Large variety of patterns and price ranges to choose from and a friendly and helpful staff.Make sure you understand that Verona works directly with the fabricator; thats how the granite industry works. Supplier (Verona) sells to the Fabricator (like Slape Custom Countertops :) ) - Fabricator sells to the builder or homeowner. As long as you maintain good communication with your fabricator everything will go smoothly.I count it a blessing to do business with Verona Marble Company on a regular basis.

Our builder has used Verona for quite some time and directed us there during our build process. We spent quite a bit of time at Verona during two separate trips to Tulsa which included taking vacation time from work and arranging for someone to watch our children. We settled on a particular style and eventually picked the four sister slabs that we wanted (the serial numbers are recorded for each slab and included on your reservations sheet). Verona even knocked the corner off of one, which we used as a sample to make selections for counters, tile flooring, backsplash, etc. Long story short, they gave the slabs that we reserved away. Not only that, but they didnt even have the same style/pattern available. I understand that Verona cant hold slabs forever, but we were mid-build when they were selected and the Verona policy (printed on our reservation sheet) clearly states that the fabricator will be contacted before reserved slabs are released. That call didnt happen. The fabricator wasnt called. The builder wasnt called. We werent called. Nothing... they were just gone. Id have gladly put down a deposit or paid for them or whatever was needed. Even after all of that, we are reasonable folks and understand that things happen. Id have been content with a we are sorry and probably even stuck with them, but our builder, my wife, and I all had multiple lengthy conversations with multiple people at Verona and they were everything but sorry. Could not have cared less. Their system automatically deletes reservations after 20 or 30 days and that is just the way it is... doesnt matter what the fine print says (it was in our favor for once). Anyway, they lost our business and it sounds like the future business of our builder too. We had to scramble and bought over at Bedrock and had a wonderful experience. My advice for you is to steer clear. My advice to Verona is to follow through on sales and their own fine print, and to give the words Im Sorry a try once in a while. Id also suggest a change to your process... either require a nonrefundable deposit or credit card be on file at the time of reservation, or put a stop to automatic reservation cancels and make the phone calls like the fine print says. Its not like we are making dinner reservations at Applebees here... we are visiting your place of business and selecting expensive slabs of granite for our homes. As a side note, I find it odd that I was the first to post a review of your business and suddenly two weeks later there are numerous reviews posted but I will chalk it up to coincidence for now.

We build new house and my builder send me to pick granite from this place. After we move into house in first few days our garnite start getting few stains i called them and talk with them becuase we ended up buying expensive garnite. The guy who manage this place was very rude and he said they cant do anything. And told me stop wasting his time. I never recommend this place to anyone..!!!
