the problem right away and fixed it! Ted from sales who I bought my car from me has been great and has really gone the extra mile for me. Brian from financing was also great and was not pushy and helped me find the best finance package for me. This is something I will not forget and will recommend friends and family here and will tell them to see Ted, he’ll take care of you!

I had a part for my 2019 Jeep Compass sit in the parts department for 45 days before I was notified (only because I asked about it), I put in 2 inquires about breaking my lease and heard nothing back, and then finally got in contact with someone who was working with the GM on some type of way to compensate me for all the trouble I went through. I never heard back from anyone about that either. Its not just one department that has let me down at this point, its all of them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a brand new 300 off the showroom floor and found a hidden charge for dealer installed equipment that is not on my vehicle. Left voicemails with finance and the GM. No response. New car manager did return my call. He explained that even though they may have stolen my money, they have no inclination to refund me because it took me 2 years to realize i was defrauded.

Ordered a part online for our car on 7/22/20. I got an email notification right away. After 3 business days there was no movement or status update. So I sent electronic feedback through the online ordering system. No reply. Today 7/30/20 I called. The parts person told me the part was discontinued. So why was my order just sitting in limbo with no contact to me? Was it too much to reach out and say, Sorry, its no longer available? No apparently it is better to just ignore the customer. Do you think I will spend any of my future money with this dealership when there are so many other choices? Nope, Schlossmann will get zero of my money.

Bobbie, in service, Tom, new car sales Mgr., and Luis, my salesperson were all very professional and helpful!!! They all took their time to explain everything to me. Had work done ($2000+). Charged me a little less then double on Mopar parts (double what I could order them for directly from the Mopar site). They did good work on fixing what I authorized. They recommended I get a brake job to the tune of $800 PER AXLE. Said I had less then 20% left. Thought it was suspicious so I said no to that part and took it to TWO other repair shops. Guess what? BOTH told me had 50% left on the brakes and needed no repair work. Avoid them if at all possible - they are obviously milking customers for what ever they can.
Was in a pinch with the work truck, another dealer completely failed me by not being prepared or upfront with their abilities and it was the only day I had to get it fixed. Bobbi the assistant service manager came through big time. Got the truck in right away, and got it all done by the end of day. Cant say enough good things about the service department and experience. Will be bringing my 2 work trucks back and soon to be 3rd truck here every time.
12,000 mile service everything was done quickly! My truck was washed and inside sanitized. Great job Dodge City

Worse customer serivce I have experienced. We brought our Jeep for a schedule service appointment for routine maintence and to look at the rust on our rocker rail. Upon arrival, we found out that Dodge City couldnt do the inspection of the rocker rail and we had to go to Honda City to their Body Shop. Over the course of the next six weeks, I rountinely called to check the status. Each time I got the run around and both Dodge and Honda city blamed each other. To make matters worse, I was told by the service writer at Dodge City that we could just bring the Jeep in and get pictures taken and start the warranty claim - they didnt need the paper work from Honda City. Complete run around and no accountability. I will happily travel out of my way so i do not have to deal with them anymore.

This is my first google review and unfortunately a very negative one. We specifically went to this dealer as they had a hard-to-find Honda Element that looked to be in great shape. We made a special trip from Madison and ended up purchasing from Dodge City after looking at several other Honda Elements nearby in Waukesha.I would describe our experience with the sales person as hands off and aloof, which I interpreted to be no pressure at the time. I inquired about lowering the price but was told that the dealership had spent a lot to get the vehicle in great shape. Seemed like a good enough price, so i didnt press it.Fast foward 10 days later. We had not driven the car much during this time, but took it in to our established, local Honda dealer to have another key made. They did their standard inspection, as they always do when you bring in your vehicle. Low and behold, they discovered a rear caliper leaking brake fluid, advised us to check the brake fluid before driving if necessary, but not to drive it before getting it fixed if possible.I immediately called Dodge City and spoke with our salesperson. She said she would check into it and get back to me in a few minutes. This morning I still had not heard from her, called and left a message two hours ago. Still no reply.Horrible service. If you sell an unsafe product, you should fix the problem immediately. I understand buying a used vehicle comes with some risk, but if a vehicle is unsafe for the road, it should not be sold period.This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We love our car, but very much dislike Dodge City. One star on this review seems like too many.

VERY nice, attentive service people.. they keep coming into the waiting lounge and giving us updates and progress reports... never have experienced that before anywhere else... VERY Cool!NEW NEW info: service guy just came in after service and gave us a FULL report on everything now and reasonable service suggestions going forward to keep purple happy. Continued cool!ORIGINAL POST: Outstanding purchasing experience on our new (purple!) Jeep Wrangler! Deal was fair and the sales rep was cool and helpful. Took trade in and, again, price was fair. VERY cool aspect of tis the dealer is the !standard! lifetime power train warranty service guarantee... worth its weight in gold... sealed the deal... no need to buy an expensive extended warranty on the expensive stuff.

We have purchased a few vehicles from Dodge City, and they have always been willing to bend backward a little to make a deal happen. James Lexa was very attentive to what we were looking for, and knew everything we wanted to know about our ram rebel. Chris Schaefer had to really work to make this happen, as we traded two cars for one truck. Brian Hetrick was excellent at getting us a rate that we were happy with, and all the paperwork was done right the first time, which weve seen screwed up at other dealers. My wife and I buy a lot of cars, trade up a lot, and our next one will again come from here.

