Love that they actually listen to requests unlike many Ive been to! I always get extra whip for my latte and this is the only Starbucks that actually gives extra! And the kids live the cake pops!

Every single time I get coffee at this Starbucks its always insanely weak. I just spent $5.69 for a grande here and Im pretty sure they gave me a medium. Not only that but I couldnt taste any coffee whatsoever in my drink and it supposedly had two shots of expresso. It basically just tasted like strawberry steamed milk. Maybe they forgot to add the actual coffee? It was gross. I am never coming to this Starbucks location again.

Most of the coffee at establishments such as this one are not even considerably coffee. It would be a lie to say anything more. That said, the sweet treat yummy tummy that I get after drinking a caramel frap is quite nice.

So I go to this one all the time and get the same thing. This is what I was handed and I asked if it was actually made with lemonade instead of water and was told this is how it should look. I am sorry to inform that person she is completely wrong, have had this drink well over a hundred times and you can tell plain as day that this one is made with water.

Need my Starbucks fix at least once a week. Glad to have one near where I live. Great service and friendly group.Iced Matcha green tea latte is my fix

The Tucson and Creek Turnpike store, is the best Starbucks, In the Tulsa and Broken Arrow area.. I traveled to Cleveland Ohio, and and my store here in Broken Arrow beat Ohio store hands down.

GREAT JOB! This morning the store was PACKED, the drive-thru was packed. I definitely expected to wait forever for a drink, but I walked in and every single person working there was hustling and working their tails off!!! I ordered a cappuccino, but when I got it tasted, it was like it was milk. there was almost no taste and smell of coffee. A lot of milk!!!!!!!

Whoever was in the Dt in the morning he’s sounds being rude. He keep saying he can’t hear me even though my face is close to the speaker and my ac and engine is off.

The taller gentleman who’s recently started working at this location is terribly rude and needs serious work on his customer service skills. Word of advice, instead of arguing with your customers, if they ask you for straws, you give the customers straws! You don’t argue with them and tell them that they’re actually in the bag when it’s clear that they are not. He didn’t stop there though.. he then proceeds to ask all the other employees if they put straws in the bag. It’s unacceptable for a customer to have to ask for something 3 different times let alone for a something as simple as a straw! This location and its staff have always been great until today! Hopefully this guy gets on board with the rest of his coworkers or else you’ll definitely be losing this customer

This location is pretty good. My only complaint is I recently went there for a pumpkin spice latte and it was only a little over half full..😑 we pay a lot for their coffee please make sure the cup is all the way full.

However, this Starbucks has excellent service especially in the drive-through, Im always out within 5 minutes or less, which I can really appreciate before going into my work day. They were out of a lot of stuff. Instead of telling us. They just let us order our coffees. When our order was done, they were not made correctly. The manager apologized and gave us a refund. But if I had been told as we were ordering they were out of product. I wouldnt of wasted my time or theirs.

I love RHEMA Bible Church which is just down the street. It seems like every time I get a little extra time before church Ill stop in and get a cup of coffee. Love the place love the coffee. Love it its close to my church. The employees are always friendly. It seems like I always see someone I know there because its so close to the church. This is a great place for socialization and good coffee.

Like usual this Starbucks was good, I liked that they had a seating area outside as well as comfortable seats inside. They also had I long table/counter top along the window with tall chairs for people to sit and look outside while working on their laptop, reading, or just enjoying a coffee. They also have a drive through which I think its pretty cool for people on the go.

I am a vegan, I came through their drive through to get an iced coffee with coconut milk. I normally double check everything but the one time I didn’t they handed me a coffee with animal products, specifically heavy cream in it.So, now I’ve ingested cholesterol and animal fat for the first time in years and I’m sad, disgusted, and angry. Don’t bring your business here, there is an obvious carelessness for dietary restrictions.

