I went and had my hair changed. The wonderful artist at the Salon did an amazing job! She did exactly what I wanted! She also assisted me with what products would be best for my color. She is absolutely out of this world! If you want anything done to your hair she can do it! Go to Ulta Salon in Broken Arrow and ask for Amberlynn Jones! She did a Subtle balayage with a nice ashy tone perfect for those grey days.

Picked up an online order for my wife of loving tan bronzing mousse. It was wrapped in an ulta bag and then sealed with a sticker. When I got it home and handed to my wife, we realized they gave us a used bottle of tanning foam. Half the product was gone. It had clearly been used by looking at the dispenser, and it came with no lid. We are quite mind blown that whoever filled this order knowingly packed a used product to give to a customer like it’s no big deal. Disgusting. Definitely not sanitary at all especially considering we are still in a pandemic.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable. I took my sister because she had some dryness on her face and 3 of the ladies were able to relate. They were very empathetic and worked as a team to come up with the right solution. The product definitely helped. She also got her hair done and even though it was a long process it turned out great.

Booked an appointment and got cancelled twice on the same day on different stores just 30 mins before the appointment time. Bad customer service.

I personally just fine but not great experience with Ulta in general, but I really don’t like Broken Arrow location. Every time I shop here, I usually check products online first to make sure they are available in store. But when I got there, the staff usually said “everything we have are on the shelves”, but at different locations, they always took the keys and check inside the drawers.When I checked out, I know for sure that the product I bought have gift with purchase, but nobody ever said anything, I always have to ask them, and there always a NO, “WE DON’T HAVE ANY”. I also asked like, do you have any perfume sample today for me to try ? “NO, WE DON’T HAVE ANY”.....I rather to drive to Ulta Tulsa (the location next to Nordstrom Rack to be exact), the staffs there are always above and beyond. I never have to ask but they asked me instead about if I want any sample today. or they just gave me a lot of mini gift every time I checked out, even with small purchases sometimes.After months, back and forth, I don’t think I will come back to the Broken Arrow Ulta anymore.

Great place to find all products for makeup and hair. Haircut was ok. The price for cut was more in line with DC or NY bit much for the area and actual cut.

This location’s customer service continues to decrease each visit. I have made comments directly to the manager over the horrible customer experiences. It appears it falls on deaf ears. If you ask an associate for assistance, ask questions it’s as if they are doing you a favor, they prefer to talk down to their customer while making it appear the customer is valued. I have made my last visit at this location. I hope they make some management changes that will bring about some positive changes at this location.

Service is always awesome there! Always friendly, and lots of workers handy to help you find something, or recommend other useful products. Has a pretty wide variety of brands, ranging from expensive to drugstore. Great place to go for the everyday makeup essentials!

This was the first time I have been back since the store re-opened. Service was wonderful as always. I had some difficulty trying to select an eye shadow and trying to view through the plastic. I was specifically looking for a matte cream and not a powder. The signage was not specific enough and I did not want to pick up each box in stock to read. I wish the single eye colors in the Urban Decay section was not on the botton shelves. Too hard to see. Also, this store is always too warm.

So many helpful employees. I had the pleasure of visiting when the Benefit rep was sampling. The only downfall is needing to remind the clerk at checkout when you have earned a free gift. Im thankful the Benefit rep told me I had because if I had not asked the manager whom checked me out if I had earned it - it seems I would have left without.

Amanda, the manager in the salon department, had turned my horrible day into a better and happier evening! I had gone to a salon to get my haircut and it was a disaster! I drove away from that salon, crying because my hair was a total disaster..... then I googled to see if any salons were opened on Sunday around 430....and Ulta was. I drove to this location and sat in the car for a few minutes, being sad. I went into Ulta and explained my situation and an associate of Ulta went to talk to Amanda. She came out and took such good care of me. She corrected my hair and got it to look exactly like what I wanted, except shorter because of what the 1st salon did. Anyhow, I walked out of Ulta happy, satisfied and confident! Now, I know where i will be going for my next haircut.Thank you Amanda!

This might be my favorite place, in general. I have always found what I was looking for here and every employee Ive come in contact with was genuinely nice and helpful. This place is a perfect mixture of high end and drugstore beauty products. When theyre having a sale is usually well worth it and their samples are usually pretty awesome. Theyre also really good at giving beauty advice. I could get lost in this place for hours on end.

They ran out of product I wanted. So I had to call four stores finally, I found the store in Broken Arrow . It had one of the items I wanted so I had to drive all the way over there to get it. But but theyre okay.

