For the Diy person this is the place to buy about anything, especially their power 🔧 🔨 tools. For the non-industrial use, their tools have not failed me.

Good place to shop when purchasing tools on a budget.Not everything has to be top of the line.Bought a 12 grinder that works really well.

I really like harbor freight stores. I have been in bigger stores but this one was the cleanest and nicest I have been to. Staff was friendly and you cant beat the product selection.

I went there to get a generator I had seen advertised. The cashier was very helpful to me and to the other people he helped. Someone loaded the generator for me and I was on my way. Very happy with my purchase and the price I paid. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Good place for tools you cant normally get unless ordered online. they offer tool warranties. I recommend you get the warranty.

I went in to buy a light on a tripod. Saw there wasnt any on the shelf, so i asked the girl working there if she had any in back. She acted liked she was to busy to check,which she wasnt. Had to go up front and have someone look to see if they had any and they did. It comes down to it that the girl i asked to check for me was to LAZY to look.

This is an amazing place they have everything and anything you could need or want for any project. There is literally something for everyone ranging from just 99 cents to hundreds of dollars.

Love Harbor Freight. I recomend joining the Inside track club. Then you get the price you see on those orange tags. Have saved much more from orange tags than i spent for the membership. Tools hold up as well as big name brand in most cases. Have had a few fail over the years.

First stop for many things... went for ammo boxes. Some empty shelves as a result of manufacturing shut down due to covid.... great store!

This is one of the greatest places around. Let me explain, they have great prices on their merchandise. If you need a power tool or any tool for that matter you must shop here.

This store does not keep consistent hours. The hours posted on Google and the hours posted on the door do not match. More over they keep changing. I know, covid. Im sick of covid excuses. Be open or not. Quit jerking my chain.

Asked what I was looking for as soon as I walked in. Thank God for it! It would have taken me a while to find the tools that I wanted.At checkout was asked if I was interested in a Harbor Freight credit card.

Tried to get somethings this morning. Web said opens at 8. The door says opens at 8. Their own website says opens at 8.Well one employee showed up around 8:15 but she couldnt open it up. The guy with they key gets there around 8:20 and lets the employee in. Then it takes until 8:30 until they come back up and unlock the place for the group of at lest 6 different shoppers that had been there almost 30 minutes to be able to go in and get what were looking for. Some people left and likely went to Ace or Atwood or Lowes or etc......Just really bad customer service there this morning.

You get less than you pay for at most other places. At HFT, you get exactly what you pay for.

Super nice, Sophia was great in helping us track down a tool chest in the right color and the store in BA was able to hold it for me. This is the place to go for tools in a pinch when you need something for a project. They are always helpful and nice.

Good deals on a few things. Like their clearance section but they have them kind of spread out.

If you are buying wrenches, screwdrivers etc., then this is the place to go. Good prices on small watch style batteries.

Not impressed with customer service at this tool shop. Cash registers are blocked with large box that is in the way of making your purchase. It is not accessible, pulled muscle in back trying to lean over box to sit tool on counter.

The employees are helpful. I miss being able to buy just what I need instead of entire sets. For example socket extensions and various wrenches.

This harbor freight were not at all helpful even though gentleman wasnt busy.

Awesome prices!!! Good tools!!! Would like to see a better selection of ratcheting wrenches sets from Pittsburgh tools though-- got hung up on the fact that there wasnt a good ratcheting wrench set (14pc, metric, no size skips) from Pittsburgh. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

And some Harbor Freight is not as good as it used to be but you can still get some good deals here occasionally

This is a very clean, well organized store. The space feels open instead of cramped as some of the other locations do.

I am a harbor freight fan but it seems like there prices are slowly going up But the quality of their stuff really isnt going anywhere at least you get the long warranty seeking take it back when it breaks because its probably gonna break

I know its a bit of topic, but I really needed their restroom. No toilet paper, and no soap. That made for a very short visit. Had to leave and find somewhere else for my urgent need.

First time there - so much to see! I will definitely return and spend extra time!

