We show up for our pick up order that was already paid for the store to already be closed before 7. My daughter tried to get her order and this lady refused to give it to us. Pick a better location this one is not customer friendly at all!!!

I wish I would of gotten the guys name that helped me yesterday but he was very quick to help and treated customers coming in too he really was helpful and gave great advice my hair is the best it’s ever been when changing color thanks to him!

Been shopping at Sallys for over 10 years. Obviously we couldnt go into the stores because of the Virus. A ton of retailers knowing this offered free shipping to there customers (very smart). Sallys did not. Its a shame that something that seems so small couldnt have been done to help people out. You shouldnt have to pay shipping when you are forced to buy on line. Its not about the price. Just didnt seem right. I will not be shopping there anymore. Its all about how you treat people in difficult times. Not try and make money off of them.

I literally just walked into no hello or anything. I noticed I must of been the wrong skin color. Everyone else received a hello but me. Sally Beauty Supply will not be receiving any of my future business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable clerk on staff during our visit. Every question we asked was immediately and confidently answered, any item we asked about that wasnt on the shelves was quickly looked for in the back & our check out process was fast and easy. Will return to this store in the future.

There is always someone helpful working to help you find what you need and give you advice. They have professional quality brands and products for a reasonable price. They almost always have some sort of sale going on or coupon out so you dont even have to pay full price a lot of the time. This is where I go to get wax, face masks, and hair dye.

The young man answered all my questions and he took me directly to the products I needed. It was the first time I had been to this location, and I will be back. The store was extremely clean, neat, and very well stocked.

As I am a beautician as well your supplies come in very handy I dont buy expensive supplies at expensive places thinking they work better I know that Sallys will work all the time go guys you go!

They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the sales person had a great alternative!

Great place for hard to find items

Clerks are not very helpful or friendly. I will travel out of my way in order to not stop at this one. I will continue to shop at Sallys but just not of this one.