So glad to have an Ulta so close to home now. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Becca was the girl that spoke to me and advised me and my friends about all of the different facial cleansers that she personally recommended and which was popular with the customers. I went home with Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel and I love it. Hopefully I will see Becca when I return back for more.

Great place for makeup. But I needed shampoo advice and the girl didnt seem confident in helping me and what she recommended did the complete opposite of what I needed. She was nice though and could have been new.

Twin grand daughters wanted a certain eye makeup palette. All the teens want it. Fairly large trendy kit. Both girls picked out one for themselves. And at only $23.00 Each was very affordable.

2 stars instead of 1 because the babe that helped me today was on point. Can’t remember his name but he said he travels to multiple locations. He helped me get exactly what I needed. & didn’t try to upsell me on some expensive makeup that doesn’t work good like they usually do. But my reasoning for giving such a low rating is because every time I go into this location I feel like I’m being watched and followed everywhere I go. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store, I obviously don’t need to steal. && I’m not the only one that feels this way!

I got my hair done in their salon. The stylistdid a great job! They are pleasant and professional. But dont schedule online. Call instead. I scheduled online, and they didnt have my appointment. Because of that, I did have to wait, but they worked me in with the stylist I wanted.

Madison was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about makeup and was very easy to talk to. I would drive all the way to this location in broken arrow just bc of her!! She’s a keeper 🤗

I don’t come in quite often but when I do I spend a pretty penny because I know I want quality for my significant other. At this location to be exact I feel extra uncomfortable due to the fact that the staff treats me like I’m stealing every time I shop here. Always pushing me to check out when I’m not ready and only giving me short (annoyed) answers when I ask a genuine question. I also feel like I’m being taken advantage of due to not having the best knowledge of the product that your employees upsell me on stuff I do not need. All in all I’m going to start shopping in the Tulsa location. Thanks for being an amazing store. I’ll still shop with y’all just not at the Broken Arrow location anymore unfortunately.

The eyebrow artist is absolutely amazing. The mac makeup artist and the clinique artist are absolutely knowledgable and wonderful. However, there is much left to be desired by the in and out attitude of other staff and they dont seem to care about getting things done properly. It saddens me to write this review because Ive always had such positive words for Ulta. Perhaps Ill have to start going to a different one or go look for a sephora. Sad.

I am always welcomed when I enter even when they are busy checking out a customer at register(great multitasking)! Also I had a great experience with a lady helping me find the right color of concealer with clinique. They did not have a pureology fresh approach dry conditioner product but enjoyed my experience there anyways. Thank you!

I have never had a worse experience any where in my entire life. After booking my appointment and calling to confirm time and services I show up at scheduled appointment time. A rude girl at the counter sits me in a chair and tells me my stylist will be right with me. Thirty-three minutes later I am finally spoken to by my stylist (no introductions made, I still dont know her name) and directed to sit in a salon chair and explain what I want done. After showing her and watching her facial expressions in the mirror it is clear that something is wrong. She stammers that she just doesnt have the time alotted to do my hair. Even though from the time I confirmed to the time I show her...NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Except of course that Im at this point FORTY minutes into my slotted appointment time and she hasnt touched my hair. She tells me she can do a cut and put some color on my hair (UH HUH sure that sounds appealing) but she went longer and has another appointment and just doesnt have time for my scheduled appointment. I have a graduation to attend and wanted my hair to look nice. Thanks (insert sarcasm) ULTA for seriously messing up this experience and also for costing me half a days pay to sit in your uncomfortable waiting chair.

Every time I go into this location I always get the worst service. No one seems to be able to help me. I have to go out of my way to find someone to help me. I also tried to do an exchange at this location and they told me they couldnt do anything for me past 60 days when their return policy clearly states store credit is what you will receive past the 60 days. Needless to say I had to call customer service to get anything done at this location. Good luck to others.

Customer service is wonderful anytime I have questions I can locate someone to answer quickly. They also have very pleasant sales associates.

Everything is so weird now. Almost nothing in stock. You cant touch anything g unless you are buying it. Its just sad.

Knowledgeable & friendly staff, well stocked shelves. During my visit, I was in search of a supplement shadow (one of the shadows in my ABH Renaissance Palette was almost gone, I hit pan about 2 weeks ago and was desperate for a comparable eye shadow without having to repurchase the entire palette) - one of the consultants walked around and helped me test out different individual shadows until we found the almost perfect match (MAC Brule for ABH Tempera) - she handed me over to the in store MAC consultant who then helped me test it on my lids - she applied primer and the shadow for me and made sure I was completely happy before I made my purchase.Overall best experience Ive had at any ULTA ever (and Ive visited ULTAs in several states). I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.