Well I was pretty upset when I drove out to the Broken Arrow store to get a fan on a stand high velocity for my husband for Fathers Day he even called to make sure they had one and when I got out there they would not sell it to me they said someone else was coming to get it and I was there I drove on from the other side of Tulsa went through the toll gate to get there the girl wasnt friendly about it at all so I had to get a different fan that I really didnt want I wont go back there

Normally they have what I am looking for. But today I was looking for an odd sized wheel. But overall cheap tools and good selection.

They had the adjustable tap wrench I needed but it broke when I used it. They did help in giving me the refund.

First time I ever been in the store, it was great. They had what I needed plus a lot more

Zero customer service. walked the entire store. Finally found someone just to get yelled at. Better hope you dont have a question or need ANY help if you go in there. Because you are on your own. There are far too many choices out there. Will never be back.

The manager asked me if Id like carry out help i said yes then him and his guys walk away together until I picked it up and through it up on my shoulder then they came back and said o do you still want us to help very poor customer relations and before that their was this guy trying to return a compressor with out a receipt that they spent a good 20 25 minutes on before opening another register and that was after there was about 8 customers behind me

Harbor freight tools is a good place to get tools. I do recommend get the extended warranty because the tools are what you would expect for a discount tool store, but they honor the warranty and I will also say that for what you pay for the tools they are good quality I have several tools that I bought years ago. They still function like they did when I bought them new.

Harbor Freight is my go to for all my tool and odds and ends needs. Everyone is always friendly. Extremely knowledgable. Overall always a great experience. They always have coupons for transaction discounts or free items. I have never had a tool break down on me or have to return anything. A must for anyone constantly fixing, building, or overall doing handy work.

Harbor Freight is not the place to go for high quality power tools etc.. however.. they have brands which may not be the best but nevertheless come with lifetime warranties.Their power tools are inexpensive enough to justify burning them up after 2 or 3 jobs and will still have paid for themselves.I love HF because they have a bit of everything from tools to supplies that you can imagine and the staff is knowledgeable and always eager to assist the customer as well as the fact they have frequent specials and sales.In essence, if you are the average Joe with a home project, this is your best place to go for tools and supplies to stay within your budget so the wife can still get her nails done next week.If youre a contractor and have a deadline and a tight budget/have an equipment breakdown etc.. these power tools may get you through your project (depending on what that is) but just keep in mind that these are not contractors investment tools, they are stop loss measures and throw away after one or two commercial jobs.

The staff was really patient and tried to help me out. I am a client at a rehabilitative service and I’m on a scholarship that contacts with Harbor Freight so I can get tools for school and work. I was really confused about how I was supposed to go about buying my tools since my social worker was vague about the process and the staff did their best to investigate. They figured out the information I needed. I was standing there with a cart full of tools that I couldn’t purchase yet and when I went to put everything back they said that I didn’t need to put anything back. I said it was no big deal but they insisted after all the trouble I had that it was the least they could do. Definitely going to bring them some cookies or something when my account gets set up and I am able to get my tools.

Good place to get a tool quick. They have some good stuff and some is you get what you pay for. Even then you cant complain because the price is so low and you can accomplish what you needed it for.

Decent tools. Excellent value for price paid. Also conveniently close to my house. I shop here before driving to the big box stores.

Husband and I went to Harbor freight and it was okay but not great. Asked three different people where something was and got.three different answers. Gave 4 stars because one worker did help and you cant beat the prices.

Bought a set of wrenches to fix my car battery terminals while on a road trip for work. Returned them 5min later and looked like the biggest jerk in the world. They accepted them, no questions asked. Good place, good folks.

The cashiers are unfriendly. Prison guard like comments to social distance yourself from others. This store needs help with social graces. Tulsa store much better at responding to your needs and they do it with respect.

By far the nicest and cleanest harbor freight I have ever been in.

I guess a person needs to go to google to figure out the hours of this store. The door clearly says open till 8pm, but they close at 7pm. Of course the employee behind the locked door didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Just call me ‘Karen’ today - because I hate driving somewhere only to find out they are closed.

I’ve given up shopping here because of misleading price tags. If you choose to shop pay CLOSE attention to listed prices and your total. They will advertise their “inside track” price much more visibly than the actual price, leading to much higher prices at the register. I’m not going to spend more money to save money, nor am I going to be on constant alert to figure out the actual price of what I’m buying. Thanks amazon, cheaper and I don’t need a membership to get a fair price.
