Always great service! Knowledgeable staff and they generally have what Im looking for. I still like Lowes for somethings but if I have any questions, I always go to Ace because question answering is not Lowes specialty.

God Bless Ace Hardware. You can usually find what you need there without having to wander thru acres of stuff you dont need and the staff will help you find the exact butts, bolts, screws, etc to fix that item that broke or you lost the parts to!! They carry stuff you cant find at the giant stores. I love that they have a Hallmark mini store inside the store too, cause there arent any Hallmark stores nearby.

Went in because I needed to replace/repair a hose that was leaking inside my dishwasher. Randell, an associate got me all geared up with tubing, fittings, and other necessities and sent me on my way. When the initial fix wasn’t quite good enough Randell was right there to help figure out and engineer a solution that kept me out of the market to buy a new dishwasher thank goodness!!

Nice place. Really friendly service. Prices are a little higher than most but they are close and convenient for me.

I love this place! You can find a variety of different items, from hardware to Christmas cards! Camping supplies to cooking goods. I cant walk out without buying something! Great location with great customer service.

Went to Ace Hardware in Broken Arrow OK today to buy new 4th of July banners that we have bought there for over 18 years. They informed my husband that they no longer carry any decorations for this American Holiday. Has China bought ACE? Seems like they no longer support the American way so from now on they can fet someone else to support them.

Very accommodating, will order if it isnt in stock. Little more expensive than other hardware stores.

I like this store, the staff are always helpful if I need help in finding an item. When checking out, the clerks are friendly and never fail to thank me for the business. Inside is clean and shelves are stocked and neat. I would highly recommend Westlake Hardware.

I really enjoy going to this Ace Hardware store because of the employees. Going far beyond pointing me to the light bulbs, the folks here are knowledgeable and able to recommend products that will do the job. Though they are seemingly happy and able to point you to the light bulbs. They typically have a good selection of plants in the spring and all of the power tools you can want. They were even able to key a replacement lock to match my existing keys. They do a good job and Ill be going here in the future.

My local Ace is deck out for the spring and summer. The store is clean and well organized. The gentleman working the floor helped me right away.

My daughter loves this place. She likes looking at the Hallmark stuff and picking out dog toys. And Im able to pick up some tools. She loves the little shopping carts. My dog Django likes it too.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the manager goes out of his way to make sure youve been helped out. Their inventory might not match the variety of that of the mighty Lowes/Home Depot, but they have that small town feel that I like supporting. They carry most of everything we need for everyday DIY projects around the house.

My son and his friend went to buy a leaf blower/mulcher. Randall that helped them was beyond amazing. Not only did he help them purchase the display model but put some gas in it and took it outside to show them how to work it. What he did was beyond guest service that was creating loyalty to the Ace Hardware brand. We will only go to the Broken Arrow location and ask for Randall each time we need help. THANK YOU!

I love going here. They for the most part have just what I need. I tend to walk around and find stuff I dont need too. That tends to get me in trouble. 😆 The employees are always friendly AND full of knowledge. They always have an answer even if they have to get assistance from a senior employee.

Staff is helpful and usually knowledgeable. The DO sell Milwaukee tools (yessss) and you can get in and out pretty quickly if necessary. Prices are a little higher than HD or Lowes, but they obviously dont buy the quantity those stores do. But you CAN always find someone there to help you...

This place has a lot of things the Big Box stores dont, while lacking much they do. The service and advice is usually quite good and they are much more readily available than trying to chase down someone at a Big Box store. They offer coupons in the junk mailers and for people on their Rewards program email list. Those prices are often more competitive than the Big Box stores - and they usually will honor expired coupons. They also run great sales. They stand behind their products and I have never had a problems returning anything.

I love our neighborhood hardware store! This is such a convenient location, and they stock a huge variety of items. They even have a FULL Hallmark department inside the store! The store is extremely clean, well-lit, and has employees who are super helpful. Yes, it’s slightly more expensive than Lowe’s or Home Depot, but their customer service is amazing! Shopping at Westlake Ace Hardware is ALWAYS a fantastic experience. 😃

We go to Ace quite often. Everyone has always been very helpful and nice. Recently we purchased a grill on ace’s website. We had it delivered to the Ace. Once we received notification that the grill was at the store, they said we could come to pick up the grill at any time. I went by the store and spoke with Steve, who was wonderful. Because we are reward members, they stated not only would they deliver our grill, but they would put it together for us!! All free of charge. I cannot say enough great things about Steve and Ace. This is why we keep going back!!!

Not as many associates on the floor during this visit, but everyone I encountered was friendly & offered assistance. I was directed to the products I was looking for.Good attitudes all around. A very pleasant young man checked me out.All things considered, it was a good visit.

I can always find any bolt i might be needing. Only downfall was paying $40 for 4 bolts and 4 nuts.

Their prices are high, but they usually have what youre looking for. You can get in and out fast. Store is well stocked and clean. Customer service is good.

Get rid of the masks its so upsetting to see employees with stickers saying stay away 6ft. The best way to prevent cornoa is a healthy immune system which masks and social distancing weaken.

I just love ace it close an they are the most helpful people. Its smaller than the big home improvement stores but they have a wide variety of things. It makes it easier to run in an out quick. They also just added a hallmark department an a bigger pet department.

I have purchased a number of things for my yard and home items. I got my outdoor table and chairs there and have been pleased with my purchase. Ive bought yard tools and plants as well. The sales people are helpful and can answer most of the questions you may have.

This is a great hardware store. They definitely care more about the customer than the big places. Selection is naturally a bit less, but you can still find most of what you need. For screws and lits of other things, I normally start here. Its worth it.

Usually when I have shopped there everything went smooth. Today it was not that way. First, the parking lot is Horrible! The items I was shopping for I couldnt locateThere was a gentleman that helped me but at check out it wasnt the item that was on sale. So I didnt get that one. The next item read $10.00 more than the sign below it read so #2 item I did not get. Now let me back up to when I first entered the store. I noticed an air dryer that seemed to be on saleI have been considering buying one so I checked the boxes to get price. No price or sign anywhere to be seen. Its a pet peeve for me to look at things I might be buying to not find a price.So in the end I tried to purchase 4 items and wound up just getting 2.Very irritated and frustrated with this visit

They have good offers all the time and instant rebates on a regular basis. Frequently the send mailers with additional savings. They even accept expired coupons. I dont know any other store in the Tulsa area that accepts expires coupons.

My son & I visited this store on 2019.5.07 to purchase patio furniture for mothers day. The store was fairly empty of customers (3 PM). When we approached the patio section an older lady (without turning around) asked if we needed assistance. I replied with the standard greeting hello & began asking questions about the furniture, her flippant responses were nothing more than yes, no, or what you see is what we got. I guess she was 2 busy making keys @ the counter to provide helpful customer service. My son & I ended up purchasing patio furniture @ another establishment.

Been shopping this store for many years but,,sorry to say the manager at this one turns out to be one the most belligerent people on the planet. I was told a certain item would be repaired on a given day, not done, ( oops) told to come the next day, (oops) still not done, I demanded my item back, he said you can’t talk like that, my reply “ when you make promises like that I will! When you say the job will be done, am I to wrong to assume and to expect to be done when promised? To punish me the Manager said it will be ready in 2 weeks. At this Westlake Ace Hardware that’s the way it is, what a shame to have someone in the position of Manager to behave like that,,,,