Worst experience ever leasing a new Ram. Has been nothing but a severe headache from day one. From leasing a Ram with a oil leak. To receiving a lower model Ram with less options as a colateral swap.... only to pay more money the day of the exchange. Then they fire the general manager that I was dealing with. Too too it off. The paperwork for the deal was lost and it’s still our problem. Never again would I recommend this dealership. Never had they agreed to fix the problem or offer us something for our time. Horrible customer service........
Service department is second to none. I drive 40 min out of my way (passing 2 other Chrysler dealers much closer to home) to have my vehicles serviced here. They put plastic on the seats and paper floor mats down. The other two dealers closer to home do not do this. Service personnel communicate well and I always leave NOT feeling taken advantage of. Great job to these guys!!
Great sales people. They are very informative and patient. The manager was especially nice. While all of the sales people were occupied he came over and helped with any questions we had. This is probably where well purchase our next vehicle.
The General Manager Anthony went way above and beyond to make my service experience amazing. My truck engine completely failed requiring a complete rebuild $5500. The Service Manager Brian and their senior Mechanic Ryan literally worked long hours and had to get parts from all over the country to fix my truck but they did it. Initially it was supposed to be parts that were on back order for a year (lifters) and pulled off a Christmas miracle and got my truck fixed in 3 weeks. They kept me updated each day even if just to simply say just waiting to hear from other parts from other places.They went above and beyond. Truly a world class dealership and world class gentleman they have employed there.Norman.
Easily the best Jeep dealer in the Milwaukee area. They will always have my business. We’ve purchased 3 Jeeps from Schlossmann in the last 2 years and have been very well taken care of. The General Manager Anthony Danniger knows what it takes to take care of their customers. He truly understands there are other places people could shop and makes sure his dealership is the one his customers choose. The sales staff is attentive and knowledgeable and service side is as personable as the sales side, which you don’t always find. Top notch dealership. Even if I were to move away from the Milwaukee area one day, I would make the drive to Brookfield for future purchases.

Between my wife and myself we have got four vehicles from here,both new and used. Every time they have been great. I recently made the mistake of purchasing a used Jeep from a dealership across town. I thought I was getting a great deal. Well I learned my lesson.Never again will i go anywhere else. My wife takes her van there for all her service needs and now I will be doing the same. Schlossmann Dodge City was great to work with. I leased a Chrysler 300 and I was happy with the deal we made as well as the whole process. No games, communications was very good, they follow up enough to take care of business without being a pest. Car was perfectly prepped at pickup and James Lexa did a great job of explaining all the features and making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Showroom is very nice, very clean. I would buy from Schlossmann again without hesitation. One of the easiest car purchase transactions Ive done.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. I’m a simple individual who hardly ever complains however, my experience here changed this. I made an appointment for a Monday am, 8:15. I dropped my key off in their lockbox, as I was instructed. On Wednesday afternoon I still have not heard anything about the vehicle so I called to check on it. Bobby, the receptionist, told me that they had no clue who that vehicle belonged to and why it was sitting in their parking lot. I reminded her that I made an appointment for a 2006 Jeep Commander, for Monday morning at 8:15. They couldn’t put two into together when they found my key and my vehicle sitting out in their lot who it belonged to. And further I was told that they were going to have my vehicle toad on Friday if nobody came forward. A week and a half later my vehicle was to be picked up. Remind you, all I took the vehicle in for wasn’t oil change and to have my sunroof looked at because it was off track. I didn’t receive any type of a discount on the service, all I got was we didn’t know who the vehicle belongs to. That was it! Please do not go here!
I have had three leased Jeep Cherokees from Dodge City and my experience has been outstanding. GREAT deals on the Jeeps and Ive had a pleasant experience with the service department. I would recommend the Cherokee and dealership!
A dealer with integrity! We had a great experience with everyone we interacted with. They were straight forward, knew correct answers or got us them quickly, and found us rebates we did not know existed...even after we agreed to buy a car. Integrity is huge for me! Prior to coming here we worked with 3 other dealers. Each one left us with a bad feeling (you know the one). I had been given wrong information, prices that they could not give me once I went in, sales reps who were bad mouthing their own teams....not at Schlossmann, they clearly understand that great and honest customer service will lead to more sales and references.

I brought my Jeep here because I was concerned about a deer I had grazed on the highway. The staff, including assistant service manager Mike, were super friendly and got me right in to take a quick look. They didn’t make me feel silly for getting my car checked out, and even replaced a few screws I didn’t know I was missing. I felt very reassured and will be sure to come back with my future business!

December 2017 a female sales person leased a Jeep latitude to Robert who had beginning stages of dementia. The loan officer at the bank was told about concerns of having Robert sign the lease. They had him sign it anyways. The vehicle is been sitting in my garage and only has 3000 miles on it. What we have gone through has been a nightmare. We feel the dealership took advantage. It took forever to get the lease turned into a loan So we could sell the car. Everything is just lined up so we can sell. Been a horrible experience with the bank and the dealership even though it was over a year ago
Service was great and prompt. Even with all of the ups and downs they still helped us and got us into a vehicle. I couldnt ask for anymore they were beyond helpful. Thanks guys