Much quieter now that the Dublin Donuts moved in down the street. They seem to have fixed the outlet problem (they never worked). Bathroom is clean and hygienic. Seating is adequate - no real space for a large meeting (5+ people) but lots of little seating areas. Drive through is fast and easy east to access either 71st or Aspen

We had been to a noisy restaurant for dinner and wanted somewhere quiet to talk afterward. Starbucks was a perfect choice. Tea for me and coffee for my husband and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. We had great conversation and wonderful after dinner coffee and tea.

I had the best experience this morning!! Chloe greeted me with the biggest smile and was incredibly friendly. It totally made my day. Ill definitely be back!!!

Love the pumpkin spice, and salted caramel, but they are sooo sweet so I always ask for half the syrup. Tastes better that way.

Waited 45 minutes from order to getting drinks but they were wonderful and friendly and didnt let the fact it was buy one get one holiday drink with only 1 working machine get them down! We come thru here when we take our daughter back and forth to College, and will continue! ♥

No matter how often I visit, they never have the sandwich I want. For at least 2 months now this has been the case on every visit. The drive thru cashier even went into a long story about how they dont have a store manager currently. Apparently this determines what is ordered for the store. I dont need to know your company drama. I would like to get the items advertised on your menu, at the very least on an occasional basis. A secondary issue is that about 30% of the time my drink is made wrong. Since its right 70% I deal with it.

For management Ali is a wonderful shift leader who truly cares for his customers and partners, Joseph goes above and beyond and the store manager Saundra is down to earth and goes the extra mile for her customers! Not to mention the shift Keeley is super sweet and such a delight!For the baristas, the connections they make are unreal!!! Erica is upbeat and fun, Kelsey is very kind and lovely, Zachary is kind and works so hard, and all of the others have been kind as well! Ordered an iced coffee and the older gentleman taking my order evidently didnt enter it correctly. When I asked the other person at the counter for the correct one he was very apologetic and had the right drink to me quickly.

I walked in right before 2, the greeting did not include any eye contact and I was told just a minute. I have no problem with just a minute for legitimate reasons, however, he (my greeter) proceeded to gripe about the organization of something at the register. While I was waiting, another person walked up behind me he carried on a conversation with her about the disorganization. I walked away and neither one of them noticed. I have a gift card, I was planning on getting coffee and some food. I am sure my $10 will not make or break this store, it did break my will to ever return to this location.

Listen,Today I went in to starbucks to get a drink when I was in a little bit of a rush, the dude at the front counter goes hang on just a second and goes to the back to take a personal phone call, then when he finally comes back up to the front after 10 minutes he sets his phone on the register, asks me what I want, and continues to look at his phone and text.That wouldnt have made me that mad, except then he got my order wrong too.Like. Dude. I get it, we all have real lives outside of our job, but this 30 minute trip to Starbucks should have been 10 minutes tops. When youre at work, you need to be focused on working and not what youve got going on at home.

So in all fairness it was a rainy day and I was deprived of sweets and sugar. So I hit the drive thru. Ask for a hot chocolate with extra pumps and Hunter immediately hits back with- How many pumps- I love it not content with an extra 5 I just say where it becomes disgusting for you He replies 20? I, amazed at the audacity. And incredibly intrigued, say alright set it up Ill play pull up and chloe is informing me that I need a venti to fit all the chocolate syrup. Fabulous. Asher makes my drink to absolute perfection and Austen tells me I have to try it. Absolutely flawless. 10/10 will be back for more

Dont even mess with making an order from the app at this location. No matter what time day or night I order I always walk in 10+ minutes later and the label is still just sitting on the printer. When I ask about it the girls always have an attitude about it.

9-12-19 Today is buy 1 get 1 free frapacino. The worker said i needed the bar code online and i opened my app. He said the code was invalid and we try 3 times and still said the same thing. I had a $5 gift card and its was invalid too. I paid with cash later. After i went home and check the app again, to my surprise my gift card was $0. So Disapointed!

GeneralIy I like Starbucks because of the consistant process and quality. But today they were very very slow and the girl put her fingers down inside the cups before filling them. When we mentioned it they were unresponsive.
