I worked with Carla and the Crossroads Granite team just a few weeks ago. Carla was an absolutely delight to work with, answered all my questions (I had a LOT of questions), and talked me through the whole process. She even stopped by my house during the installation to check on the progress and to see if I had any additional questions. The team that came to work on my kitchen was on time, and kept me informed at each step of the process, and now my kitchen looks amazing.Great customer service and great results.

We used Crossroads Granite to install kitchen counter tops, farmhouse sink, and back splash. They were helpful in helping us find the colors we wanted and allowed us to tour the warehouse to see all the options. They were always pleasant to work with, answered questions, offered their input too. As with any project, we ran into additional questions as the project got started and they were able to address our concerns along the way. The crews were nice people and hard workers, some did not have strong English speaking skills sometimes but we were able to get through the language challenges. As another reviewer commented, the advance notice of showing up was a bit short to what I would have liked, but we were always able to work with them on that and they were always accommodating with us too. The end result was that I had a happy wife with the make-over and remodel, it really did turn out well IMO. All-in-all, Id give them another chance to do a project at our house and I say its worth getting a quote to see what you think as well.

I was so excited to work with Crossroads. Unfortunately, they are all talk and no go. I told them from the beginning that the granite is gorgeous. However, when there was a problem with my installation, they made all kinds of promises, including to come out and see the problem. It was been 4 weeks and no one has been out. They have promised to make it right but never come out or call, as they promise. The most astounding promise was one yelled at me by one of the owners. He said that I would not be happy with any work they did to correct the problem. I thought it could be fixed and we could all be happy but with that repeated promise, I became a believer. He said he didn’t mean to yell, he just gets excited. (No, I never yelled or got rude). The granite is beautiful. There was just an installation problem. Had they made any effort, I would have even paid 1/2 on the repair, just as an act of good faith. Jeramy was great but has no authority. Carla talks a good game but never followed through. So disappointed. The day of the installation, I got an email asking me to be sure and give my review on so media. Not the review I hoped to give.

Working with Carla was so easy and wonderful. This company is very ethical and up front with all details. I would recommend them to everyone. They accomplished everything when they said it would happen and we could not be any more pleased with the product and work they did. Thank you CrossRoads Granite and Carla.

Just remodeled our kitchen at our home in Claremore, including new granite from the wonderful folks at Crossroads. I can’t compliment Jeremy and Carla enough for their professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. Pricing was very competitive but more important to us, their service can’t be beat.Jeremy helped us select a beautiful high quality product while still staying on budget. Carla also went out of her way to actually chalk mark areas of the slabs we selected for use at specific countertop and island locations. Instal crew was also very knowledgeable and job and cleanup was very well done. Outstanding!!

I was referred to crossroads Granite by my friend, Debbie Adamek and she is the best realtor there ever was. She is with McGraw Realtors. It turned out to be the best Granite company and the best owner Carla. The workers that came out were awesome workers and did a great job.It took me a long time to pick out the Granite that I would like for my kitchen. Carla was the nicest and kind person I have ever had and I am the worst customer she ever had, I am sure. But she was always smiling and so patient with me. People, she stayed with me for two days and never ever showed that she was wanting to get rid of me. I finally settled on a granite and poor Debbie, I was forwarding pictures and background tile and she even was patient with me. I cannot say enough good about ?Crossroads and Carla as my kitchen turned out so beautiful. I stand and look at it in awe it is so beautiful. Thank you Carla and your workers for all you did for my husband and I. No one can go wrong if you choose Crossroads for your tile, granite, marble, etc for your home or office. And dont forget Debbie if you are thinking about selling your home. She is awesome!!!!!!

We had Cross Roads install our granite counter tops in our kitchen and guest bathroom. First issue they showed up late and without a phone call expressing they would be late. This caused me to miss my sons soccer game. The 2nd issue was they caused a leak in my bathroom because the installer took sink out and bent the plumbing that the fixtures were hooked out to. When I called the owner about it she said that was my responsibility. After arguing with the lady for 25-30 minutes over the phone she sends a plumber out to fix it. 3rd issue was they left a dusty mess, 4 the and final issue they damaged my cabinet drawer. During our final wrap up she never once tried to make it right by offering a discounted price she actually tried to charge me for the haul off of the countertops!!! This was a part of your job!!!I would highly recommend you find another company!!! I would never do business with them ever again!!!

Carla, Gary, and their team could not be better to work with! They have done work for us at two homes now - first home was a midtown (Utica Square area) remodel of a kitchen and baths and Crossroads did an amazing job complete with kitchen counters, backsplash, and bath vanity, backsplash, sinks, and tile work in the shower and floors. Second home we built, and had Crossroads do every hard surface in the house. Kitchen island is gorgeous white marble and the kitchen perimeter is a unique and beautiful leathered black granite. I love to cook and like most people, the kitchen is the heart of our home. Carla took the time to understand us and how we would use each space and advised us on which stone types we should and should not use in our spaces. Now I have the beautiful white kitchen of my dreams WITH all the practicality of granite in my prep and cooking areas, in addition to a wine and butler pantry. We used a few different stones in the 5 baths inside and our pool bath. Crossroads used every inch with very little waste yet somehow made each bath feel different and not cookie cutter. Even the laundry room is stunning!! Carla caught so many of our builders errors and went above and beyond in more ways than I could even list. I can honestly say that anyone who has anything negative to say about these people and their family company is either impossible to please (because Im OCD and very much a perfectionist), or is a flat out jerk. Not even kidding - they are the nicest people in the world and their product and service is impeccable.
