I have had many windshields replaced over the years... i have to say out of them all, these guys set a new standard! They came in a day notice, no hassle, no issues at all. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail was superb. In the past, i have used other glass companies and have had misaligned windows, silicone smeared on the mirror, carpet, and the glass, and plastic trim broken. Not with Wisconsin Windshield! Checked it out after they left, man was I impressed! Glass was set very nicely, no smears of silicone, no mess... Outstanding! Thank you for the great service! Look forward to using you guys for any glass needs in the future! Highly recommend!

Service was excellent even though I didnt get a windshield from them. Have some water leakage and suspected an improperly sealed windshield (no idea who installed it -- recent used car purchase). Techs came out to replace, but advised me not to; there was rust along the top between the outside of the car and the rear-view mirror (under headliner). They said theyd be happy to put a new windshield in, but it wouldnt fix the problem. I certainly appreciated the honesty -- saved me $270 -- and enjoyed how friendly they were. Will definitely call here first if Im ever in the market again.

Wisconsin Windshield did an excellent, quick, clean and reasonable job! I would recommend them to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of needing a new windshield. Called yesterday and today its fixed! Thank you so much for being a very reputable company!!

My wife and I waited an 1 1/2 in there waiting room while are trucks windshield was being replaced. When we left we smelt like we just smoked a pack of cigarettes. My truck just stinks of cigarettes. Had to spend $125.00 to have the truck detailed to get rid of the smoke. Called them to complain and they said they wont do anything for me because no one is allowed to smoke in the building. They must think we are pretty stupid to believe that. But by all means walk through the door and judge for yourselves. I told my insurance company if they continued to do business with them I would switch insurance companies. My appointment was suppose to be Saturday morning and I called to confirm and they had me down for Sunday morning and there not even open. I am definitely filing a complaint with the better building bureau.

Called and they were able to give me a quote over the phone, that was within 5 bucks of safe lite even after a safe lite coupon. This included everything except sales tax, which Im not sure safe lite would have. They were also willing to come to my workplace in Menomonee Falls, which it sounds like most places will but I thought was quite convenient. It took two people to change the glass on our minvan, but they did a great job. Looks just like new. Took them about an hour, and I couldnt drive for another 30 minutes or so. I cant imagine anything they could have done better.

Went through my insurance for a chipped windshield that I didnt want to spread. Got in contact with them and had an opening that same day. Showed up 20 minutes later, explained the process, and what it would look like after. 20 minutes after that it was finished. Very easy to work with and good work!

Not too many places can handle high-end cars. they did a beautiful job.

I only got a quote on a 2011 Acura MDX windshield, but it was $522.98. The auto-glass place right down the road from them quoted $311.53. So I 2 starred them because even if the service is amazing, the prices are obviously very, very high.

They sent a guy out to fix my stone chip & he wound up cracking my windshield. They say I have to pay for the replacement windshield because there was a chance that attempting the repair could cause it to crack. Nobody ever mentioned this to me & I would not have tried the repair if I had known about it . I talked to Liz at the shop & she was short with me & couldnt care less.
