I took my Jeep here to get the back windshield replaced and at first everything looked fine. Two days later I went to a car wash and my car was leaking water where the windshield was replaced. I called to get the problem fixed but the owner informed me that he would have to take a piece off the top to look for the leak source. Saying the piece could break when he takes it off and if it does he is not held liable. How is that a lifetime warranty?? Saying in order to fix a mistake that he made he might have to break something on my car to fix it? I do not recommend this place at all. It is called affordable auto glass for a reason. Clearly their warranty is BS . If you want quality work done go to a certified auto shop.

I needed a 2002 Dodge Dakota back window replaced. I called Affordable at 10:00 I gave them the job, they were here at 12:00 same day, done with job by 1:30..Amazing. Jason the installer was knowledgeable pleasant and knew his job. Quality workmanship and vacuumed all of the glass in the cab and in the back of the truck. Again amazing. I recommend them 110%. Oh by the way they were more economical than three other places I called. Thank you affordable and thank you Jason!

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant to choose this company. Ill give a full and honest review. Scheduling was a breeze. I gave a few options and they were able to accommodate the most convenient one. The installer did go to the wrong address, my home, but Pat and I were back and forth a bit on date and location so it was an understandable mix up. Once the windshield was out, Jason called me out to take a look and let me know the install would take a bit longer and cost a little more due to some rust. Sure no problem. The one thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that they only take cash or check and that charge was a 4% surcharge to me. Jason explained the full warranty and how to take care of the new windshield over the next couple of days. Hoping there are no further issues. Price was affordable and communication was effective. Good company to work with if you cant leave your car at the shop all day. Choose AAG over Safelite any day of the week.

I wouldnt recommend this company, they do not stand behind their work. A simple acknowledgement that their workmanship may be the cause of my windshield cracking within 2 months of the install would have gone a long way. The company who installed the new windshield verified that the June install wasnt properly done and may have created undo stress on the edge of the window due to the uneven gluing. The installer was a nice young man, but not very experienced. The owner has been in the business a long time and should have a better handle on customer service.

Owner is a dick!!! Does not guarantee his work even though his website says its lifetime warranty. There is no such thing as a faulty piece of glass nor does he or his nephew make any mistakes when putting in glass. 5 days after installing glass it broke. His solution is to file another claim with the insurance company rather then honor a warranty. Dont do business with this ripoff company. You wont be happy. Filed a complaint with bbb.

Great service. Fast and affordable. All other places Id called for a passenger side window replacement were all booked up and unavailable. Called Affordable Auto Glass and had a friendly repair guy (Dan) stop over in less than three hours. Man I talked to in the phone (Pat) was also very friendly. Sure took the pain out of the pain in the ass kind of day. Price wise, totally affordable. Under $200 for a Toyota Corolla front passanger side window repair.

I just called to get an estimate on what I was hoping would a chip repair and not a full windshield replacement. The person I spoke with was extremely rude, told me the chip was too big to repair, and then never asked if I wanted a quote for full repair. He then proceeded to hang up on me. If he would have taken a moment to ask, I would have told him that I wanted a quote for the full replacement, and that I also had another car that needed a full replacement as well. Terrible service.
